Preheat oven to 350F / 180C / gas 4 and lightly oil two 8oz oven-safe ramekins.
Add oats, milk, banana, egg, maple syrup, baking powder, and salt into a blender and blend for 30 seconds until combined.

Pour 1 cup (250ml) of water into Instant Pot insert, place trivet, and place foil-covered ramekins on a trivet.
Cover the pot and set the valve to seal, select the pressure cook (or manual) function at high pressure for 16 minutes.
When done, turn off the Instant Pot and allow for a complete natural pressure release (NPR) before opening.
Note: Cooking times do not include the time it takes for the Instant Pot to come up to pressure.

Preheat the air fryer to 350F / 180C.
Prepare the batter and ramekins the same as above.
Place the ramekins into the air fryer.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
