Did you know that waking up early gives you good benefits?

Older people get use to wake up very early in the morning which is around 4 AM or 5 AM. On the other hand, younger people find it hard to get up early for most of them still feel so sleepy and on those time.

One of the reasons why we can't grt up early is because of sleeping late at night due to browsing the internet, checking and liking posts on our social media accounts, and watching videos to entertain ourselves after a tiring and busy day which resulted to wake up very late on the next day, especially on the weekend or holidays.

There is a famous quote where early birds catch the worm which gives us the idea that waking up and getting up early gives us good benefits and advantages. Besides,this can make us successful which is totally right.

In this article, I’m going to share with you the good benefits of waking up early that surely convince you to set an alarm clock not later than 6 o’clock in the morning.

  • Waking up and getting up early makes you more productive. It may be hard to wake up and rise on the bed on an earlier hour but when you get used to waking up early ,you’ll notice a difference in your energy levels and attentiveness. Besides, this helps you to finish your work on time, boosts your speed, and makes you more energetic.

  • It reduces your stress. Stress-free in the morning is very important to have a peaceful mind and positivity all day. This will be possible when you start your day waking up early because it helps you not to rush everything. Besides, it gives you good mental health and helps you overcome negativity easily.

  • It gives you better sleep quality. Researchers found out that people who get up early reduce or avoid the possibility of having sleep disorders like insomnia, narcolepsy, and snoring. Besides, this improves the quality of sleep, especially when you sleep early and make it a routine.

Being an early bird every day especially on your days off or holidays is not easy as snapping your fingers but making it a habit gives you a healthier body and mind. To help you better, Here are five tips to wake up early.

  • Sleep early (at least 7 hours before your alarm clock rings)

  • Set an alarm and stop hitting or sliding the snooze button

  • Make a to-do list on the following day.

  • Motivate yourself to wake up and get up early

  • Make it a habit

Take note that too much sleeping at night can make you too lazy the next morning and gives negative thoughts during the day which resulted to increase your stress level and might develop depression. So, always make sure you always have enough sleep and avoid too much sleep.

Lalo na sa probinsya mandin, ang aga namin gumigising dito. Mga 5, pero maaga din kasi kami natutulog 8:30 to 9 pero ako minsan inaabot ng 10 ee pero ang gising maaga pa rin, nasanay na kasi ako. Kahit baga gusto ko pang mag in in sa higaan maaga pa rin akong nagigising.
