Ingredients
1. goat chops six to seven pieces
2. salt to taste
3. ginger powder half a teaspoon
4. garlic powder half a teaspoon
5. ground black pepper one tablespoon
6. flour 3 to 4 tablespoons
7. baking powder half a teaspoon
8. one egg
9. two tablespoons vinegar
10. half a cup of lemon juice
11. soup half cup
12. fresh parsley 1 tablespoon
13. thyme half a teaspoon
14. cooking oil 4 tablespoons
Preparation recipe
1. Wash the chops, clean and crush them lightly so that they dissolve easily.
2. Add baking powder to the flour and sift. Add salt, pepper and ginger garlic to the chunks and cook them in a cup of boiling water over low heat.
3. Remove the chops from the yakhni (save half a cup of yakhni) and cool, then roll them in flour.
4. Put the cooking oil in a frying pan and put it on medium heat. Fry it and take it out and keep it in a warm place.
5. Put vinegar in a frying pan and cook for one minute, then add yakni and cook for three to four minutes and thicken.
6. Beat eggs, add salt, pepper, lemon juice, finely chopped parsley and thyme Slowly add it to the boiling oil, stirring constantly.
Chops are ready now...
