@Giddyboy more from that month

April is not a fool’s month April is the cruellest, cruelest month. It brings the snow, and it brings the rain. It brings the wind that blows the sleet. And then the gales that blow the snow, And the storms that make it howling night. The months of March and April pass, And all the flowers in the garden fade. The days become too short for my tasks and duties, duties: what a terrible word! They leave me too little time for play. But I love watching from my window ledge. There is a child across the way. Yet I hate to see the summer go. This time next year I'll be so tall! Ah well! I mustn't grumble at growing. I'm sure I'd grumble if I didn't grow. I know that all these April things Will soon be over; they're beginning to end. But please! oh please, kind April, come again! You're best of all the months in the year. Happy New Month.
