Ingredients:
200g flour
1 natural Yoghurt (125g)
1 tsp Salt
4.5-6g Baking powder
Olive oil
Directions:
Mix the ingredients (not the oil) together and knead the dough until it's nice and soft. Let the dough rest for about 0.5-1h.
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces, shape into a ball and roll out flat.
Heat the pan beforehand, the hotter the better. Put a little bit of olive oil in the pan.
Put the dough in the pan, close the pan with a lid and fry the side until the dough bubbles a little and turns a little brown, then turn the dough and repeat.
Enjoy with a little bit of fruit jam!
