The Prophet Yunus left his people before completing the duty God had assigned to him. He was swallowed up by a large whale. There in total helplessness, he realized his mistake and asked for God’s forgiveness. When the whale cast him on the shore, he returned to his people to fulfil his duty. In life, a very testing situation often means God Almighty is telling you something important. Perhaps you have gone a wrong path and He has given you this shocking situation so that you reflect over your mistake, re-plan and take the right option.
