Third world country!!!! what's this term elicits exactly?

The term was actually originated from the Cold War period to differentiate those nations that are neither aligned with the West (NATO) nor with the East, the communist bloc. Nowadays this term is more used to signifies the developing & under developed countries of Africa, Asia, Latin America.

Poverty is the cardinal problem in all third world countries:

Poverty is the common characteristics of these countries. Most of the people live under the poverty line. They even can't get enough food to mitigate their hunger. As a consequence malnutrition, increased rate of infant mortality, less average mortality rate rises in a intense amount.

Education is like a mere hallucination to them:

They even can't eat how they can afford to go school. Education rate of these countries is very low. Some of them can go to school and take primary education. But things are changing with the passage of time, several social organizations, UN, Donor organizations are trying to change their fate.

Corruption is the main barrier that enchains their hope of slight better life:

Most of the government officials, politicians, law enforcing agencies are devastatingly corrupted. They are the real threat of their own community. Though they are the chair holder for doing better for general people , they just do the opposite. They extract the money that should be used for the betterment of general citizen of that country.

Social Insecurity:

Robbery, Snatching, Stealing, War, Terrorism, Civil conflicts, even killing are the part and parcel of a third world countries everyday happenings. That's why international community & officials are always unwilling to go there for official job.
