Ingredients
1. chicken 1 kg
2. basins 1/4 kg
3. ginger small piece
4. soy sauce 2 tablespoons
5. hot spices 2 tablespoons
6. kebab spices 1 tablespoon
7. Peppers Red Grilled 3/4 Spoon
8. Salt Half Spoon
9. Fixed Dried Coriander Half Spoon
10. Cumin White Half Spoon
Preparation recipe
1. Wash the chicken and put it in a saucepan.
2. Swallow it with a little water but not too much.
3. Add a little salt and chopped ginger pieces.
4. When the water is dry, when it cools, remove the bones and separate the meat.
5. Now put soy sauce on the meat and mix all the remaining spices and apply it on the meat.
6. Leave it for an hour. Dissolve the basin and ferment it. Grind the pieces of ginger that were added to the chicken and mix them in the basin.
7. Add a little salt, pepper, dried coriander and white to make a basin.
8. Heat ghee or oil and put basin on each chicken piece and fry like fritters. Make green coriander and mint sauce evenly.
