1st. Changes are permanent in our lives.
2nd. Life is unpredictable so better not to plan a lot of things.
3rd. Cherish every moment with your family and good friends. (We all know that due to this COVID-19 there are people who are not able to see their families/friends. And worse, their family member/s died without seeing/telling them how much they love them so better to show and tell them how much you love and cherish them before it is too late.)
4th. Save money for emergencies like hospitalization and basic necessities of life. ( Do not spend your money on just having temporary happiness though sometimes it's fine to treat yourself but do not do it like a hobby especially if you are not a rich kid.)
5th. Help one another.
6th. Always remember that God is in control and trust Him. Everything happens for a reason. I think this is the most important thing that everyone should always think/remember to avoid anxiety and depression.
Tip: If you feel helpless and alone, just remember that God is always with you.
