Need For A Damsel

"I am an adult"

Many times, we use this phrase, to cover up ignorance, haughtiness, pride or our mess.

Yes! we all come to that age(18+)

When the system of this world deems us matured; able take decision, make choices and equally face the consequences.

Those whose parent carefully watched them, demonstrating authorities over them, without explaining why the things they craved for are not needful, carefully await these period.

So they could explore the world and wheel it in their course. Taste the forbidden! to know whether you can compare their palatability to the consequence.

Some retreat after the first bite while other forgets the way back home! It is true that stolen meat is sweet, but watch it!

And if you dare question their exuberance, they flair up with the excuse that "they are adults" and therefore can make decision on their own.

One of those chases is that which is channeled towards a Favorable Damsel! Uyai iban.

Don't get it twisted! The motive may be sincere, the emotions might be true, the words genuine and plans concrete! Yet something was missing!

Adulthood is not the bench mark for the need of a damsel(a wife, life partner).

A man that hasn't found out purpose nor started working towards purpose has no business with a damsel(wife or life partner).

Great tendencies exist that, before finding out purpose, there is a 99.9% chance that he will make the wrong choice.

Many heartbreaks we experience are not deliberate!

If you've stayed(in a relationship) with someone who isn't clear about purpose, their journey to clarity or finding such, most likely, will pull the two of you aside.

Finding purpose is fully God-centered. I learnt this lesson via experience. Yes experience!

I know she's clothed with purple scarlet and look exactly like the Queen of Sheba.

She might sings like a seraphim and the oil of gladness flows through her smiles.

She might be the reservoir of wisdom(Sophia) and skilled like Bazile.

Balance the purpose equation and follow the trail FIRST

A MAN that doesn't Know his PURPOSE in life, has no business with a DAMSEL!

At my time I was an adult at 21 years old unless you were married before that age. If you ask meant never become an adult, it's something that comes with taking responsibility and if it comes to that the world has changed. As a parent, I know. I see the changes with my own children. You can no longer kick them out at the age of 18 years old and although the sign for the loans the parent can pay (but not say anything) till they are 27 (or who knows 28). I've been there and I doubt if my youngest two are 18 they are adults. Most likely I'll be the one who will say "you are nearly an adult!"
