"Kayode" the school senior boy.

Kayode came from a poor family background, his mother was clothes seller; And his father was a fisher man, kayode was his parent only child; And because of this both had bond loves for him. Kayode mother was once a primary school teacher before her retirement, after a brief accident; so she knew just the best way to bring up her child educationally, as she taught him alot about morality, obedience, dedication, skill by knowledge,and still taught him more about God. At a very tender age kayode was given a fine name "SMART" as he acted like in all he does. Time went, and kayode grew educationally to his junior secondary level in school, when all his School teachers devoted interest on him,as he acted loyal and honest with all he does for them. kayode was numerously praised by all his school teachers for all of his devoted works by knowledge and skill. At his jss 2 (junior secondary school two) level he was given the title "SENIOR BOY" by his school teachers and on the day of their school prefect ship election for the current jss3 (junior secondary school three), they were about 20 (twenty) students/pupils to apply for the "senior boy" post, but out of them all "kayode" was rather chosen, as he was considered noble for the Post. Because of this the other students became a bunch of envy (jealous) at kayode, but this didn't made his relent in the post; as he kept on with his good works. At time pass, kayode was awarded of hournorable prices for his skillful acts and performances, as he went for various challengs in deferent school competition, and always came top and highest among the others, kayode good performances in education didn't just made him famous, but also made other students had interest on becoming his role model. One-day some amount of kayode's junior came up in question towards him, as they asked; "Senior kayode,how do you always came up with flying colors in every competition you're involved?" He smiled and answered "DEDICATION" how confused, some had the question to ask; "What is dedication?' as he explained to 'em "it is a state whereby one stay put to his responsibilities" this made his juniors happiness, as they finally knew the truthful fact behind senior kayode's good performances; between all this came selfish "EMEKA" who only considered himself but non other, as he was sneaking by ears to kayode's speech about dedication, and then said to himself; "If I can also be dedicated with my post, then I can aswell be called interesting and quality titles like "kayode". Because of this EMEKA who was just an assistant prefect to kayode, but would act up so responsible in all he does,to an extent he started to do the things kayode had never did, this now made their school teachers had to fell for his interest, as EMEKA'S head began swelling up like an egg on fire,he took up his shoulder's on every other like the school principal himself, and instruct them on what to, and not to do! This made kayode surprised, as he began to foresight the consequences that hind his colleague EMEKA and his bad behavior. One-day while EMEKA acted proud and tough at his junior ones, kayode in witness quickly summon EMEKA by call, and so he said "one thing can make a man's fall and that is what we all know as proudness, please don't be proud... How rude EMEKA reluctantly daparted off, One-day EMEKA was sent to an errand by their school v.p (vice principal) to get her launch,on his way back she complained the food was lacking spoon and sent him back for correction, out of proudness he resisted to his responsibility to the message and otherwise consist with some of his school mate to play football, when the v.p (vice principal) had long waited for his arrival, she had to borrow a spoon from another staff and later sent kayode to call back the sluggish EMEKA, when kayode came back with a report; "he is among his equals playing football in the field,how angrily the v.p had gotten and sent for his second call when EMEKA got his call from kayode he knew it wouldn't go easy for him, so he ran off like a thief in escape for his dare life, this was again reported by kayode to the v.p, and she commanded his class teacher "Mr salako" to catch him up and when he was brought by submission, he was very well disciplined to such act of injustice, And after that, he was assigned to wash up the school toilet for couple months and so his suspension also followed, when he later came back to school, he was as dumb as dull,as he barely misbehaved,"the punishment must have taught him an obvious lesson" kayode confessed in smile.
