I live in roxas district and our house is near a river. Across the river are houses built by squatters. I have noticed that the color of the water in the river is muddy black. Oftentimes, i see plastic bags, styrofoam, and bottles floating on the river. Beacause of these thibgs floating, the water on the river does not flow fast. I do not see any fish living in it,. I believe this is beacause the water is alreadypolluted by the waste thrown by the people who live along the river.
