Ingredients
1. chicken breast
2. cooking chocolate 50 grams
3. salt to taste
4. dried garlic powder 1 teaspoon
5. chopped red pepper 1 tablespoon
6. chili sauce 2 tablespoons
7. soy sauce two tablespoons
8. vinegar two tablespoons
9. pepper half a teaspoon
10. flour half cup
11. corn flour two tablespoons
12. cooking oil as required
Preparation recipe
1. Add 1 tablespoon of chicken breast, season with salt, garlic, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon chili sauce and 1 tablespoon soy sauce and marinate the chicken for 15 minutes. Leave on for 20 minutes.
2. Put the flour and corn flour in a deep bowl and beat with electric batter, add salt and pepper. Roll the chicken in this dry flour and fry in golden oil in cooking oil.
3. To make the chocolate sauce, put a tablespoon of cooking oil, crushed chocolate, salt, red pepper, vinegar, soy sauce and chili sauce in a non-stick frying pan and keep it on low heat until the chocolate melts and all the ingredients come together. (And this sauce should be prepared while serving).
