Employers are much more interested in what you can offer than what's written in that certificate. If indeed you are a first class degree holder you should be able to defend your certificate by proving how much help you can render to the company through innovations.
Ok! I hear a lot of people say things like
"I am a rational thinker"
Anyways I got news for you rationality is not what any boss what's from you at this point in time. You don't judge things base what's Happening now. We want to have a team that sees beyond now, a critical thinker.
3. #Leadership
Do you have leadership skills and experiences as well as a certificate to prove it? If yes you are on your way in getting that managerial position.
What really can we do with an employee with poor writing skills? Should in case you hate essay writing so much I guess you should go take up a few lessons on how to Write essays. You need it for reporting and creating contents for your presentations. By the way don't forget how your CV is very relevant.
5. #Tech Savviness
Excuse me? Who wants to hire a person who doesn't know how to boot a computer not to mention send emails and strike deals with Clients. It's the 21st century the world has moved from paper works.
What really would work without good communication skills? People relation is key to the success of any Business or industry even personal success.
Like seriously! You don't know how to speak your cultural dialect? I don't think is too late to learn. If you can speak at least two Nigerian dialect very well plus English or you can speak English and another international language you are on your way up.
Now tell me who wouldn't want to hire this kind of a person. A person who quickly adapt to changes and not get sick because of new policies you are hired already.
9. #WorkEthic: who would be hiring a person who always like to be told what to do. You resume work early and you produce results not excuses.
10. #Teamwork: some persons are that little yeast that spoils the whole though. You would be ruining the company if you can't be a good team player.
