Older people get use to wake up very early in the morning which is around 4 AM or 5 AM. On the other hand, younger people find it hard to get up early for most of them still feel so sleepy and on those time.
One of the reasons why we can't grt up early is because of sleeping late at night due to browsing the internet, checking and liking posts on our social media accounts, and watching videos to entertain ourselves after a tiring and busy day which resulted to wake up very late on the next day, especially on the weekend or holidays.

Besides, this helps you to finish your work on time, boosts your speed, and makes you more energetic.
It reduces your stress. Stress-free in the morning is very important to have a peaceful mind and positivity all day. This will be possible when you start your day waking up early because it helps you not to rush everything. Besides, it gives you good mental health and helps you overcome negativity easily.
It gives you better sleep quality. Researchers found out that people who get up early reduce or avoid the possibility of having sleep disorders like insomnia, narcolepsy, and snoring. Besides, this improves the quality of sleep, especially when you sleep early and make it a routine.

Lalo na sa probinsya mandin, ang aga namin gumigising dito. Mga 5, pero maaga din kasi kami natutulog 8:30 to 9 pero ako minsan inaabot ng 10 ee pero ang gising maaga pa rin, nasanay na kasi ako. Kahit baga gusto ko pang mag in in sa higaan maaga pa rin akong nagigising.
