1 Corinthians 10:12 Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.

Standing on God's love and principles is a great feat, especially in difficult times. Most times, we think of giving up, not because we don't love God, but because things aren't working out in the same frequency with which we serve God. At a point in our subconsciousness we begin to equate the presence of God with physical success and a life of "no difficulties". It's at this point that the devil comes with many tempting thoughts and ungodly options. This is the reason the Holy Spirit admonishes us today to TAKE HEED. It means be extremely vigilant and guide against falling. The problems are not proofs of God's absence, but an indication of a need for supernatural intervention. The Lord has promised to give us rest, security and eternal joy, thus we must wait faithfully until our change comes. Jesus is still on our case.

Are you already standing on the ROCK OF AGES? Don't be distracted by the seasonal wind, for the rock is more than strong to hold you firm till the tempests of life vanishes. Stay trusting and obeying the word of God at all times, for the miracle is at hand. Are you falling already? All hope is not lost. There's a place in Christ for all that will come back to Him in repentance and total surrender. Discard every tendency to fall, for the grace to stand in Christ till the end is sufficient. Stand firm in Christ always, for nothing in life is worth falling away from His grace.

Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for your strength upon us, lo these years. Today we choose to stand firm in your grace, please uphold us till the end, in Jesus name. Amen.
