Cooperation is a must
Last March 20, 2022, our teacher in Entrepreneurial Mind subject named Leanne Aireca Tumaroy has instructed us to do the Venture Proposal activity. This was a group activity so I searched for my group mates and thankfully I have found six (6) members of our group. Regarding on the said activity, we were going to think of what kind of business that we will be producing or startup. This business should be originally come from us and new for the consumers. Additionally, our teacher provided us some guide questions and format that may help us to think of our ideal business to produced and so that we can finish the activity in a well-organized way.
Upon forming a six (6) member group, we automatically created a Group Chat (GC) on messenger so that we can easily contact each other regarding on the activity that was tasked to us. Since our group doesn’t even have any idea about the mentioned task, we agreed on the GC that each one of us will read the guide files or documents that our teacher has forwarded in Google classroom in order for us to be aware of the things that we need to in doing our venture proposal. After reading the guide files on the Google Classroom, we have also agreed that we will individually suggest any products that we think ideal and unique to be done. In connection, there were a lot of ideas that my group mates have suggested. Meanwhile, one of our group mates has suggested a product or business which was she named it as “C Drink”. Accordingly, this product is a kind of beverage that is made through calamansi juice and with a twist of lemongrass juice as well. Our group mate who suggested the business also described the vitamins and minerals that we can get from that certain product and it was truly beneficial in our body. That was an ideal product for us since it isn’t only makes you full but it has also a lot of benefits or nutrients that our target consumers will be obtained. Last March 20, 2022, we have agreed that those said product will be our final business that we are going to propose to our teacher. After that moment, we help each other in doing the activity so that it could be done earlier and in a proper way. Each one of us was having a specific responsibility regarding on the venture proposal activity. Although it was quiet hard to think about a unique business, but we did our best and think positive to accomplish the task that was given to us. In the meantime, we have successfully done our venture proposal with cooperation and participation of each member of the group.
That activity was quite hard for us since we don’t have any background on business but it wasn’t hinder us to finish the task and propose a business. We just encouraged ourselves to be more patient and confident in doing the activity. And the most important of all is the cooperation of the members of the group for your work to be properly organized and finished a head of the time.
