Psalms 121:2 My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
In this physical world, everyone need help. To help means doing for people what they can't do for themselves. Most times, we expect help from people but the help of man is temporary and unreliable. It was on this premise that the Spirit of God revealed to David that true help comes from the Almighty God. This has been proven from the beginning by His power, reliability and ability to do what He says without a change of mind. His ability can not be affected by weather conditions, difficulties of life or human inability.
One of the most important factor that qualifies the Almighty God as our helper is that HE'S THE MAKER OF HEAVEN AND EARTH. It's impossible for the creator to fail in His ability to help the created. In Him is the power, authority and ability to command anything and everything to work in our favour. He's unquestionable in His decision, thus when He decides to help, nobody can stop Him.
Do you acknowledge Him as your help? Any human can go back in their word, but the Almighty God is too powerful to fail. He's the truth, thus when He speaks it comes to pass. Rest on His word, don't be anxious about when. Help from God is yours! You shall smile again.

Abba Father, thank you for being our help on every side. We are sorry for depending on men in the midst of our storms. Please strengthen us to wait on you in every stage of our lives, in Jesus name. Amen.
