Did you ever had a colleague who acts like a boss?
Acts as if they are the owner of the company or act like they'll inherit the business?
I think yes, all of us had this kind of colleague. There are people who acts boss than our boss. Maybe they just want to do a good job but sometimes it's annoying. They're adding more pressure in our work. And we're suffering more because of them.
There are times that our boss approved the documents already but our manager didn't want to approve it yet. They'll ask for more documents that's why the job would take more time. Though it helps us to have team work but it's delaying our job.
He's rude when he's mad. And now my colleague submitted her resignation already. She's leaving because she can't take him anymore. There are times that she cries a lot because of him. Of course, we're concerned about her. We're working together for more than a year.
When our manager talks to us, I am telling him the truth. How we feel about him. And now, they are two. They want us to follow what they want but they're not the owner of the company. It's really hard when you worked with people like them.
