How My Special Day Went
I just wanted to share here how my day went so here it goes
I turned off all of my social media accounts yesterday before starting my countdown; I decided to keep them turned off until the end of the day because I don't want to waste this day chit-chatting online. I wanted to cherish every moment of this day as much as possible. This childish act of mine may have seemed selfish to my friend, who is presently greeting me through social media messages. But just for today, I wanted to be selfish.
Of course, my usual routine, is I do the laundry before I made my errands. Thereafter, I take my time choosing what to wear, which is always a struggle whenever I have something to visit since I'm too particular about what to wear on a certain occasion and aside from the comfortability I tend to consider first the weather.
I arrived at the mall peacefully on my own, which was also enjoyable because the mall was relatively empty. I felt at ease taking advantage of my time by visiting each shop and looking at their wares.
But of course, before everyone else I ate in Tokyo Tokyo, it was a craving satisfaction then after that I immediately went to the department store section to check the oven that I had been longing for. I'm overjoyed as they already had a stock of the oven I was looking for, the time I also waited from just saving enough amount for it until the day I waited for them to had the stock of the oven I was looking for, it was all worth it.
It is incredibly satisfying to achieve something on your own and to know that you have worked hard for it. At that moment, I was so thankful because I felt like my day was already complete. I wasn't expecting more, but it was also unexpected that my two friends picked me up as they had planned a small surprise party for me. In addition, when I returned home, my parents had prepared some food for me. This 21st birthday has been a blast; the blessings I've received from the Lord have been abundant from morning until night.
All along I had planned to dedicate that one entire day to myself, but it was so heartwarming to have my friends put so much effort just to be there together with me to celebrate that very special day of mine.

A Birthday Countdown
I grew up in a family where birthdays were not actually a thing that has to be celebrated. Well, we somehow experience having a party celebrated when we were seven years old, and then it would happen again when we were eighteen and twenty-one years old for my brother. However, those celebrations, including my 18th birthday celebration, were made possible by my brother's financial support. My brothers prepared the majority of the food served that day, and I contributed in some way. In addition to receiving the money, I assisted in the cooking and preparation of the food, which was certainly exhausting.
Apart from the cost and the fact that my parents don't like to socialize during such occasions, they dislike gatherings, especially our mother. We also don't have a place in the house to accommodate guests because our house is basically a *sari-sari store*. A lot of stocks of whatever product our family makes a living from are being cluttered all over the place. Growing up, I despised this location and wished for a better home, but I believe it has aided my development. My mother always tells me that "where it is sparse, there is progress," which I later realized is true. And when everything is orderly there isn't much a single movement.
As I get older, my desire for a birthday celebration grows, and I envy most of my friends because they can prepare and held a party for themselves, while I beg my parents to do so for me. During my last senior year, I spent my birthdays alone, wandering around places I enjoyed without getting permission from my parents to do so. All I know is that I wanted to relax during that day, that I wanted to disconnect from the rest of the world for that one day.
Birthdays aren't occasions to be commemorated for me; rather, they mark the beginning of another year of responsibility in this world. Another year of mission completion awaits, as well as another year of failures. It doesn't matter to me whether I had a party or not, whether someone greeted me or not because all I care about now is my existence for another year and my self-awareness of my birthday. Maybe once I had my own money, I'd be able to figure out what they were trying to tell me by not allowing us to celebrate every birthday in our lives.
Tonight is the official start of my day, I'm welcoming another year of my life in my own unique way.
*"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!*
*May this another year be more worthwhile to me, I desire to be more responsible and productive, as an adult should be. Please, Lord, guide me according to your will, and please forgive me for my mistakes. May this another year of mine be a blessing not only for me but also for my parents. Cheers to my 21st birthday!*
*-Gelayy"*

Tomorrow Is Coming
Birthday, a culture we often held as the annual celebration the very first day that we came into this world. I have always believed that being born into this world was the greatest blessing we received from our Lord. He made it possible for us to be free and enjoy the wonderful things He made and I'm grateful for that.
Aside from the fact that tomorrow is my 21st birthday, I'm not certain what I suppose to feel. Actually, I wasn't that excited; every year before my birthday, I had the feeling that I was alone, that I was empty inside. I'm not certain about this feeling but all I know is that I don't want that day to come and I certainly don't want it to be celebrated. I'm not trying to be a downer, I just don't want people to notice me during that day. If I were to celebrate it, I would want to do so in my own way, but the peer pressure I face every year seems to demand that I must prepare a party.
Not everyone wants a fancy birthday celebration, not everyone wants a material gift, and not everyone wants a special birthday celebration. Every year, my only wish is that the Lord will provide me with more guidance in all of my life decisions. I don't want a fancy party, I don't want to demand it from my parents as it's just a cost a lot and it also cost of their time. But, to be honest, I haven't had one since I was a child, and I'm not expecting one now. Throughout middle school, I used to envy my friends since their birthdays were organized by their parents, but as I grew older, I realized that this wasn't exactly what I wanted. I only wanted a simple "happy birthday" from them as a sign that they had remembered my birthday that it was also a special day for me without demanding that I needed to invite them to come over and held a party.
Tomorrow will the third year that I'm celebrating it alone, I don't know if I could call it special but all I wanted was one day of being myself, being free from my own reality. I wanted to celebrate it alone and I want to treat myself alone just once every year. But, despite the fact that I don't want anyone to notice me deep down inside, I still want to be given a simple introduction to the people who are important to me.

Kahit Araw-Araw Lugaw Basta May Sabaw
Reminiscing my childhood I remembered how I was so obsessed with the idea of making powder milk or chocolate (milo) as my dish with rice. When we're having a *sinigang*, *nilaga*, or *bulalo* I always eat a bowl and wanted to make my rice soaked with the soup. I don't know but I was just so obsessed with it, I love having meals that a dish has a soup-like sopas, noodle soup, just anything with soup.
It's already January, and summer is approaching, but the weather in our areas remains indecisive. During the day, it's sunny outside, but once it gets to around 4 p.m., the wind starts to feel cold. It became a habit of mine to go to my favorite eatery in our neighborhood every evening at 5:30 p.m. just to eat/purchase "lugaw", I'm quite obsessed with it for a while now.
Well having soup dishes in a day has a lot of benefits on our body, aside from helping it to keep our body warm it is also good for digestion which eases our vowel movement.
Well to be honest I'm suffering from hemorrhoids and I think this obsession of mine in soup is helpful since it reduces the uncomfortable feeling and the itching.
I'm having my *lugaw, tara kain po tayo!*

What Is Wrong With These People
Electing the next leader of our country is no laughing matter, it is a serious matter that must be taken seriously. I don't understand what's wrong with our fellow citizen's character as some of us mock other presidential candidates, apart from their bias.
Global modernization does indeed assist each individual in becoming more technologically intelligent, but it has also resulted in the emergence of a rotten norm among some of us who engage in cyber labeling or vandalism on social media platforms.
As a student who benefits from technology's many advantages, I am also discouraged by its negative influences. I believe that they are one of the causes of a person's moral decline, I'm not quite certain how I'm going to say it. But obviously, even parents who should be good role models for their children, students, or youth in their community are becoming awful people since they are frequently the ones who have a foe or act as a basher on other people through social media which obviously can be seen by people younger to them since social media is a public platform that was accessible for all. Even for those who are educated and have positions sometimes, they are the ones who dare to rage online. Apart from that, there were those who were unknowledgeable enough to mock others online. I mean, how did they have the audacity to mock others without first getting to know them?
Don't get the wrong idea, but in my personal view, modernization may increase our intellectual capacity, but on the other hand, the moral value of and the character that one must possess has significantly reduced. Were been taught since we were a child to be polite and to be kind enough to respect other people's opinions even if they had opposing beliefs from what we believed. These arguments were just too hard to understand in the first place, I mean I'm not perfect to say these things in the first place but if I keep up for myself it's more like I'm tolerating this kind of Filipino intoxicated mindset.
Those candidates may have their own mistakes in their past but it doesn't mean that they were still living the life that they were in their past, even if they aren't our bias to be our new leader let's just be reminded to open our minds for them to hear out their platforms and respect them as a human too.

Tutok Ka Ba? The Jessica Soho Presidential Interview
Jessica Soho Presidential Interview is now on air, all the president's candidates namely Sen. Manny Pacquiao, VP Lennie Robredo, Sen. Ping Lacson, Mayor Isko Moreno, and except for Sen. BongBong Marcos are all present on set.
The starting questions are too intense to watch, I haven't decided who to vote for this coming election and this interview was a good start to see all of these candidates' intentions to our country.
"*Sayang*" & "*Naku*" I was too stunned by Sen. Ping Lacson answered that he gave to Jessica Soho when they were given a chance to describe the picture that they were showing on set's screen to describe just using one word. Those pictures that were appeared were the image of the current Pres. Rodrigo Duterte when he describe the image as "*sayang*" as for the appearance flag of Chinese undoubtedly uttered "*naku*". As if saying that he's a little disappointed in the current administration.
Apart from what has already been stated, these four presidential candidates' responses to Jessica Soho's question were as tries to follow.
***"Ano ang inyong diagnosis o sa tingin ninyong sakit nating mga Pilipino at ano ang gamot o prognosis for recovery?" (***What is your diagnosis, or what do you believe our Filipinos' disease is, and what is the treatment or prognosis for recovery?***)***
I salute Jessica Soho and all of the GMA Public affairs staff for having the guts to throw this kind of question at the presidential aspirant. Of course, all four of these individuals responded to Ms. Jessica Soho's question with honesty and dedication.
VP Lennie Robredo as she points out in her response, we Filipinos have a habit of forgetting our value system from time to time and claiming that we do not learn from our mistakes. Well, I sort of agree with her response because she can't say it without a visible lack of understanding that there are not only members of Congress, but also every Filipino citizen.
Sen. Lacson stated that more of us have become hopeless, helpless, and dreamless. He also boldly stated that the government was at the root and end of the Philippine dilemma and that the solution should also come from the government. Well, I believe it was indeed, One of our lessons was based on the personal knowledge I gained from our previous subject about the Spanish conquest, and it addressed the issue of corruption in the government, which was tainted due to the selfishness of the previous rulers at the time.
"We Filipinos are stubborn, and we don't follow the law." This was Sen. Pacquiao responded, It was a simple act of aggression, but it turned out to be a good one, not only for the citizens but also for his colleagues in Congress, who had previously disobeyed the law. It is also true that the country's economy will not recover despite the sacrifices made by those in charge to solve other problems in the country because many people do not follow the law and refuse to cooperate when they do not like the leadership of a single person.
Political dynasty, this was *Yorme's (Mayor Moreno)* simple answer, he emphasizes that politics should not be passed down through the generations.
*Senate Bill No. 1765 or the Anti-Political Dynasty Act of 2018 defines political dynasty as the "concentration, consolidation, and/or perpetuation of public office and political powers by persons related to one another within the second degree of consanguinity or affinity."* This was proposed by Senator Francis Pangilinan in the year 2018.
However, apart from this information of the Senate bill, I believe that having a political dynasty can be a long-term source of corruption. I agree with Mayor Isko's proposal to give other people who want to serve the country the opportunity to be leaders, but it will not be easy, especially since having a name in public is one of the most difficult things for a regular citizen to do.
From the beginning of the program, all of their responses were sincere and obvious to be full of dedication. Their responses are good, but they still have flaws, which is to be expected, especially since all of the candidates have a problem in our country. I'm still undecided about who to choose, but I'm hoping that by listening to this interview, I'll be able to see their goals for our country. I hope that every internet user will listen to the presidential candidates' every goal and platform, as well as avoid conflicts in public or on the internet because every citizen has a different viewpoint. Respect for what others choose and a reminder to every one vote wisely.

Poetry Background
Did you know that poetry didn't have an exact origin? Ancient poetry in the Philippines is known to believe as an extension of our Ancestral home which is the country of Malaysia, most of the old poetry was influenced by the Spaniards as they conquer our mainland.
According to Baritugo, poetry comes in fives things: first (1) is that the poetry is a concentrated thought, well indeed since poetry was made out of ideas that are mainly influenced by the writer's emotions making it such an expression that a writer wanted to comprehend to its reader. Secondly (2), poetry is a kind of word music, well originally music was made out of poem as a poem that was needed to read it aloud making it pleasant to be heard. Third (3), Poetry expresses all thoughts, same as being said first that a writer forms a connection with its reader through their emotions and senses to make it more appealing. (4) Poetry answers our demand for rhythm as the intonations and each rhymes the same in the second thing makes it pleasing to hear. Lastly (5), poetry is observation plus imagination.
All the dramatic effects depend on how a reader would speak out each of the author's works as it will influence how a listener may comprehend the emotions that are being delivered.
It just happened that I'm reviewing my notes about these things and I wanted to share all of my insights regarding this topic, sharing my thoughts about these helps me to be more familiar with what I'm reading. since I'm not that good at memorizing I need to make my own tactic to be knowledgeable of what I've been reading.
I was supposed to post this yesterday but then I totally forgot to finish writing this one, anyway good morning everyone let's be productive today.

Where It All Started
Anti-modern aspects of postmodernism of colonial society. Factors observable in the novels are how friars opposed India's to have a proper education, which is portrayed by Padre Damaso. The school is a symbol of empowerment since, as Rizal stated, education is a way to avoid succumbing to a country's domineering aristocracy. For instance, the church prevents Filipinos from learning Spanish in school comma which prevents them from obtaining the most prestigious jobs in the colonial society. Crispin and Basilio are the ones who would have benefited from a circular education. If only they had been offered the opportunity to the education they wouldn't have become sextons and wrongfully accused by the church.
Nowadays, quality education can be attained with government universities and is free to all. Another factor is how the church meddles with the governance in the San Diego period it is evident that the authority of the church is higher than the government in the 19th-century Philippines. In Rizal's novels, he portrayed that the friars also use the catholic doctrines as a basis of a person for example Tasio though he is a highly educated person is ridiculed by most of society because his values differ from the norm. Also, how they use exile, ex-communication, and the death penalty as punishment was seen when don Rafael Ibarra was sentenced to the death penalty. Currently, the country has instated a law that separates the church and the state that states that no law shall be made respecting an establishment of religion. Lastly, how 19th-century society views their women. Women were seen as the weaker sex period they were expected to be subservient to their husbands and father. Their occupational option was also extremely limited, and middle and upper-class women generally remained home to care for their children and household. Maria Clara is supposedly created to be a perfect example of women in that era.
In this era, this concept formed the patriarchal society, a social system in which men hold primary power and predominate in roles of political leadership, moral authority, social privilege and control of poverty and feminism, the advocacy of women's rights based on equality of the sexes.
Modernity is a concept of surpassing predecessors in terms of knowledge advances period Jose Rizal was considered a modern man and his lifetime. Rizal desires modernity to the point that in his first attempt at reformation in the Philippines, he wished the Philippines to be part of Spain clearly he wanted the Philippines to progress. Jose Rizal chooses to exploit the Spaniard colonization and their effects on Filipinos, to their sociological aspects and in the 19th century Philippines society and his novels.
As Spaniards claimed, they supposedly brought modernity with them to the Philippines which is not relatively true. According to results logic, the corrupt Spanish colonial bureaucracy relentlessly exploited the Filipinos, but blame the underdevelopment of the people on their presumed indolence.
The self in the western shows that this view was erroneous through recourse to both logic and historical fact, which brought Rizal to a work of Antonio de Morga work. The fact proved true the colonialist view of Filipinos that pre-colonial Filipino society was relatively advanced, suggesting that the presumed backwardness was because of colonialism. And, of course, despite the claims of the heavy-handed colonial government and the hierarchy of the roman catholic church, the colonial policy was oppressive.
Rizal referred to the "boasted minister of god which is the friars and propagators of light who have not sought nor do they sow Christian morals, they have not taught religion, but rituals and superstition". The sentiment is not without merit even today. Modernity is never the problem in the Spanish colonial period. It was their claim that the Philippines would never have advanced and progressed without them. To consider modernity as the central problem of the noble, it would seem that Rizal opposed the idea of the Philippines progressing and would only be seen as a cynical man who disapprove of modernity. To establish the Philippines do not need there, the Spaniards, modernity owing to the fact that even before they came, philippine was already prospering with innovation. Instead portrayed the oppressive condition of Spanish colonial rule since their stay was the major root of all the problems at that period. Rizal hope to educate Filipinos with this aspect of the Spanish regime, he wanted them to progress through education and to open their eyes to their true villain in the country since the Filipinos are also half of the problem. He held on to the idea of education as a way of overcoming oppression.
The friars, on the other hand, we're always clashing to the out of the Filipinos gaining knowledge. They covertly the real Jose Rizal's effort to spread secular knowledge to the Philippines population, using their influence on the church and stating that the nobles are subversive, heretical, and against the catholic doctrine. It was also shown in the Noli me Tangere when Ibarra, a respected figure, advocated the importance of education and intellect by building a school, but San Diego's friars are fearful of education power to liberate natives from the church control. The church curtails the effectiveness of education even true punishments.
Overall, and results in logic, modernity can never be a problem if it's in the right context. Awakening the Filipinos mind through education can lead to a positive change in the Philippines, and with this view the country and reform the corrupt system rather than completely destroyed it.

Delighted To Meet Her
There is always a story behind every laugh and smile in a friendship. Dianne, I met her last year 2019 back when we were on our grade 11 Senior High School she cam from the other section and since I’m a transferred student it’s hard for me to tag along with somebody that I really don’t know, were not this close back then. It’s all start this school year when were in the same section. I wonder how we get along this far but it’s pretty fun though over a month we build a friendship with a lot of challenges, we laugh together, hangout, talk every time, share our lunch boxes with each other and there is a time that if I don’t eat she will do the same thing but when it comes to her if she doesn’t want to eat I will still eat good thing she didn’t unfriend me and we went on a fight but still we got our back together.
Last Christmas I wanted to thank her for all of the sacrifices she did for me, she helps me a lot not just academically but she became my inspiration to be a better person. She helps me to change my personality and we help each other on keep getting rid of our alcoholic addiction. She keeps on listening on all of my problems and rants in life over and over again, and in every problem we formulate a solution on it together. It’s funny that her family treats me as their daughter too, whenever I’m on her place I always feel at home and welcomed they never treat me differently even if they just met, I love the way that they keep on telling me a lot of stories and advices on life.
What I learned from her is not to hide myself to everyone and to changes every problem into laughter because time flies too fast and we don’t have the time to cry and hid ourselves in a corner. Sometimes it takes time to found alternatives in every solution in a certain problem but if we learn to trust our friend on what they will gave appreciate it with all our heart consequently you will find the happiness that you are longing for in a friendship feeling at home, loved and safe. Keep on smiling while we can eve if it is hard and God will always provide.

Lost In Thoughts
I wouldn't want to go inside our house yet as it's already past midnight, I'm enjoying the atmosphere outside with the moon hidden by thick clouds in the sky. I haven't seen any stars in quite a while, and it's only a matter of seconds as the moon appears in the sky. I can feel the sensation of the wind on my skin as I move around, it just felt so relaxing having a night like this.
I didn't realize how much time had passed until I was outside with my friends, who were also chit-chatting. I just felt as if I was lost in my own thoughts while staring at the sky, to b honest I don't really know what should I feel while looking at it. I'm having mixed emotions right now maybe I'm just overwhelmed by my current state due to the stress that I receive from this examination week, I'm not frustrated though I just don't really know how could I explain what exactly I'm feeling right now.
I'm not sad, but I'm missing something from my past on the inside that has been bothering me lately. I suddenly recall the blessings I receive, the life decisions I make, and the regrets I have from past decisions that haunt me to this day. You've probably had the feeling that you want to talk to someone but are afraid of the idea that you might just bother them or by the judgment that you may receive from them after you tell what you really feel. It's true that "having a positive mindset will attract positive things," but every situation would then put you towards the trial. Even if you don't have a problem, you'll come to the point when you suddenly feel anxious until you probably won't even notice you're panicking and overthinking over nothing.
It's just so hard to comprehend all of the emotions at a time like this, maybe this was a part adulting stage, all of these unwanted thoughts and overthinking just make you want to be a child again. The amount of realization from my childhood dreams that I have now realized that most of them were impossible to achieve even after I graduate college, there's just so many trials in real life before I can taste success. How I wish I could stay as a child forever and just dream about the impossible.

Make An Output With Me
We were assigned to make a travel vlog from the assigned destination for our final output in one of our subjects, and I was assigned to make a short tourist destination vlog from the province of Aklan. When it comes to impromptu and memorization, I'm absolutely awful, especially when it comes to using English as a medium of speaking. Therefore, I prefer to write a script and familiarize myself with the ideas and the content's flow as to how I envision it. Here's what I made last week:
Home to one of the world's top destinations, and the origin of mother of all festivals, as well as the country's oldest Province! Aklan, and together let's wonder about the Beautiful Land of the Ati!
A Philippines province located in the northwest corner of Panay Island, with world-renowned tourist attractions. Apart from being the country's oldest province, the Akeanon dialect is also the country's oldest spoken dialect, and it is thought to be derived from our Malay and Indon ancestors. The area speaks three languages in addition to Tagalog and English: Akeanon, Kinaray-a, and Hiligaynon. They are thought to date back to 35000 BC when Malays and Indonesians arrived in our country.
The province is a country's tourism hub, it is no wonder why it is visited by domestic and foreign tourists around the world
And to our first stop, the island of *Boracay* with one of its islands included in international travel magazines' "The World's Best Islands." The area is known for having pristine white beaches that can be compared to high-end resorts around the globe. Dubbed the “Island of Bliss”, Scuba diving, parasailing, fire dancing activities, and so on, guests can enjoy a wide range of things to do to enjoy the place, There are a total of 13 recognized beaches around Boracay Island.
Did you also know that Boracay was included in a list of places considered as potential Philippines capitals in the late 1940s? While the island did never become a center of trade, it has certainly become the country's Vacation Capital!
*Freedom of Shrine*, More popularly known to locals as Castillo Shrine. The site was dedicated to the province's 19 brave martyrs who fought alongside Katipunan during the Philippine Revolution against Spain. On March 23, 1897, they were executed. As a result, in Aklan Province, March 23 is a special public holiday in honor of their death anniversary.
Next on our list of the most popular tourist attractions here in Aklan is *Bakhawan Eco Park.* The Philippines' most successful reforestation project is a 220-hectare mangrove forest. It protects the surrounding community from natural disasters such as floods and storm surges. There is a boardwalk that leads to healthy mangroves, flying birds, a bamboo bridge, and a beautiful river to explore the area. A rewarding view of a shallow lagoon, a sandbar, and the wide Sibuyan Sea awaits at the end of the wooden trail.
Tigayon Hill and Caves are also known as Bukid Tigayon. A place that was mostly visited during holy week and known to be the ancient home of Kalibonhons, The Grotto of the Virgin Mary, a chapel, and a magnificent view of the Aklan River can be found at the top of the hill.
*Museo It Akean* It houses age-old artifacts of preserved Aklanon culture and is currently considered one of the country's most beautiful museums.
A one must take a look at how a native pineapple leaf is transformed into an intricately woven pina cloth in this long, tedious process. *Piña Village*, located in *Brgy. New Buswang.*
Viva Señor Sto. Niño! From these prestigious yet historical landmarks of Aklan, Let's learn more about the culture and delicacies that they have.
Sto. Niño Kalibo Ati-Atihan Festival, also known as *"The Mother of All Philippine Festivals",* is a large-scale festival that offers spectators the opportunity to dance street dancing with the performers.
One of the most popular things that Aklan is proud of is their Inubarang Manok a Filipino soup made cooked in coconut milk with diced banana pith and various spices. Aside from this were the Binakoe,” chicken cooked in bamboo, “Tamilok” or wood worms that are mostly offered by locals for a tourist to try, it can be eaten raw, grilled, or steamed.
*Abo-gid-nga-saeamat* (maraming salamat), again I am Gelay and together let's discover the treasure that our country holds, see you again on our next adventure
And that is what I'd used for a five-minute informative vlog, I think I was too bland while delivering it but I didn't want to retake all of it since I also need to review some of my notes for tomorrows test. I guess I just needed to make time tomorrow to add a finishing touch to its video since the audio and video are already done although it looks so plain.
I did not own all of this information, of course, I just did my research and for each author's credit, I put references on my piece and you can also check it out from the attached link below.

Please To Meet You!
I just realized that I haven't introduced myself here properly so I guess I'm gonna make an article about myself how I would like to be on this platform.
A pleasant day to everyone, I am a twenty years old stunner from the province of Quezon. Sightseeing, cooking, and serving people in my surroundings are the things that satisfied me the most which became a key factor towards my decision on pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and I am now a second-year student here in our Province State University. For reasons of confidentiality, I do not prefer to use my biological name; instead, you can call me *Gelayy*, which was also my screen name. *Lumiere* is a French word that means light, it is a name I acquired from a character in the Black Clover anime. Lumiere Silvamillion Clover was his full name, and he was the prince and the first established wizard king that was sealed by Secre (his servant that eventually turns into a bird form due to the consequences of here sealing magic).
As I'm a sociable type of person with a bubbly personality, I chose this name to be my screen name based on my personality. Prior to actually making a decision, I tend to look for the positive aspects of each situation, this is where I guess I shine like a beacon in the dark. But most of this personality, I like myself most when I am alone. I find that when I work alone in my own workspace, I am more reliable; I am most comfortable expressing real me as hiding on the screen of my gadgets, possibly as I am afraid of being vulnerable in front of people that I love.
As a child, I always wondered how would I become in the future, a dream big ever since. I always dream to have my own restaurant although I'm not good enough in terms of cooking I guess I could improve my skills in it through learning from professionals and adjusting to my past experiences. A few of the reasons I'm so excited to be in college since I knew that here onwards I could learn more from my professor. However, due to the fact that classes are being held online due to the global pandemic, I found it extremely difficult to learn, particularly for things that must be practiced physically.
As you can tell from what I've said above, I'm also an anime geek. I enjoy reading mangas and watching anime adaptations in my spare time, which I guess I did inherit from my older brother, who enjoyed everything related to anime. This school year, my anime reviews and recommendations were mostly posted on *noise.cash,* but due to my hectic schedule, this school year has been reduced and I have not been as active in updating these. On the other platform (*noise.cash*) I go by the name *@Gelayy*, you can visit my feed here; *https://noise.cash/u/Gelayy**.*
Aside from all of the above, I also write poems that are primarily based on my emotions; I wrote them whenever I was anxious, frustrated, happy, or in a high state of emotion. Which made you feel like you were one step closer to getting to know me better when you read my piece. I wanted to keep my works as apart as possible from the things I wanted to show the world from the things I wanted just for myself privately.
I placed a high value on each of the events and situations that occurred in my life, which is why I enjoyed taking photographs and videos as a memento of each event that I considered to be memorable. These are a few of the factors that have influenced my decision to learn video and photo editing. Despite the fact that I am not yet a pro and still have a lot to learn in this field, I am already proud of my abilities since I already had skills in this field, which I consider an asset that I could add to my resume.
I held into this quotation of Albert Einstein as my motto in life were “Try not to become a man of success. Rather become a man of value. ” therefore I'm not afraid of failure because it's a milestone on the way to success, not as a status but as a value that can serve as a model to others.
Again I am GelayyLumiere and I'm pleased to meet you all! Have a great day everyone here and God may be with you.

Starting today is our final examination for this semester, for my fellow student who will also undergo in an examination/regular class session, good luck everyone have a blessed and productive day.
Sizzling Eggplant Sisig
Some of the most common diseases that elderly people face include cognitive impairment, sensory impairment, rheumatism, bone loss, high blood, chronic illnesses, and malnutrition. My parents are getting older, and as a result, they are developing illnesses that the majority of elderly people have.
These illnesses prevent them from eating a wide range of foods and beverages, as well as engaging in strenuous physical activity. One of the reasons was that we needed to be more careful with how we pictured our home-cooked meals. We try to avoid greasy, high-cholesterol, fatty foods, and foods that may cause a high uric acid level in our bodies as much as possible.
I was in charge of cooking our meals for the majority of the time, and for tonight's meal, I decided to make a Sizzling Eggplant Sisig since we had plenty of eggplants. This was not the original recipe, I simply adapted it from an online video that I had previously seen. And hence, my younger sibling and even my parents have become used to having purchased eggplant on a regular basis because they enjoy the taste of this dish. As a result of my ability to cook dishes that are entirely made of vegetables, they also buy vegetables every time we go to the market, ensuring that what we eat is nutritious. This one is pretty simple to prepare and I'd also like to share its recipe with all and so here is the list of ingredients needed for it.
***Ingredients***
*5 Eggplants (Cut in Cube bits size)*
*Onion (Minced)*
*Garlic (Minced)*
*Green and Red Chilli (Cut it diagonally)*
*2 Eggs*
*Oil*
*Salt and Pepper to taste*
*Oyster Sauce*
*Fish Sauce*
*Spring onions (Optional)*
*Calamansi*
***And here's how you prepare it:***
*Soaked the eggplant first in the water with a little amount of salt in it just to make sure that there were no insects in our vegetables.*
*The next step is to saute garlic and onion in oil; dash with pepper; then add fish and oyster sauce.*
*Add the eggplant that had been soaked in the water and toss it repeatedly until the vegetable turns golden brown.*
*Once the vegetable has softened add the egg and season it with salt, from here onwards you can turn off the heat just still continue to toss it until the eggs had mixed well with the eggplant.*
*Top this with the remaining ingredients ad serve it hot with rice.*
We love eating bare-handed especially if this was our dish during the meal, of course, even my nephew loved this food. This dish was both cheap and nutritious for people of all ages. Eggplants are high in fiber, low in calories, and high in nutrients that are good for our health, according to research. I, for one, would love to recommend this to you because it is such a delicious dish that is also very healthy.

Three Idiots a Short Introspection
The story of three idiots revolves around the story of a relationship with yourself, and to those people who surround you even if you were not on good terms with some of them. In life it is very important that we help other people in need but on the other hand not in all the time we should not always think about the good of others, we also must think it is important to put ourselves first since at the end of the day we will not be able to help others enough if we are not able to help ourselves. It was also presented in the story the importance of what are we capable of and what we desired to be. In reality, the majority will inevitably experience this type of problem due to financial constraints, compelled by the dictates of others, or otherwise due to an individual's lack of capability for the course that they desire. Everyone has the right to dream and the freedom to choose who they will become. Grades are not always the basis of what we could be in the future they are just an indication of remarks of an individual within the range of time and it will never be a sufficient basis for society to judge their fellowmen. Indeed, it is hard to achieve a dream nonetheless it is tougher to regret something that you know you can achieve but then you just give up just because someone else dictates. The world needs us for who we are and not to world needs, therefore pursue what you wanted to be and not what other people told you to be.

Words Aren't Just a Word
My former classmate asks me for an interview, it's a school activity regarding the issue of same-sex marriage.
*The question is whether we agree/disagree with the idea of same-sex marriage.*
I took the side of "disagree" and our other friend took the "agree" part. I am not that good when it comes to explaining my thoughts, so please bear with my idea as I deliver it through a written explanation.
There were only two existing genders: male and female, so the introduction of same-sex marriage, in my opinion, is a mockery of the existing gender. It's true, they say, because that's what the bible says, and those are the only two genders that God created. When it comes to different types of sexuality, I respect the concept, but I don't agree with why it's necessary to set the level of hetero relationship in a homosexual relationship that appears to be the same for everyone. Aside from that, does the wedding appear to be taking place because one of these two will act like a woman or a man, perhaps so they have a top and bottom idea when they get to a more intimate level? Normalizing this type of unnatural act may give the children the impression that such a concept is acceptable, well in my belief it may be bad but we could let them discover it as they grow older maybe.
Well, he elaborated on what I've said before, which is that "there are two prior genders," which is true in principle, but that each individual has the freedom to choose how they act, not just based on their biological gender. While he was explaining, I felt ashamed of my response because, after all, what he was saying had a good point; well, being human isn't always about gender; perhaps I discriminate against the idea too much.
At the end of the night, I realized that gender isn't always a good indicator of success. I may believe that belief myself, but maybe it's better if I just keep my mouth shut especially when the topic was too sensitive to talk about because we didn't realize that the more we speak, the more we hurt the feelings of those around us. I had plenty of friends who is part of the community and I don't want to make them feel like I despise them, of course, I wanted to support them on what could make them happy. Maybe I shouldn't deliver my answer like that in the interview since it's too broad and harsh, I just realized that I am the one who should open my mind to such an idea since being a person won't measure how manly or feminine are you.
Well as by the saying *"If you don't want to hear it from the other's then don't say it by yourself first"*. Just think first before we speak we never know how each of our words can be so destructive for the mental health of others, just learn to respect each other's opinions since we all have different views.

Sense of Educational Assistance
I visited our municipal city office yesterday to complete some requirements for those applying for scholarships. Every school year, I am one of those students who takes an opportunity for educational assistance as it is a huge help. Despite having a high grade, I don't often get selected as a benefactor but not until last year where I was been selected as one of the benefactors.
One would never guess how this simple government program has aided me in completing my studies. Those in authority may overlook a student like me who receives educational assistance and choose to spend it on futile activities. I proudly declare that I used this Educational Assistance to purchase items that I required for my course. I'm currently a second-year college student of BS Hospitality Management, where mostly some equipment were needed for a demonstration so it was a real deal to be in a situation where I came to each of my friend's house just to ask if I could borrow certain utensils needed in my demonstration. Although I wanted to buy some of these necessary tools, there were just too many of them and I couldn't afford it all; however, last year I was able to receive Educational Assistance from our City Mayors Program, and for those who claim that I simply spent it over my desire, I can say that after a year, I was able to use that money to fund my Gcash Retailing Outlet, and with that, I was able to earn a small amount that I then added to my savings to bu. Fortunately, I haven't had the oven yet, but I'm confident that I'll be able to get it before the end of the school year because I already have the funds to purchase it.
Depending on the student, some students may choose to use what they receive for educational assistance over their desire, but for me, I prefer to use it for things I needed in school that could also help me find a part-time job in baking. Each student's viewpoints may differ from one another, and some students' decisions may be influenced by the money they have received; others may choose to spend it on useful items while others do not.
Glad that those officials provide this type of program, which allows me to obtain items that I require in my course; however, I wish that every student would think in the same way that I do, which is to spend money on useful items related to their course rather than on personal preferences.

Little Did They Know
Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management is a common course taken by young people who are undecided. This is what people who lack sufficient knowledge often say when it comes to the Tourism and Hospitality industry.
Cooking has been a passion of mine since I was a child, and I believe I inherited it from my father, who enjoys cooking as well. Because of the high cost of Culinary Arts, I initially wanted to pursue it in college but knowing how expensive it could be made me decide to pursue the more practical option of Hospitality Management. I couldn’t help but experience discrimination because of my dream job even of my dream course. From grade school, I was asked what would I like to be someday, of course, I consistently answer this kind of question until Senior year that I wanted to play my role in the industry of Tourism and Hospitality, where I could freely accommodate each tourist during their journey.
***"I see you're a Hospitality Management student; Isn't it just about cooking and tour guiding?"***
This is what we encounter as Hospitality Students, a look down from other people on the course we are taking. I'm not certain why this course appears to have no value in society in the eyes of others. Haven't they realized that each course/work has its own field of expertise? Why would they judge someone's work as if it were too easy to handle, and why would society look down on things like serving, accommodating, and cleaning-related tasks?
Tourism is important in the way that it implements activities and they are considered an industry too. As a particular destination which could be a site, man-made, natural, and event attraction if it gains their name on the tourism industry as it also provided satisfaction that could be a good help to encourage another tourist from a domestic and foreign country to try and purchase their products. These also bring tourists to a particular country which is very important as they help it to enhance their images and culture, they are the ones who make a destination has the popularity in the business. Besides they engage in a certain tourist to offer and provide services wherein this is called as the tourism products which are the combination of what a tourist does in the place that they chose and what kind of service is being used.
Likewise, tourism creates demand and it usually boosts more commercial activities resulting in having a high opportunity for employment that provides an impact on the development of the economy.
Each course is not solely based on a society's beliefs, and there are courses that are designed to fulfill every young person's dream of becoming an expert in the field they desire. So why would we merely judge them without knowing what these students went through before they get a degree or before they became a professional, it's why I wanted to share my standpoint in order to educate society. Those who read maybe educated enough not to judge someone, but those who lack knowledge may try to first use respect before speaking.
Their judgments may be harsh toward a student like me who chose this course, but little did they know that the industry in which I aspired to be part was wide and enough to make our country prosperous and economically by acknowledging and serving others.

Okay Ukay
I was raised in a family that doesn't care about the brand of the item, but rather about being grateful for what is available. I had no idea there was this particular brand of shoes when I was in elementary school, all I know is that as long as I like the color, I'm delighted. During those years, I never had the opportunity to own the expensive shoes that my classmates were obsessing over as they were in fashion trends. I couldn't ask my parents to buy it for me as I know they won't let me unless I earn enough money on my own. I've never been a fan of a particular clothing line for as long as I can remember. I only learned about the value of those clothing name brands when I was in grade 9 in junior high school.
I'm glad after all of these trends, such as how everyone is obsessed with macbeth shirts, regatta attire, and so on. I'm glad I was wise enough to choose a pair of second-hand trift clothes from a thrift store, which we Filipinos refer to as ukay. I've never heard of anyone ordering clothing through Instagram, similar to Shopee. It's been months since I started browsing thrift shops from this platform, it is also funny where you can definitely see how much I went not over "*ukay*" since all of my history search and my suggested accounts to follow were mostly an account that sells thrifty clothes.
While browsing the posts of this account named Confelia, I noticed a few blouses and dresses that I'd always wanted but couldn't afford, so I decided to take advantage of this unique opportunity. My package arrived after a week, and I was eager to see if I'd be disappointed by inspecting all four *ukay*, so I made a quick unboxing video to see if there was any damage.
I couldn't help but be overjoyed while unboxing because the beauty of everything I received was that there were no stains and it fit perfectly on my body. Just for fun, I felt like I was doing a good deed by purchasing secondhand clothing rather than brand new clothing that would cost a lot of money. It was well worth the money I spent on this. It was a pleasant surprise to have purchased thrift items online and still have high-quality clothing that was free of stains and had no issues. Amazingly, I was able to purchase formal dresses that I desperately needed at the time of my demonstration, which required me to wear one. **Disclaimer:** I am neither a psychologist nor a financial advisor, and all of my pieces were done for entertainment purposes only. Perks of Adulting
Adulting can be terrifying, based on what I've read in random posts, observed from people I know, and heard from people who have shared their experiences with how exhausting everyday responsibilities can be.
Schooling is emotionally draining in every student's view, as I recall from primary school. I can't wait to graduate with a degree and look forward to a future where I can have a decent job in the field that I've always wanted, the hospitality industry.
High school happened so fast that even I cannot expressed it with words, it was indeed true that junior and senior high school was the most exciting part in schooling. At those moment I still the person who dream the same dream when I was in child, thinking after 10 years I could become a successful person. Time changes our perspectives on life; from a child who dreamed big, I turn into a person who became afraid of my own future. College, a time of realization and a stepping stone in transformation into adulthood. By this year in my second year in college I do had undergone into a lot of introspection. Realizing that I couldnt dream that big enough no more, they always say "libre lang mangarap" (its free to dream). However, in views dreams is such a big responsibility that you needed to commit yourself into.
What is the purpose of dreaming if ones can be so timid and lazy?
We shouldn't do talk big things if we couldn't keep our promises of gaining it in the future. This is simply my point of view on the subject, as what I've observed with dreams isn't something that can be easily grasped. Apart from the length of dedication on how far individual could go, a lot of investment in hardship was required to obtain it. Knowledge isn't always sufficient; in the real world outside of school campuses, what matters is a person's determination to thrive in order to assess their abilities.
Although my perspective on adulthood can be so negative, I also had this thing that I now have most of the time where the earlier I get up, the more motivated I feel to be productive all day. I had the feeling that I needed to keep myself busy all day, and at the end of the day, it felt great to be able to accomplish so much. Do it Yourself (DIY) projects were one of the things I did to keep myself occupied. When I was rummaging through my closet the other day, I came across a very large shirt that had been given to me by a relative; the shirt was supposed to be for my father, but I asked them to keep it, which is why it's in my closet. I looked through Pinterest for ideas for what I could use as a concept for the blouse I wanted to make out of that big polo shirt. And since we didn't have a sewing machine, I was determined to sew it by hand.
Transforming an old shirt into a new piece has probably become a hobby of mine. I had a lot of shirts from previous years that I had made from scratch. The polo shirt I had was too big for me, and after measuring it, I estimate that I'll be able to get two new shirts out of it. I'm almost finished with the first one, and I think it looks nice when worn. I've started the other half, but I think it will take a long time to finish because I'm busy with schoolwork this week.
I'm just glad that even at this age, I can still find a lot of things to do that I didn't think were important when I was younger. Adulthood can be frightening, but I believe I need to enjoy what I can do in order to improve my abilities and feel more confident about the challenges that lie ahead.

Value of Saving
I have seen a lot of posts about their New Year's Resolution and I enjoyed reading some of them on their social media post, as for me I don't really have any idea what should I set as a goal for this year all I wanted was to save for future purposes.
There's a saying that "kung may itinanim may aanihin" and I was a big fan of piggybank saving because I always thought it was necessary since my parents wouldn't give me an allowance on rare occasions. We're not wealthy, we only earn enough money every day from our small retail store here in our neighborhood, but our parents have been too thrifty ever since, and now I understand why they disciplined us this way. As we grow older, we learn how to provide for ourselves things that we want without asking our parents for money, and we learn how to earn money on our own, even if it's just coins. Few of my friends would say that I have the gift of being a business-minded person, and I'm flattered since I'm not really the type of hard-working person at all. All I wanted to do was save for the things I aspire to have, I believed that I'm more of a person to spoil myself on my own earnings which I kind of hate this habit of mine.
The people on television who manage to save so much money that they can actually buy what they want while also being able to provide for their parents influenced my mindset in some way. Back in June, I started to save money on a bottle of Alfonso, I wasn't able to fulfill all the bottles since my cousin invited me to visit the Enchanted Kingdom. I didn't have extra money to spend aside from the money that I had that was allotted for my dream oven. When I broke my bottle, I did the unthinkable, I decided to use the money inside as my allowance. Apart from what I saved in my bank savings account, I was proud that I was able to accumulate three thousand pesos.
At first, I was ecstatic to have the budget but I pulled out a day before the visit and decided not to come since I know I won't be able to deprive myself of buying when I'm on such a special occasion, so I chose to stay and finish some of my school work. I just keep cheering myself up and reminding myself that at least I was able to save and finish some of my school papers. My decision to cancel to go with them to an amusement park is not regrettable, I kept promising myself that I would return to those locations one day without having to worry about where I would get money.
Well at least I have plenty of alcohol bottles here to fill up for saving, we never know when we needed money and when were emergency might occur so it is better to have something to invest in rather than spending all you have now.

Shopee Budol
I was aware that there were mobile applications that focused on e-commerce, or the trading of goods and services between buyers and sellers without having to leave the house, which is typically done over the internet.
A few of these e-commerce related applications are Zalora, Lazada, Shein, Amazon, and Shopee. The only risk a buyer could take, in my opinion, was not being able to see, touch, or inspect what the actual product looks like. Putting trust in something is a difficult part of our human nature, but it also depends on a variety of factors. One may find it difficult to trust due to a specific event or experience; a gullible person may trust such circumstances easily at first, but if they are betrayed, they may develop a trust issue. Anyways to relate this into our subject even I find it hard to put trust in a certain shop, in some circumstances if I'm planning to buy something out of my desired app such Shopee, for instance, I browse for like two or three nights before I went to bed to do my research which shop should I buy, I do not just rely on ratings itself so I take my time to read comments from the previous buyer to see if choosing a certain shop was worth it.
To be honest, I was never aware of the idea of using a Shopee voucher at first. I had no idea how to use it, so whenever I place an order on Shopee, I simply check it out as soon as I made my decision. I've been like this for the past few years, but it wasn't until a friend saw me browsing Shopee and asked if I had any free shipping vouchers, the idea being that you can get a good discount on the delivery fee.
This ignorance of mine took me to this embarrassing situation, she taught me and says that out of all of my purchases I never knew how to use such a trick. Good thing she shares her knowledge about how could I become wiser as an online customer not even that she even taught us how she receive an item that she just bought for like one (1) peso. Of course, I'm hooked by the idea of that and thought that I could get something out of that piso deals, things that could be useful. And now here I am I get addicted to the idea of if but of course, I can still resist this desire of mine, I don't want to put all of my earnings for such a compulsive buying, therefore, I ask myself every time I browse in Shopee if I needed it or I just wanted it.
I'm just amused by the totality of idea that most of the things that a mall has could find in this small application in our phone, it just one tap ahead of us, we won't be needing to step out of our house if we are willing to take the risk of buying our needs in the online platform. But still don't put too much trust, I for myself didn't buy things mostly if it is an appliance, gadget, and furniture not unless it came from the main shop of it. Most of the time I choose to go to a mall for buying my kitchen equipment to choose and inspect which size or brand fits my ideal.

What Is It For Me?
What is paying apps to me, for most of my previous year I was always thinking about how could I improve my capabilities in regards to saving and investing. Unlike other individuals who have already been gifted since they were born, I was an average person I don't have much talent academically or physically. I'm not that good at sports neither on singing or dancing. I wanted to save but I do not have any idea aside from having a part-time job where I could earn. I mostly spend quarantine browsing the internet to find a freelancing website and the same application that could help to have extra earnings.
Install, uninstall, sign in, delete the account, scam all of these I went through to find some of the applications and websites that were literally paying. I went nuts by the idea of reading and just swiping then you can earn I mostly find websites and apps that pay through Paypal and Gcash.
Accidentally I crossed over this Youtube video about Cryptocurrency, I literally clueless about the idea of this blockchain it just happened that I get curious about it and I didn't notice that I invested most of my time last vacation doing research on what is it all about. I am not that great to understand things by just looking at them I'm more of a person who learns through experiences.
At first, I was hesitant thinking it might be a scam that could snatch my identity. But this curiosity of mine grew and I ended up making a crypto wallet I didn't know where I could get coins to put in there but then I found this noise.cash platform I made my account on it first and thought it was like Twitter so I enjoy posting kinds of stuff, and at the same time I accumulate BCH.
Months after that before I found this interesting platform of read.cash where I could write endless like I was a blogger, I'm not that good at writing but then I enjoyed sharing things that happen in my life it's like a coping mechanism to me, therefore, I enjoyed being in this platform. I was really thankful for this gut of mine that always got curious for a lot of things, with this I was able to have an investment in cryptocurrency without even using money out of my wallet but through my dedication to doing a blog on this platform.

I Hate Mathematics, Do you?
Mathematics is made up of numbers, signs, methods, formulas, shapes, and other scientific quantities of something. This isn't just a subject we study in university; it can be seen in all existing aspects of reality, whether they are living or non-living. Dealing with money is linked to math, and even our bodies deal with math. It does fascinating how each of our actions can be related to it.
The golden ratio is also known as the divine proportion of things. It's quite fascinating how this Golden ratio exists in each thing in our surroundings, from the measurement of a portrait, proportion of honey bees and even our own body does fall into this measurement.
The world in which we live prospers thanks to science, which deals with so many discoveries, and mathematics, which provides a method for organizing and instructing knowledge that is later used to engineer things.
I know it's not just me who keep phrasing this "I hate Math", In my opinion, while some topics in each lesson of Mathematics don't really need to be covered in certain fields of work, I agree that we need to in order to gain certain knowledge and to elaborate on the existence of something about which we've been bothered and how we can properly solve it through the use of mathematics. My own experience led me to decide to take Hospitality Management because it was stated to us that there were no mathematics subjects in this course, but this was completely incorrect because this course deals with so many topics related to mathematics, and we are required to follow certain measurements and formulas when doing something in this field. For instance, if we are going to establish a business aside from SWOT analysis it is also needed to have a calculation on each space for the interior building of the place (this is where the servicescapes come), of course, it is also necessary to have knowledge how should we compute labor expense, or how we put mark up in our product.
Mathematics may be difficult, but if we consider how wonderful it is, we may be able to turn our hatred into enjoyment. It is difficult because we are still learning how to deal with each formula, but once we have mastered it, we enjoy doing it on a regular basis.
Funny isn't it all my life I had been saying that I hate Mathematics since I always went nuts over numbers and solving a written problem, but look how knowledgeable I was in regard to taking this matter into account. I couldn't help it since doing such a research paper which is mostly student does especially in college deals with a variety of quantities, problems, and statistics that needed to be solved. I'm about to take a quiz for just an hour I just wanted to share these thoughts in my head that just suddenly pop up while I was doing a review on my subject Science, Technology and Society.

Here's Mine, What's Yours?
Writing has been my escape from reality. I wrote to release my range and disappointments that hunt me even in my sleep. I sometimes made a simple narrative form of expressing my feelings, and I wrote a poem about it.
There are things that we could not tell anyone, were terrified of judgment and rejections.
Self-proclaimed, this is what I saw on my friend's news feed account he's making fun of social media's content about mental health issues where some students online updated a status that they were depressed. My friend stated that here in our country, most of the teens post online about how they feel about how they have this anxiety and depression without proper consultation from an expert. He added that most of these people were just self-proclaimed sick. I understood what he wanted to deliver a proper consultation was indeed necessary before claiming to have these mental health problems but considering our current situation where the economy was having a fluctuation, where most people lose their jobs due to this pandemic that we are facing right now. Most of us Filipinos were striving to find a solution on how we could eat three times a day I don't think that they had enough money to do a consultation tho.
What I wanted to point is that everyone has their level of sensitivity and everyone has their coping mechanism just respect what they want to do and respect what they feel. We wouldn't know what they have truly been feeling just by listening to their story not unless we put ourselves into their shoes. Several impacts could make that problem massive and most of them were the untold ones.
I was not used to blurting out all of my thoughts not until my problems were solved. What I usually did was to write all of my thoughts in a document and make a poem out of it. I usually burst into tears when I did this but it was a great coping mechanism rather than finding myself begetting self-harm. It felt like the only one who could listen to me sincerely was my laptop/phone. You should try to write down all of those regrets and burn them or toss them down. It helps me to recover from various regrets, I hope that you too.

Last Day Best Day
During the Christmas holiday, I was so busy that I never had time to go out and have a good time with my friends. I spend the majority of the holiday season doing school activities that have been assigned to us because I set a goal to complete all of my activities by Christmas, but I didn't accomplish that goal and ended up cramming on New Year's Eve instead of Christmas.
The second day of my Christmas break, January 2nd, and I still haven't had time to enjoy it just for a day, at least that's what I thought after making my bed until a friend called and invited me on a road trip. Of course, who would turn down a rare invitation like this? I hurriedly prepared because he said he was going to pick me up right after the call. The fact that we were going with a friend from our former school, which was like a mini get together, made me feel like a flash of light as I met up with my friend and jumped over his car.
We merrily rode for like two hours in Lucena City looking for a good place to eat when we decided to go to Slash, a classic vibe restaurant. We were amused by how fancy the place looked and how good the food was while still being affordable, but they also had this issue with their crew. I wasn't attempting to discredit them; rather, I was a hospitality management student who couldn't help but notice the performance of the staff. A few of them have an attitude problem, which you may wonder how I say because one of our friends accidentally spilled his water on our table. When I approached one of their waiters, I politely requested that they clean our table, and we were about to apologize for the incident, he gave us an unpleasant look, as if he was saying in his head that we did it on purpose. He even said things that I didn't think a hospitality worker should say; I assumed it was in the etiquette of every hospitality worker to remain calm and polite. We couldn't speak any more because we didn't want any more attention from the people at the other table, so we left the restaurant disappointed after taking our food.
We then decided to go for another drive and later went out to try one of the city's bars. We ended up at The Horizon, which was my first time in a bar, so I couldn't tell you what was nice and what wasn't about it. Our stay there was so enjoyable, and we spent about an hour talking while having a beer under the table, talking about stuff and catching up on the days we'd missed.
We went into the city's capital after our stay at the bar, where the tunnel of lights can be found. We were amused by the details of each fairy light, and the place was fascinating enough for us to take plenty of videos and pictures. Like us, many people in the area take advantage of the holiday season before the classes begin again. My heart desires to reminisce about those precious times when I could relax without the pressure of studying and spend time with a friend.
We went home a little late, but it was worth it all worth it for the last day of our Christmas break. I can honestly say that I got the most out of the vacation in such a short period of time.

How It Went
As the year ends 2021 it seems like my whole life experiences throughout the year flashed through my eyes, and many bad things have happened this year but at the same time, I have received greater blessings from the Lord.
I wasn't able to post this on the night of the new year and the day after, since after Media Noche I was babysitting my nephew yet at the same time I was busy checking out all of my orders that had been in my cart in Shopee.
So here's what happened, I was cramming to finish my schoolwork that was supposed to be a group activity, I ended up making all of my groupmate parts on the night of the 31st of December, it was like a roller coaster ride. Since those groups who turn in their final output by that date will receive an additional grade from our professor, we talk about finishing it before January 1st. I'm eager to get that extra point, so I cram for like the entire night before I go to mass.
After attending mass of course I went to my sister-in-law's house to celebrate Media Noche a tradition that most Filipino do when welcoming another year. Of course, I'm in charge to look for my nephew, we went to the rooftop to wait until midnight to look for fireworks but it turns out my nephew was afraid of it so I end up chasing him that night as I check out my orders from Shopee. I really didn’t know what really I was welcoming if is it the new year or the 1.1 sales on Shopee. By the way, I ended up enjoying the night of it so by daytime I woke up really late and wasn't able to finish the audio that I was editing but it's fine now I already submitted it yesterday. This maybe late but HAPPY 2022 EVERYONE MAY WE ALL HAVE A GREAT BLESSINGS AHEAD OF US.

How many sleepless night do I need to edit this Radio drama of ours, how I hope this was just an individual work instead of groupings. I'd prefer to work alone rather than having a high hopes from my groupmates then later get disappointed.
Sugar Deprivation in Childhood: Causes and Effects
Sugar rush is a term that describes the concept of having a burst of energy after eating a lot of sugary foods and beverages in a short time. This term is sometimes used to describe a child's hyperactive behavior. According to our old beliefs, when a child consumes an exorbitant amount of sugar (such as candy, soda, or ice cream), they become overly energetic. Some may consider having a child who is extremely active to be adorable, but regardless of these benefits, there are drawbacks. Too much sugary food can lead to a child's desire to develop an addiction to high-sugar foods and beverages as they grow older, which can have negative consequences not only for their physical well-being but also for their mental health. For instance, if a child sees something that they want, particularly concerning food that they consume. They frequently throw tantrums to please their parents, which is another way for them to develop this poor behavior. Aside from these, toxic stress that a child may encounter can impair the development of his or her brain capacity. A scientific study demonstrates that it has long-term effects on one's learning, behavior, physical, and mental health.
When it comes to sugar deprivation in childhood, two main factors can affect a person. The first reason a parent may refuse to allow their child to consume high-sugar foods is that it may harm their physical health. Some may believe the statement above, but others may also consider the child's teeth, as sugary foods are harmful to them. Deprivation in such foods may be beneficial, but it may also result in a factor where the child dislikes sweet things or becomes addicted once they taste sweet junk foods once. Hypoglycemia is a disease caused by a loss of proper sugar levels in the body. One of the symptoms of hypoglycemia is extreme hunger associated with vomiting. Apart from these, it can also have an effect on brain function, which can impact one's cognitive function.
It is preferable to give a child the opportunity to taste sugary foods or junk foods while still maintaining a healthy diet balance during their childhood. Excess is bad, but so is a deficiency, so with the help of a guardian, just observe what is best for your children and let them try those foods. Don't deprive them of something for too long. And guide them with the knowledge that every nutrient in food that we could get was like the only treasure that could reflect not just in physical looks but also in the mindset that we had.

Boga, Tambutso, Motorsiklo: Paingay Ngayon Bagong Taon
During the holiday season in our province, kids and youths spend their time making an explosive called "boga," which is made out of PVC pipe. An improvised pyrotechnics display also released a sufficient amount of air to make it sound loud.
When one of my city friends came to visit our barangay, she was shocked by what she heard. She was also taken aback and inquired about the loud noise she had heard outside. I had no idea that few of this places in this country knew how to make and use *boga* as noise because I grew up with an older brother and cousins who used to do it every time the new year approached. I haven't seen many young people using it in a long time; perhaps the pandemic has influenced young people to return to their old habits other than staying on social media and tapping thei gadgets all day. Youths benefit from this because they learn to be resourceful and creative in their works; however, the *boga* is still an explosive device that can cause harm, so parental supervision is required when using it.
Furthermore, an increasing number of young people own motorcycles, and one by one, they are installing material that will enhance its noise in their exhaust pipes, despite the fact that the new year is still a long way off. The fire is still burning, but it is very loud and lively in our barangay. Even after Christmas, children can still be hear singing carols at home.
