Sharing positive and healthy relationships I and all of us have a relationships- parent anf child, brother and sister, our friends and us, students and teachers. Most relationships are worth keeping while others make you feel like breaking. For example, there are times you fail to appreciate the little things done unto you by your parents of your friends. At certain point, you feel no one understands you. This is natural. Such feelings can be avoided if you discover that you can have a healthy relationship by examining your own actions. Is it possible? How can you establish a healthy relationship with others?

Which were related in the enterprise system that includes the technical background literatures and systems. Technical background Enterprise resource planning (ERP) ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING( ERP) is industry terms for the broad set of activities that help an organization manage its business ( idoceonline) 2017. An important goal of ERP software is to intergrate back office business processes and facilitate the flow of information within an organization so business decisions can be data-driven. Lopez(2015) defined ERP as a process where a company, often a manufacturer, manages and intergrates the important part of its business. An ERP management information system intergrates areas such as planning, purchasing, inventory sales, marketing, finance, and human resources. The acronym ERP stands for enterprise resource planning. It refers to the systems and software packages used by organizations to manage day-to-day business activities, such as accounting, procurement, project management abd manufacturing (reyes, 2017) Importance of enterprise resource planning Chang(2017) stated that ERP is a system that can be used with great benefits to your organization, but it also can take time, effort and financial resources to adopt and use on a regular basis. The benefits of ERP are far outweighing the initial cost, time and effort associated with incorporating the software into your organization. Implementation of ERP is important, it ties together and automates a number of processes within a given enterprise . ERP software standardizes, streamlines, and intergrates business processes across finance, human, resource, procurement, distribution, and other departments Characteristics of enterprise resource planning. ERP system has typically included the following characteristics such as an intergrated system, operates in ( or near) real time, a common database that supports all the applications, a consistent look and feel across modules and installation of the system with elaborate application/data integration by the information technology department. ERP has a modular design that incorporates various distinct business modules such as manufacturing, financial, accounting and distribution, with each module taking care of the functions of particular section of department of an organization as cited. Central common database is an important characteristic of good ERP system. All the data is entered and stored only once and then used by all the departments and modules simultaneously. How to make bearbrand cheesecake.. This is my recipe.. I always do it and prepare it.. Lets start with our ingredients.. Ingredients.. 1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour 1 cup sugar 1 cup bearbrand milk powder 1 tbsp baking powder 1/8 tsp of salt 2 whole eggs 1 tbsp margarine 1 cup water 1 pack cheese grater Procedure. Lets start cook.. Lets mix the wet ingredients 1.First mix the 1 tbsp margarine and 1 cup sugar.. 2.add 2 whole eggs then mix it to dissolve the margarine then set aside. Lets mix the dry ingredients. 1.Stir the 1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour, 1tbsp baking powder, 1/8 tsp of salt, 1 cup bearbrand milk powder. Then mix it.. 2.Add the mix dry ingredients to the wet ingredients gradually.. 3.After mix it, add the water gradually until the dry ingredients dissolve. 4.Put in the tub then covered it. 5.Boil a water. Then we steam it.. Cook it in 45 minutes until its cook.. 6.After cook it. Its ready to serve.. We eat together and done its so delicious.. Yummy..

#3-in-1 As a teacher, i have always tried to teach minds, touch hearts, and transform lives. And as the cliche goes it's easier saud than done, especially in teaching a highly diverse class who are too different from one another in a lot of aspects. A heterogeneous class is like a 3 in 1 coffee, with low, average, and good students. When they are all together much effort, time, and compassion are needed. A lot of my colleagues will surely agree that it is such a herculeab task to handle a class with mixed ability, different family backgrounds, experiences and interests. The kind of class requires balance in attention, in teachibg strategies and approaches to provide effective learning for all. For instance, in accompishibg activities, the fast learners may find them to easy and get bored waiting for other to finish, while the struggling one's find them too difficult and need some warning up to start. Indeed, time and pacing are the usual problems that every teachers encounters. Thus, groups activities, like role play and buzz session must be practiced to develop peer teachinf and collaboration among the learners. Although taxing and sometimes frustrating, there are still some advantages in combining different kinds of students. Listening and spending time together in one class may increase awareness on each other's needs abd facilitate camaradere by reaching out to those who are left behind, also respect and acceptance of their individual differences can be established among learners. Therefore improving not only one's intellect but also the students values information. In the end, some students seem don't really care how much they have learned from me, but it's more of how i made them feel. So it is my constant endeavor to stay grounded and keep in my heart my mission as a teacher. I will take years or even decades to fullfil it but i will patiently want because know the rewards will be priceless and lasting..

The legend of maria makiling I was in high school when i learned the story of maria makiling.. According to legend, there was a time when the gods could live like ordinary mortals do. Although these gods were enchanted, they could speak, love and even go to the market like what people do in our time. This story tells what happened to the daughter of two such deities. This is the storu of maria makiling. Two deities, dayang makiling and gat panahon, had an only daughter named maria. Because of her beauty and charm, she was the delight of her parents. The source of their joy and strength, maria was, to them, a jewel, a treasure that made life full of light and laughter. At that time people could talk with the deities face to face, and even sit with them side by side underneath a tree. People could also ask for help when they were in need, provided that they asked in a solemn manner. It was the custom of maria to go to a small market, called talipapa, on weekdays. Just like other women, she would onsuch occasions wear clothes fashion at that time.. Maria had long, black abundant hair which she usually decorated with pomelo flowers. When she went to the market, her flowing hair would touch her ankles. As she passed along, gallant men would bow their heads to signify their respect. When maria went to the market, she was always accompanied by two aetas, who served as her servants. These two servants stayed close behibd maria, and they both carried a basket each that was full of golden ginger. These golden ginger maria would barter for such items needed for the home. There was no money at that time, and instead of buying, people bartered and exchanged their goods for the things that they needed. On a market day, the residents of the area were not only ones who would go to the talipapa. Merchants and people from neighboring towns would also go to the market. One day, gat dula, the ruler of the kingdom of bay, come to the talipapa to while away the hours. A piece of animal skin with fine hair caught gat dula's eye and he reached out to touch the fur. At the same moment, maria was also reaching towards the same piece of animal skin and their shoulders accidentally touched. Their eyes met and gat dula bowed his head as a sign of respect and apology. And maria responded with a shy smile as they parted from each other's company. Since that first encounter, gat dula often visited the talipapa but he was not able to see maria during these visits. One day, he saw maria at the very place where they first met. He approached maria and greeted her and maria responded with a very sweet smile. That was the beginning of their friendship which blossomed into love as time passed. The love affair between gat dula and maria came to be known to gat panahon, maria's father. Gat panahon was angry. Even dayang makiling, maria's mother, was distressed that her only daughter was in love with a mortal. Maria was then forbidden to go down to earth. Her parents even took away frommaria the power of enchatment which enabled a deity to look andact like an ordinary mortal.. But even though maria and gat dula could no longer meet ohysically, their love endured. Maria continurd to watch over gat dula. During a battle with the army of lakan bubto, the ruler of a neighboring kingdom who invaded the kingdom of bay's gat dula did not suffer a single wound due to the support of maria's enchantment. Unfortunately, gat dula's inability to see maria caused him to fall ill and die. Maria implored the gods to give her the soul of gat dula and her request was granted

The origin of the world (maranaw) I was studying it when i was highschool.. Teachers told to me the meaning of it.. According to maranaw folklore, this world was created by a great being. It is not known, however, who exactly is this great being. Or how many days it took him to create this world. The world is divided into seven layers. The earth has also seven layers. Each layers is inhabited by a different kind of being. The uppermost layer, for example, is the place we inhabit. The second layer is inhabited by dwarfs. These dwarfs are short, plump, and long haired. They are locally known as karibanga. The karibanga are said to possess magical powers. They are usually invisible to human eye. The third. Layer of the earth which is found under the sea or lake is inahbited by nymphs. These nymphs also possess certain magical powers. It is started inthe storu of rajah indarapatra that he met and fell in love with the princess nymph with whom he had a child. The sky also consists of seven layers. Each layer has a door which is guarded day and night by huge mythical bird called garoda. The seventh layer of the sky is the seat of heaven which is also divided into seven layers. Every layer in the sky is inhabited by angels. Maranaws believe that angels do not need food. They all possess wings with which they fly. Heaven which is found on the seventh layer of the sky is where good people's spirits go after death. Saints are assigned to the seventh layer while persons who- barely made it are confined to the lowermost layer which is found at the bottom of heaven. It is in heaven where we find the tree of life. On each leaf of the tree-of-life is written the name of every person living on earth. As soon as a leaf ripens or dries and falls., the person whose name it carries also dies. The soul of every person is found in tightlg covered jars kept in one section of heaven. This particular section of heaven is closely guarded to his thousand eyes, has also eight hairy heads. The epic darangan speaks of madale, bantungan's brother and mabaning., husband of lawanen, entering this section and retrieving the soul of bantungan..

For example, if the article is about eating healthy, it will try persuade you to eat your vegetables as well as, inform you about the different types of food groups If the author's purpose is to inform, you will learn something from the selection. Information pieces sometimes use one or more of the following: facts, details/instructions, places, events, people If the author's purpose is to persuade, that means they want you to believe their position. Persuasive pieces as usually non-fiction. Although there are facts, it contains the author's opinions,. With persuasive pieces, it is clear on the author's point of view(whether he/she is for or against it.) If the author's purpose is to entertaun, one goal may be to tell a story or to describe characters, places or events (real or imaginary) Thats it..

How Filipinos spend christmas I and many filipinos, particularly christians, have a number of christmas practices. These practices show the influence of the spaniards. Lantern of different sizes and shapes adorn filipino homes. From december 16 to december 24, filipinos attend the series of nine dawn masses called misa de gallo. Carolers go from house to house sing christmas songs for money and fun. After the midnight mass on december 24, the filipinos have a family reunion. After the gift-giving they partake of a special meal called noche buena.. Noche buena is so particular because in this event all family member eats together happy together. The spirit of peace and joy spread throughout the whole filipino community. In the cities, aside from all these usual activities, there be caroling as well as lantern contest.. I been watch lantern contest on television.. Its so beautiful, all the filipinos work are so beautiful.. And this year i didn't know how to celebrate a christmas this year.. Many children so sad this christmas.. I wish the harmful disease lose now..

I wake up this morning at six o'clock. As usual, i do my routine and clean the store. Then, i prepare a breakfast of fried rice and fried egg for myself, and eat heartily. This morning, i have a lit of customers. They buy many things from the store. Tomorrow, i ask my brother to open the store for me. He open it at nine o'clock. I attend a storekeepers meeting. We talk about ways by which we can attract customers. After the meeting, i shop for more goods that i sell during the grand sale this saturday..

Cats A cat is a good parent. A mother cat licks her kittens as soon as they are born. This is how she cleans and dries her kittens. It is also a way of keeping her kitten's fur smooth. The mother cat nurses them and she watches over them all day. If she thinks her kittens are not safe, she transfers them to another place. She picks them up gently by the skin on the back of their necks. Then she carriers them one by one to a safer place. She is very gentle but she will scratch any animal or person trying to harm her kittens. This is how caring a mother cat is to her kittens..

They are born with a shell and a bone. As they grow, the shell harden and grow too. The shell serve as protection. The shell of a map turtle be wide with bumpy edges a box turtle have a high, round shell. Sea turtles spend almost all their lives in the water. They lay their eggs on a dry place above the water. I love turtles. They be slow but sure animals. In fact, i take care of one in the houses. It give me delight every time i get home from school..

I live in roxas district and our house is near a river. Across the river are houses built by squatters. I have noticed that the color of the water in the river is muddy black. Oftentimes, i see plastic bags, styrofoam, and bottles floating on the river. Beacause of these thibgs floating, the water on the river does not flow fast. I do not see any fish living in it,. I believe this is beacause the water is alreadypolluted by the waste thrown by the people who live along the river.

Development enterprise resources I learned it when i was in school.. This is the article i want to share with you.. Planning for the matrix master marketing inc. Here are the some planning.. Requirements analysis- in this phase, developers determined the problems of company, what kind of system will the company need to solve these problems and the requirements needed in developing the system. Design- in this phase, hardware and software requirements were determined so that the developers will know what kind ofcomputers or additional hardware and software will be needed in developing system. Impementation- after creating the design, the developers will be creating small programs called units, which will be intergrated in the next phase. Each unit will be developed and tested for its functionality that is reffered to as unit testing. Testing - in this ohase, the units that were developed in the implementation phase will be intergrated into a system after testing. Then the software that will were designed will go through constant software testing to find out if there are any flaws or errors. This would be done for the company not to face any problem during the installation of the software. Maintenance - after the installation, modifications to the system or even in the individual component can be done to alter attributes or improve performance of the system. These would be done if the client initiates a request or defects that are uncovered during the used of the system. The client is also provided with regular maintenance and support for the developed software. This is what i learned from school that i was sharing to all..
