The parent's rage, the child's misery: Never Again, it's SO WRONG! I believe in it, and I can relate. My experiences prove this especially with my eldest. Until now, so I feel guilty. But I know it can change, I'm changing. So sometimes I look for someone to talk to so that my children don't feel physically and emotionally when I'm stressed.

Correct! Don't vent out your frustrations to your children.
Yes children's felt sad when they saw their parents struggling and start to ovethink a way to help them. Communication is the key and transparency
