    HOW TO MAKE BUFFALO CHICKEN BAKED FETA PASTA

    1. Add the feta cheese and the cherry tomatoes to a baking dish, drizzle on the oil and sprinkle on the Italian seasoning.

    2. Bake for 25-28 minutes at 400F / 200C / Gas 6, or until the tomatoes burst and the feta is soft and starts melting.

    3. Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on the package, reserving 1 cup of the pasta water.

    4. Remove the baking dish from the oven and add the reserved pasta water, chicken, and buffalo sauce, stirring to combine. Then add in the pasta, toss to coat, and serve.

    HOW TO MAKE INSTANT POT BAKED FETA PASTA

  1. Add stock to the Instant Pot insert, followed by pasta (make sure pasta is submerged), tomatoes, feta nestled into the pasta, Italian seasoning, and garlic.

  2. Close the lid, turn the valve to sealing position, and set to high pressure / manual pressure for 4 minutes.

  3. Once done, perform a quick pressure release.

  4. Stir to combine and allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving. Then add chicken and buffalo sauce, mix together, and serve.

Note: Cooking times do not account for the time that it takes for the Instant Pot to come up to pressure or for the pressure to release. 

TIPS FOR SUCCESS

  • Make this with block feta cheese. 

  • Don’t bother to cut the cherry tomatoes, just toss them in!
