Hello dear friends. There is no end in sight to this crisis caused by the corona virus, so we live in uncertainty and discomfort. We all hope that there will be no re-quarantine, but we have decided to think about how to overcome this period in an easier way and mitigate the negative consequences on the psyche.

As we know that an artificial call to calm down, various breathing techniques and daily routine are not enough, today I will write about hobbies that have benefits in different emotional states. I will start with some suggestions, reminding you that mental health is as important as physical health.

DIY - to relieve stress and boost self-confidence

When we create something with our ten fingers, we feel fulfilled and proud of ourselves. Therefore, instead of relying on others in situations that require a creative solution or repair, try to rely on yourself. Of course, one should not run away from help, because it is becoming more and more interesting in the company of family members.

Puzzles and flower care - for more patience

You probably have at least one puzzle in your home, which has many benefits for the body. It is suitable for people of different ages, then it is used for fun, but also to strengthen the curve and better spatial orientation. It helps many to learn patience, and sharpens our senses of observation, because the composition in the pictures needs to be composed from the pieces. On the other hand, the care of plants in the apartment or on the terrace encourages the slowing down of the rhythm, because we notice the growth gradually from day to day. As we notice change, we become gentler and kinder, and less concerned about everyday life. Growing flowers or vegetables is a good way to alleviate sadness, inner turmoil, boredom or confusion, according to experts.

Cleaning the apartment - to achieve inner peace

Removing things from the living space that do not serve us, through recycling or giving away, is a great way to fight bulk, lack of space and irritability. Unpacking shelves, cabinets and tables is not the first association to entertainment, but it is very effective for the body. Suddenly, there is a release of the room of all the excess, and that brings a feeling of lightness and greater comfort.

Sewing and cooking - to encourage creativity and gratitude

Sewing is a great idea in times when we lack focus, and we spend most of the day at home. It is a well-known scenario, which makes us nervous and creates problems and headaches. However, when we employ the imagination, and that through an activity that requires precision, the artist awakens in us. Cooking is also a skill that is perfected, but persistent people are rewarded. The more demanding the dish or dessert, the greater the pride if the end result is a great taste.
