Simple steps to prepare Chicken curry

Heat vegetable oil / olive oil in a sauce pan over medium heat, pour your sliced onion and stir fry until it's lightly brown.

Pour blended garlic and ginger, then add curry powder, cinnamon, paprika, bay leaf, sugar and salt.

Continue to stir for at least 2 minutes.

Add chicken pieces, tomato paste, yogurt, and coconut milk.

Boil until it's done, reduce heat, and cover to simmer for at least 20 minutes.

Remove bay leaf, and stir in lemon juice and cayenne pepper.

Simmer for an extra 5 minutes

Hmmm. This meal will definitely taste nice. Although it's been long I ate chicken though but thanks for bringing this up again. I will go to the market to get chicken and prepare this delicacy you've written about.
