Yesterday, I got a site update from my colleague that really made me happy. Progress is being achieved on our site irrespective of the fact that so many factors are causing delays. Now, this is the first major project we’ve gotten ever since I and my friend started our company August of this year. We are developing a 3 acres farmland for my friend brother’s company. There’s a saying that “Value should be created first before making money” and this is exactly how and why we got this project. The profit margin for the project is less than 5% of total construction cost (which is very low), but I am happy we’d be able to add this to our portfolio. Projects like this helps small companies like ours grow. Create value first, then money will follow. This has always been on of my Mantras. #noisecash (testing)
