Why research is developing slowly in Nigeria?

Research is the process of finding out solution to a particular problem which can be done in different ways to obtain an effective results.

The Nigeria business system differs from the world of business.

In the world of business, the competition in their exceeds the one of the World Cup.

Due to the nature of the country they couldn’t adopt the foreign policy in the world of business.

"That’s why the system is poor".
The business system in Nigeria adopted many foreign business cultures without knowing if the system is static or dynamic.
Let’s figure out how the world of business are been treated.

In the world of business there’s a lot of competition in their, ideas, formation, firms, research, plans and many innovative solutions, ideas and structures in order to win the league and improve her business model.

The question is,
Do these occur in Nigeria's business system?
Now, Naira is always depreciating in value because of the business system and the poor performance of the people in the system.

"So if the system appreciate research in the past years, their would have successfully found local substitutes for most imported industrial raw materials and thus reduced the country’s dependence on foreign supplies and conserved our foreign exchange.

However, the Nigerian business system are monopoly in nature and these are the hindrance to research in the system.

However, if there’s competition in the system the industries would appreciate research in other to improve and correct some errors in the system.

So, by visualizing the system you could figure out some problems that have been a hindrance to the system not moving forward.
Now, these problems are classified into two categories.
Firstly,
The Analog managers,

These set of people are the first generation managers of Nigerian industries we’re not sufficiently educated and could not appreciate the value of research in industries.
That’s the number one problem the Nigerian business system is facing.
At the era of digital world where everything single thing is done with advanced knowledge of ict, is not possible to see the Analog manager to work in the system because they didn’t appreciate research and they view it as a wasting of time and resources.

However, these Analog managers find it difficult to figure out and even visualize the future of the business.

Why?
Secondly, multinational firms have always depended on their overseas mother companies for the supply of raw materials, technology, and human resources.

Consequently, there was not enough challenge in the industries to stimulate any serious research.

So, Nigeria has always been a seller market where all that her industries produce are sold with little competition.

Assuming, that these analog managers applied research in the business system there would be Discoveries such as new raw materials as import substitutes.

Lastly, to improve the Nigerian business system, the system must be restructured and rebuilt by introducing digital managers in the system.
However, these digital managers know the method to apply in other to improve the system...
