For the Male gender,
it may have begun at our street, while the neighborhood boys choose sides for a street soccer match.
Either we weren't considered good enough to belong to a side, or we were picked because the was no other option left, though we arrived first.
For the Females gender,
it may have begun from the twizzling from class bullies, and female peers.
They made us feel we weren't beautiful, rich or intelligent as they were. So we unconsciously accepted their notion and took their words to heart.
It resulted that we're not just terribly hurt, but also believed their sayings and lived with it.
Today, we get rejected like much more...
For the guys
You asked a Christian lady you admire(you want to marry) out on a date, she looks carefully at you and either gives you excuses or turns you down, because of your looks or for the fact that you're not rich... And you feel rejected!
For the ladies,
you're engaged to a dude for many years now, you're stocked with him despite the challenges, with the hopes that he'll settle with you, as he promised... latter he breaks up the engagement, because of CURVES.....you feel terribly hurt and rejected!
In the office, you work so hard, doing your best despite the challenges, but your boss never seems to say you're good enough. He/she abuses you with words, slanders, makes a mockery of your flaws before clients and ends up dismissing you...you feel rejected!
The trauma, the memories, the pain, the belittling, the mockery
they seem to crumble your self esteem and hunt you day after day.
You seem to believe you're inadequate, your don't stand a chance, you're dull, uninformed, you're not beautiful and therefore do not deserve the best.
This has created a cloud of limitations, such that if you don't shake it off, will soon become your reality.
How do you shake it off?
Go back to the original plan; Gods word, believe it with everything in you, and confess it.
* That you are not an accident.
*That God Loves you Immensely.
*That you have a Purpose to Fulfill.
*That you have Gods backing.
*Whose report should you believe!
*God is able to do exceeding and abundantly...
*All things works together for Good...
Believe this, recite this
and move on,
Rendering prayers to God.

For we have many nations to conquer.
Disregard mans opinion of God's creation.
Let the creator tell you who you really are!
