4) It Springs up Business Activities: good inter-communal relationship creates room for Contact Change. Contact change is the transformation that takes place as a result interaction with external groups. It can start with exchange of ideas, information, goods and services and grow into the establishment of small, medium or large scale industries.
5) It Promotes Stimulus and Satisfaction: good inter-communal relationship stimulates individual members to bring out the best in themselves. Satisfaction at the other end goes on to reinforce repetition of actions that are rewarding, this will sustain growth and development in the society.
