The Headquarters Of The Property Developer Are Being Moved

Henry Davidson Developments (HDD) has finished moving its headquarters from Nottingham to Birmingham. The previous location was in Birmingham.

After moving its operations to St. Philip's Point with the assistance of Finance Birmingham, the real estate developer, which has a specialty in retail-led, mixed-use developments, is expanding its business operations.

The managing director of HDD, Scott Davidson, stated: "It feels great to have finished the relocation of our company into the core of the central business district in Birmingham. The rate of construction activity is so high that it gives the impression that the city is riding the crest of a wave.

"After moving here for only a few days, we already feel we have a much better understanding of the many opportunities available in Birmingham.

"We have had a lot of success in establishing and expanding our company from its base in Nottingham, which is why we chose to do so. We must relocate to a city with a large agency base and national commissions to continue our expansion and accelerate our growth. Without this move, we would not have been able to accomplish either of these goals.

The opportunities available to us here in Birmingham are very exciting, and we are already beginning to reap the rewards of those opportunities with a number of new projects currently in the planning stages.
