Bark ingredients:
2 egg whites
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cold water
3 tablespoons walnuts
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 baking powder
Cream:
2 egg yolks
2 vanilla puddings
500 ml of milk
5 tablespoons sugar
100 g of powdered sugar
125 g of margarine
100 g plasma biscuits
100 grams of chocolate
More:
100 g of chocolate
3 tablespoons milk
50 ml chocolate milk (can be pure)
whipped cream for decoration
Preparation of chocolate plasma cake:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Beat the egg whites with the sugar to dissolve the sugar, then add the water while beating.
Add flour, walnuts and baking powder and shake the mixture into a 16 x 16 cm baking tray in which we put baking paper.
Bake for about 20 minutes, depending on the oven (picture).
While the crust is baking cook the filling.
Mix the pudding, sugar and egg yolks, then add 100 ml of milk and bring the rest to a boil.
When it boils, cook the puddings and mix.
when well thickened remove from heat to cool.
Beat the margarine with powdered sugar and add the cooled pudding while mixing.
Divide the mixture into two parts. ( the painting )
Put ground plasma in one part (if you find it too thick, add a little milk and mix)
And put melted chocolate in the other part. If you put the chocolate hot and it gets a little thinner, put the cream in the fridge, it will tighten.
Melt one hundred grams of chocolate with 3 tablespoons of milk and spread over the crust that you sprinkled with chocolate milk or plain.
Leave it to harden a bit, then apply all the cream with plasma, then top with chocolate cream. ( the painting )
Whip the whipped cream and place over the cake.
I had some chocolate left, so I sprinkled it up.
Leave to cool for at least 2 hours and serve.
This is really good recipe.
