This rich layered delight has caused much mischief between my children vying for the last piece. The easy recipe is a hit at any event or Holiday.
3 cups crushed pecan sandie cookies
1/3 cup butter melted
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Combine and press into sprayed (I use Pam) 9x13 pan
Bake on 350 F for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool
2 Crushed Butterfinger Candy bars
Sprinkle half onto cooled crust
1 8 oz PKG cream cheese softened
1 8 oz Tub of whipped topping
1/3 cup powdered sugar
Combine well with mixer and place over crushed Butterfinger in pan
2 small pkgs Chocolate Pudding Prepared according to directions on box.
Pour pudding over cream cheese in pan
1 8 oz Tub whipped topping
Spread over pudding
Sprinkle with remaining crushed butter finger
Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
