Ingredients:
300g flour
80g sugar
40-50g coconut flakes
3-4 tsp grated orange peel and crushed chocolate
1 egg
1 natural yoghurt (75g)
9g baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 small crushed Cardamom
50g butter (or olive oil)
1 tsp olive oil
First of toast the coconut flakes in a pan:
Then mix all ingredients and form small balls, place them on the baking sheet and press them a little bit in the middle to flatten them a bit. Instead of butter you can also try olive oil but a little less. Then bake at 230°C, with top and bottom heat, 25-28 minutes. Let it cool a bit. Enjoy!
