Habits are great. There are a lot of amazing habits to start building, especially In 2022. I even do all of these to this day. Overall I became a healthier and a better person doing these simple things. If you have the time and are dedicated to following these habits then I can guarantee you will be happier. These habits boost self-confidence, health, and even can make you some new friends.
1. Wake Up Early
Waking up early can be very helpful to your health and productivity. First of all, waking up early makes going to sleep so much easier. It is proven that waking up early can improve blood pressure, the immune system, basic brain functions, mood, attitude, and give your body time to repair itself. Second of all, you can do so much more when waking up early. You can get things done like business/school work, or you can do the second habit on this list.
2. Exercising
Exercising is not just great for your physical health, but also your mental health. Working out can make your self-esteem grow and also get you strong if you stay consistent. 3. Eating Healthy
I know this is an obvious one but it's so great for you. I don't think people understand how beneficial this is for your long-term health. Benefits include- Helps you live longer, supporting muscles, keeping skin and even eyes healthy, boosting immunity, strengthening bones, and lowering the risk of heart disease. Were not even scratching the surface of all the positivity that comes with eating healthy. When I started eating healthy a few years ago, I could tell I was more energized and productive throughout the day. In my opinion, this is the most important on the list.
4. Drink Plenty Of Water
Multiple studies show that more than half of children and adolescents in the United States are not drinking enough water. Another study found that 75% percent of all Americans are suffering from chronic dehydration. I can’t stress enough how important it is to drink water! 70% of the entire planet earth is made of water, and people still are dehydrated. The regular adult should be drinking at least a gallon of water per day. Please just drink some water!
5. Reading
I understand that reading can be really boring, trust me I would know. When I was a child I was forced to read a book for 30 minutes every single day. The reason that felt like torture was the fact that you had to do it. Now that I'm older, nobody is forcing it on me. I can read whatever book I want when I want. In fact, a study by the Institute for Education found that pleasure readers had a 14.4% advantage in vocabulary and a 9.9% advantage in math. Reading also reduces stress and helps you relax.
