Free up your mind from irrelevent things:

Hazarat Ali said: “If you want to know where your heart is, see where your mind goes when it wanders.” We often think why we don’t feel strongly connected to Allah. The answer lies in what you turn your mind’s attention to all the time.

Excessive concern about the material world, overthinking about someone’s bad behaviour with you or being too much distracted by your phone throughout the day.

These are habits which leave no space in your mind for God Almighty.

Connecting with God requires freeing up your mind of irrelevant things, contemplating about the wonders of creation, pondering over your blessings and communicating with the Almighty in solitude.
