Well, I have bad relationships with sport. Really, I started running, doing exercises, swimming and other things much times and all my undertakings were failed. I think that many recognise themselves now.
And that’s why I admire and don’t understand at the same time people who can wake up in early morning so that.... JUST RUNNING AROUND 30 minutes and doing it every day! It’s amazing, they are heroes for me.
But I have just one question: WHAT FOR ? What for they do it ? I’ve heard that people who go to sport more healthy and live long and happy life... But... when I’m looking on my friends, who just came back from gym and Oh my God, they are looking awful, tired, unhappy definitely. They have something constantly hurting and every of them tells me that sport doesn’t help to health, even spoils it! But they continue to do it, amazingly!
And I often blamed myself that I am so lazy and can’t even running 10 minutes, I considered myself real bummer.
But after all of this I was talking with my another friend who is eating all food, drinking, never going to sport and all that he’s doing is just playing computer and watching videos, and you know, he is really happy man! He is really healthy man! He is living really long, saturated and great life!
And I made decision finally about sport, I’m thinking , you understood what :)
