1. goat meat half a kilo

2. potatoes three medium

3. salt to taste

4. ginger garlic crushed two tablespoons

5. onions two medium size

6. roasted gram two tablespoons

7. peanuts two tablespoons

8. crushed coconut one tablespoon

9. fennel one teaspoon

10. white sesame one teaspoon

11. proven coriander one tablespoon

12. white cumin one tablespoon

13. crushed red pepper one tablespoon

14. turmeric half a teaspoon

15. green chilies three to four pieces

16. proven hot spices one tablespoon

17. curry leaves custom

18. tamarind pulp two tablespoons

19. cooking oil half a cup

Preparation recipe

1. Wash the meat and put it in a sieve. Put the onion in a fork and put it on the stove and fry it till it becomes soft. Peel the potatoes and cut them into two pieces.

2. Fry gram, peanut, fennel, coriander, cumin and sesame in a dry frying pan and mix coconut in it and grind it in a grinder.

3. Then peel the roasted onion, add crushed spices and green chilies, add a little water and grind in a blender and add ginger, garlic, salt, red pepper and turmeric.

4. Heat the hot spices and curry leaves in the cooking oil in a 4 pan, then add the crushed spices and fry till the oil separates.

5. Then put the meat in it and fry it well and add two cups of hot water and cook on low heat till the meat is melted.

6 Then add the potato pieces and add one cup of hot water.

7. Finally, when the potatoes are thawed, add the tamarind pulp and simmer on low heat for five to seven minutes.


Now delicious curry is ready :)
