TORTANG MONGGO
Ingredients
2 cups Monggo ( cooked, and mashed )
1 cup Flour ( All purpose flour or cornstarch)
2 pcs eggs beaten
1 Onion (slice on slim)
3 cloves Garlic (sliced on slim )
1 cup Malunggay leaves
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of sugar ( just like your sweet love )
Oil
Catsup or any Dipping sauce if you want
Easy steps
1. Mix all ingredients except oil, mix well until well combined
2. Heat pan with oil
3. Fry by batches
4. Flip to fry both side until it turn golden brown in color
5. And now our level up tortang Monggo is done
6. Serve and enjoy !
I've tried this already but the kids won't like it.
