How to be grateful for life, not just verbally

Gratitude is the key to happiness. Because a happy life is not about how much you have, but how much you are able to be grateful for what you have. So, are you really grateful for your life?

With all its pluses and minuses, being grateful for life is a task that needs to be continually learned. It's easier to say grateful words than to prove them. For your own happiness, make sure you can align your gratitude with the attitudes below.

1. Don't get angry or sad about things you don't have

Whatever you don't have may be owned by someone else with or without any effort. Please don't make this reality an excuse to make you feel that life is unfair. Then you get angry and sad.

Life is always fair in its own way. You or no one else can steer the way of life providing justice among human beings. Even though you don't have everything, you also have things that don't necessarily exist in other people's lives.

2. Maximize the use of whatever you have in the way of goodness

It's not just part of the wealth or income that needs to be donated. You who are still given age, health, and knowledge must also use it for good things. Don't just be lazy and don't want to work.

Work while there is still a chance and you are able to do it. A person cannot be called grateful for his life if he wastes what is in himself and his life. Even every exhalation should be beneficial.

3. Don't get used to complaining when life is tested

Gratitude is not just when you have or get something. But what is even more difficult is to remain grateful even though life is being tested with various problems. The form of gratitude is to prevent yourself from being busy complaining.

It's okay to share your problems with other people. But don't intentionally want to trouble his life with your problems. As easy as a person's life seems, in fact no human being is free from problems.

4. Don't like to wish your life is like other people

Once you imagine how beautiful it would be if your life was like everyone else's, you unconsciously failed to be grateful. You view your own life as losing to the lives of others. Admit it or not, you are not satisfied with your own life. So so that your gratitude is really deep and not just on the lips, stop imagining life in other people's lives.

Live your own life with all your heart. You can have desires, but prevent them from making you want to move into anyone's life.

5. Don't fake your life picture

How can you say you are grateful if you admit that in your daily life there is a strong sense of shame? That's what makes you fake a picture of your life on social media and in your stories to other people.

Gratitude is accepting and loving your life as it is. There is nothing to fake in front of other people because you are comfortable with your life as a whole.

Yes my friend we shouldn't be angry to the things we don't have because each one of us has timeline. All of us are the same but we have a different paths that's why we should be patient.
