A good friend of mine, had a boy serving him in his business. As a business there comes a point in the life of the business you will need the assistance of other people to help manage the business; which my friend engaged the service of this boy.
This boy was good serving the master. He was diligent, hardworking, smart and enterprising. He has been with this man for all most 3 years. The man will give him business to do in order, get pocket money. All he will do is do the business take the profit and give the boss the capital.
He was doing quite well after some time, he began to keep late nights. He will be outside taking weed, hiding it so the boss does not know.
His character started changing, he started acting weird. Telling lies on everything, unlike before. But he kept doing his work. To a point money started missing in the business, even at home things started missing. The boss would ask him which he would deny. There are 3 person in that house; his boss, the wife and him. But things where still missing all the time which never happened.
The boss noticed one day, he did not sleep at home, when he came back from the market. He gave series of stories why he slept out. After some disciplinary measures were given to him, he became cool within two weeks later he disappeared. He made away with the masters money and personal belongings.
His number was no longer connecting and no body was hearing anything from him. Until one of his friend came and reported to his master. That he was in a nearby state to visit his girl friend, who was delivered of a baby. My friend desist from reporting to the police about his behaviors.
After two months, the money he stole got finished. He came back, after much pleading from most of us, my friend accepted him back. He resumed his hardworking nature, we thought he has really changed for good. Lo and behold he disappeared again to that same place.
At this point my friend, decided that is it. He has had enough of his nonsense. Made a report to the police about the boys behavior, and action within the period. That was the end of the guys stay in his place.
For over two years, the boy has been begging to come back, which my friend refused, because no body knows the plan he has this time. My friend's business is still striving better than when the boy was there.
I concluded thus, you can do without anybody. If you make up your mind, you can make it, with or without people's help. It's a function of the mind, if you believe that the vision of your life, business be or career. Move with your vision, any body can work for you or leave but the vision remains.
Spread your wings and fly, if you fall get up and try again. Try out your self on what you can do, without those individuals who you have to assist. Yours truly you can make it without them.
Finally, Know that no body is your God, or source. Frankly speaking somebody may have assisted you in one way or the other, don't assume without the person you can not succeed.
