Only One Of You, Only One Of Me

Today, I'll refer to the assignment, the most commonly neglected segment of life and the cornerstone of our destiny. Many circumvent it for lack of self-confidence, faith in Yahweh, or fear of what the world will say. Others reason their way out. The children nowadays inherit the slave code from their parents, a transgenerational paradigm that teaches us to follow the mob: go to school, be good little boys and girls, work, and squirm your way through life, or, in other words, be like everyone else.

But there are a few unflinching souls who, in spite of their temporary weaknesses and exposure to the omnipresence of poverty and despair, accept the challenge, wholeheartedly believing that they've been chosen and endowed with an unalienable right to win in the battle of life, and often fight their way to divinely inspired success, otherwise intellectually unexplainable. They gratify Divinity and fascinate scribes, mesmerize the mediocre, and inspire future generations.

Abundance is a by-product of having the guts to walk by faith against all odds, to hold fast to the directives of the small voice within, and to be immovable like a mountain in the face of danger, challenges, and pain.

I want to exhort you to discover what has been despoiled from you: your identity and assignment. Those are the constituents of the supernatural, divinely inspired successes that settle for no compromises and cling only to the highest values.

The boot camp is ruthless but also imparts divine provision and unseen treasures. Quake yourself out of the dormancy of this domain of life. You don't have to be slaves all of your lives. Discovering an assignment or purpose is the most profoundly transformative experience. It dispels all illusions and introduces clarity to the situation, no matter how complex and gloomy. Lose yourself of the Babylonian veneer you've carried since the day you were born.

The assignment, much like DNA, is the demarcation line. Your name and your purpose are interwoven. No one can take what has been divinely ordained for you unless you let them. It comes with all of the necessary hardware for its completion.

Q: Alright, genius, but how do I discover my assignment?

Dig down to the very core of your being. Ask yourself: whose tears affect you and whose prosperity matters to you? Your calling is whatever fuels you with passion and stirs the repository of your love (your heart).

You can't connect the dots looking forward. Make the first step in the right direction, and your vision will broaden out of proportion, instigating a chain of events that no intellect could explain or anticipate. Find the wellspring of genuine wealth, and you'll find yourself. It's an inexhaustible source of motivation, inspiration, strength, and love.

Bear in mind that the pathway is full of hurdles, thorns, and thistles. In essence, it's the harshest, crudest, and most unforgiving road that tolerates neither hesitance nor defeatism. It will wage war on you every day, all day, through your mind. Just keep listening to that small voice within. If you do, to put it Biblically, windows of heaven will be opened unto you (Malachi 3:10), and you'll receive a new name (Revelation 2:17). You'll be an exemplary servant, rewarded openly (Matthew 6:4).

You've got this.
