In today's modern and advanced era, which is reaching the limit in the political, social, economic, scientific and academic fields, the world is facing the same problem of law and order as it was fourteen and a half hundred years ago. The society was suffering from the problem of peace and security. Even today, human blood is very cheap, people's honor is in tatters, wealth and property are not safe, there is no protection in religious and intellectual terms. Even today, the ghost of color, race, caste, nationality has not been closed in glass, the difference between high and low has not ended. Ideas like nationalism, fascism, socialism came into the world, but no one has offered a solution to these basic human problems. Institutions were formed in the name of League of Nations and United Nations, yet the problem of law and order remained the same. "
