Post Registration

To carry out a Swap transaction, go to the Swap page and choose whether you wish to swap at market price or your price.
Then select the crypto/fiat you wish to swap and enter the amount. Select the target crypto/fiat and then click on the buy icon. For demonstrative purposes, we have selected to swap 1 BNB for USDT.

Once you have completed the Swap, your BNB and USDT wallets will reflect the new balances.

Swing
The Swing platform allows users to invest in supported cryptos by creating an open position.
Users may gain exposure to supported cryptos with or without 2x margin. It is important to note that creating a position via Swing does not result in ownership. For this reason, users do not have the option to withdraw investments made via Swing.
To make a crypto investment via Swing, go to the Swing page and select the crypto you wish to invest in by clicking the “Invest” icon.
Choose Normal or Margin 2x and enter the amount of USDT you wish to invest, then click the “Open Investment” icon.

Remitano provides a live-updated valuation of an investment.
The investment remains open until closed.
Upon closing the position, Remitano will credit the profit to your wallet.
Remitano uses the Binance price ladder for Altcoin price references.
There is a 1% investment fee chargeable when a user has a profit. A closing USDT balance can’t be lower, after fees, than the initial investment amount.

If there are no interesting advertisements, users may create ads to find a seller.
Click on the “Create Your Buying Ad” icon and create an ad to purchase crypto from the Remitano network.

For fixed price adverts, enter the crypto price you will pay.
Payment method

Upon populating the information, click on the “Create new advertisement” icon. Users may preview their ad before publishing it.
Via the P2P Trading page, Remitano supports multiple payment options, including credit/debit card or bank transfer.
After selecting the crypto you wish to purchase via the adverts or the “Buy Now” option, if you have insufficient funds, Remitano will prompt you to make a deposit to complete the trade.
Click Yes.
Choose your deposit method and click continue.
Agree to the time limit to complete the payment.
Then agree to other terms as outlined.
Complete the bank transfer. (You need to complete the verification process to make a bank transfer).
For investors looking to sell
Go to the P2P trade page, select the crypto you wish to sell from the “Choose another coin” dropdown menu and click the “Sell now” icon.
Enter the amount you wish to sell, in your chosen crypto or supported fiat, then select from the network list, as shown below.

From the list on offer, select the terms of the sales that meet your requirements and click the “Sell” icon. Review the details and then click “Yes” to proceed.
Provide your bank account number and bank account name and click continue.
Once the buyer has remitted the funds, you can complete the sale.
If there are no suitable sales advertisements, click the “Create Your Selling Ad” icon and complete the details similar to the buying ad.

It is worth noting that Remitano uses Escrow Services to process trades in a safe and secure manner.
When you open a trade, the specified number of crypto you wish to buy is transferred from the seller’s wallet and held in escrow. The Escrow Service ensures that you can send payment to the seller without worrying about not receiving the crypto.
Cryptos are locked until the seller confirms payment.
In case of problems, the Remitano support team will resolve bases based on evidence provided by both sides.
Credit Card Purchases
An added feature on the Remitano platform is the option to purchase crypto by debit/credit card.
To purchase crypto by debit/credit card, go to the P2P Trade page and scroll down.
Click on the “Buy” icon alongside the Simplex brand, enter the amount of crypto you wish to purchase and click “Buy Now”.

Users may view their Remitano crypto activity via the Dashboard dropdown menu.
Users have access to Trade History & Advertisements, and investment history. Additionally, users may view deposit, withdrawal, and change histories via the induvial wallets located on the Wallets page (Dashboard dropdown menu).
Additionally, you may view your individual crypto balances on the wallets page.
Users can also get an overview of pending trades, buying and selling ads, and estimated asset value via the “Overall” page, located under the Dashboard dropdown menu.

Fees and Charges
Remitano is transparent with its fee structure, providing users with a dedicated fee page. The fees for transactions on the Remitano exchange are as follows:
Swap Fees
Fees for Swaps at market price range from 0.07% to 0.75%, depending upon pairing.
Fees for Swaps at your price are fixed at 0.25% for all pairings.
Trading Fees
The advertised price already includes the trading fee and will be the final price. There are no additional fees.
The trading fee is 1% of the price set in the advertisement. The price displayed to viewers already includes fees.

While minimum deposits vary for each crypto, there are no deposit fees.
