If it's hot and cold, or if you've ever caught someone you don't want, block yourself. When you are sad and worried, it is natural. Don't expect it to be the real you before it starts. Everything is different, including us. If you had time to be kinder now. It doesn't have to be a mediocre and productive ego. There is no need to continue exercising. You don't need to keep your home in top condition all the time. Get over it, but to get over it, you have to admit it.
