"Man know thyself" one of the wisest proverb I've heard in a rowdy world like ours.
A world that works on a system that promotes greed and unhealthy competition, making wealth creation through any means (good or bad) primary.
A world that has refused to teach process, belittles mind blowing attempt or effort, but lie eager for results.
Most persons seems to be pressured into a trend, which of course the destination is wealth creation (that which our world celebrates).
Most persons seems to be pressured into taking actions, because the discover their peers, age mate, friends and mentors are doing same, whether good or bad.
Understand that every man on earth has a unique purpose in the general purpose.
So mine might be far apart from yours or closely related to yours. it varies.
The path to purpose, the plans to arrive purpose, the strategies to achieving purpose, the demands to stay on purpose and the sacrifices for the achieving purpose, might be similar or totally different and strange.
This is why it is wrong to make a doctrine out of someone's experience or walk with God. Seek God for yourself and find thy path.
MAN KNOW THYSELF
Walk according to the direction of the Holy Ghost respecting timings and seasons, not according to trends or what is expected.
Your dealing with God might be very uncommon, and in the midst of friends and peers you become so strange. Its fine! Brace up! Trust God!
At 25, you should be in a serious relationship along with your peers, but the Lord is silent and if you dare attempt, your peace elopes!
At 25, you should own your House, a business or something fruitful, but your growth is sluggish compared to your friends. Hmmm strange dealings!
While you wait and ask "what next Lord?" He replies "keep waiting."
And you ask "How long Lord?" and He goes silent. Strange dealings!
Even in the good thing, your not permitted to do most! If you attempt, your peace elopes. Strange dealings!
Hold fast, do not be in a haste! if God doesn't send us forth, waiting upon him is a worthy purpose!
