Fish Steak Recipe....

Ingredients

1. pieces of fish ...... 2 pieces (fry)

2. Salt: to taste

3. lemon juice 1 tablespoon

4. bread combs 1 cup

5. flour or corn flour 1 cup

6. green coriander 1 tablespoon

7. one egg (beaten)

8. oil as needed

Step by Step Instructions

1. Fry the fish fry in a bowl.

2. Add the corn flour and salt and mix well with a little water and a tablespoon of egg.

3. Add the green coriander and lemon juice.

4. Now make squares out of this mixture.

5. Heat oil in a pan

6. Then roll in bread crumbs and fry in oil.

7 When golden, remove to a serving plate and serve.
