Don't let them know your next move
After reminiscing on what to write today, I have finally got what to write about. I have long seen the pictures but nothing popped up in my head until now I was clueless about what to write. Many of us will know about it when I start to write about it now, let's begin;
In the picture, there was this man in the banking hall that wanted to withdraw money from the counter and the way he was standing got everyone talking all over. He didn't stand on his leg facing the front but he make sure his legs were facing the opposite sides. The one facing the left side was facing the left while the other one that was facing the right was facing the right side. What does that signify?
If he was to be chased or followed by some evil set of guys to rob him of his money, they wouldn't be able to trace him because they will be confused about his footstep and wouldn't know his whereabouts. I also saw a particular video of a man that was entering his house and decide to change the print of his footstep in a way that will confuse anyone that is coming into the house.
To the real-life talk;
Those instances were just trying to tell us that we shouldn't allow anyone to know our next step, next plan, next programme etc. It's not everyone that is happy for us for our success or victory, we need to be careful of people we tell to or refer to as friends. It's not everyone we can say our secret to, many will use your secret against you or even expose it to the public to put you to shame.
We Shouldn't let our programme or agenda be known to the public and even when we plan to tell a few people, make sure you do it with a set of good people. Everybody can't be your friend and everyone can't listen to you so why not let your agenda and moves live within and surprise them all with your result? Let them be wowed with your success story by not allowing them to know your next move.
I hope we learn from this and don't repeat the mistakes many have done. Learn from their experiences and story for the betterment of your own life.

I stand to be corrected

The different comment was really great but one of them touched me so well that I have to write about it. It was my brother and friend that commented, he didn't want to create a scene on the comment section which I love him more for that, so he chatted me up on WhatsApp and we discussed and he called my attention to something. The correction he made touched me deeply and I told him I have to write about and share it with you all even though he claims it's nothing much.
Remember I wrote about if heaven and hell weren't real, if religion was a scam etc and I wrote about how painful it will be if everything turns out to be like that. But do you know it shouldn't pain us at all? Why?
All that we have to abstain from like not committing fornication, adultery, lying etc are just normal morals that we should cultivate for the betterment of our life cos many risks come with such an attitude. If we feel pained just because of those things weren't real and it was all a lie to us, it means that what we are doing now we don't understand it.
It means we are only practising the religion we are doing just because that's what our parents have brought us up with or because you don't want people to look at you with bad eyes or you don't want to be left out among others about religion. Whereas it shouldn't be so, we should do it with our whole hearts and have a personal conviction about the God we claim to be serving.
If in the end we later find it to be all lies and scams, it shouldn't pain us at all cos we have only done our best to save our lives from ruining untimely cos such a reckless lifestyle will cause a lot of harm to us. We shouldn't be church goer or one who practices religion cos if we do, that's when those things will get to us and pain us really bad. But if we are serving God and not just practising religion, it won't be a pain to us at all cos we have done ourselves no harm.
The previous article was written from the mere thought of humans and from the angle of humanly speaking but we should be spirit-filled to have to understand that there's a living being that exists and that article shouldn't have a side effect on us.

Let me correct you
There was a time I wrote an article about correction, I get to correct some of our thinking about a particular belief and if I could remember correctly, it was about if your partner leaves you because of a silly excuse or tangible one and because of that you though your partner won't meet someone better than you. And I remember I corrected us that such a person will meet someone better than you but "NOT SOMEONE LIKE YOU". That was just part of the corrections that I could remember as at that because no one can be like you, you are unique in your way special way and thank God I have another one in store for us today and still have many more as time goes on.
There's this belief many have that *****" we are all equal and we are all the same "*****, hmmm. I wouldn't want to start this with a part to confuse us but I will try as much as possible to explain it in the best way that we can understand. Let's begin;
What a man can do a woman can do better and that's to show equality right? yes, you are right but to some extent. We have some men that don't really have that strength to do vigorous work and even the slightest one they do, they do it not to become lazy or make sure they are responsible. They didn't choose to be lazy nor choose to be like that, that's the way they are created. And some men will do vigorous work and it will seem they haven't done anything hard, yes, they are created like that.
We have some women who will work tirelessly without getting tired more than those who called themselves men, they will face hard work that men are supposed to be doing and won't complain nor get tired. They are created like that and they are who they are, whereas some women can't do anything stressful at all, it's not because of health issues nor because they are lazy, it's just who they are.
All the above instances are only pointing to one thing and that's " WE ARE DIFFERENT AND WE ARE NOT THE SAME".
Our level of intelligence differs a lot and what I know is different from what you know, that alone shows we aren't the same at all and aren't the same. So many young children you will see that are full of wisdom than so many other adults and also vice versa. They are just evidence to prove that we are different in our ways and at some point, we aren't the same at all.
Even children born into the same family by the same mother and father are not the same talk less of people from different families and different races. We can only have some traits that make us look the same but we aren't the same all through we have that differences in us. Even identical twins are different and not the same, their ages might be the same but their wisdom, knowledge, beliefs, experiences and all others will be different.
I am sure we all understand all that I have tried to say, let's endeavour to correct this notion and feel free to comment about how you feel about it.

What if.......

What if religion is a scam?
It will be a pain in the heart forever if we get to know that religion is a scam and wasn't a criterion to get to heaven. After so many years of devotion, sleepless nights doing vigil, attending Bible study, fasting and praying for the Christians. And for the Muslims, so many wake up to pray their early prayer and their fasting during the Ramadan period and so on like that and we all now later discover that it was all a lie and scam, how are we going to feel?
It will really pain me to my bone cos I would have used those times judiciously by sleeping or enjoying myself in a place.
What if there's no heaven or hell?
I will be the first to cry my blood out cos why? After spending my entire life claiming to be holy and living my life with heaven's goal at the back of my mind. I couldn't do what my mate are doing just because I don't want to be involved in what will ruin my heaven and now I am being told there was no heaven or hell, why 😅😅😅😅. I missed different opportunities that I could have my way, enjoy the best of my life, and live large as I have imagined but couldn't do it because of heaven.
Just like my dad does say that no one truly knows if there's heaven or hell cos no one has gone and comes back to tell us how the place was. We are only hearing people seeing the vision and dreaming about it but no one is 100% sure of how true it is.
What if after death nothing again?
It will shock everyone after death, did I say even just say shock when after death and we don't get to meet again😅😅😅. It won't be nice at all if we don't get to see ourselves after death cos many have raised their hope high that they will love to see their loved ones when they get to heaven after death.
What if life is a game being played by some people?
This would be very funny if we get to know but wait if it's a game we won't surely know at all. That means we are being controlled by some people and act the way they want us to. To those that have died, it means they have been eliminated from the game and their lifeline is over.
Those that are rich have earned a lot of coins that have made them rich while the masses are yet to find where the treasure is. The government ruling us are the actor of the game while the people they are ruling are the boss of the game 😅😅😅😅. It will be very funny for real if truly it's a game.
In conclusion;
Testimonies, research, books, and experiences have shown us that there's a living being called God and for that, it means all that have been written are just mere thought that isn't even close to being real. So, I wouldn't want anyone to think otherwise and start going against their beliefs. There's God and he exists.

Today's gist
Today started as a normal day for me by waking up as early as 7 am so that I can take care of my dad and then get to do what I have to do for myself. It's on a Friday like this I and my junior brother do put our washing day, we like to wash all the dirty clothes in the house on Friday so that we can sleep very well that night till the next morning without having to think of washing the next day.
Friday is always like a holiday for us, cos during the night, we won't sleep early like every other day. We both have YouTube nights worth 42GB, so we will watch comedy skits, different live performances of our artists and even watch movies. Since we would have washed our clothes in the morning and not woken up very early the next day. It's our custom that one of us connect our phone to the music player (MP) so that we can be vibing on some songs, by doing this, we won't get tired of washing at all.
So today started and we washed all the dirty clothes vibing to some songs as usual. After we were done, we took our bath and we both went to rest. Don't ask me about eating 😅😅😅, we ate before washing (as per we like food). Not quite long, my mom came back from work and we had to prepare what to eat that night so it was another round of stress again but we thank God that we scale through.
It was during this process I remembered that I have a vigil to attend in the church of which I don't have the mind to attend in the first place. So there was no cloth ironed for me so it gave me a sign of a NO. But to my surprise, the power holding company (PHCN) brought the light around 7 pm and that was how I was motivated to attend the vigil.
So I get up to iron my cloth and prepare to attend the vigil. The vigil is not holding in my church but in my church district and it is somehow far from my house. We will be taking like three buses before we get to our destination. So I finally joined them to attend the vigil and I am presently there as I type this.

Something I won't do
I was up early this morning because I had to take my dad to where he will massage his body. If we get there late, we will come back late cos people are always very much but if we go there early, we will leave early so we have to be there very early. So we got there and luckily we met just one person and she gave us the grace to enter before her and we did.
While we entered and the man was massaging my dad's body, he started talking to me and said he has always called me Alfa (a leader in the Muslim religion) without knowing that I am Pastor (in my mind, I was like did I tell you I have a church or cathedral). He said he does call me Alfa cos of my beard and that it is those Alfas that leave their beard like that.
I laughed and didn't say anything. He was saying all sorts of things like I should shave it away since I go to church, that pastors don't keep their beards, it doesn't make sense to keep beards blah blah blah. My dad was also contributing to it and I was just laughing within me. I didn't give a reply at all cos I know if I start to discuss with him, he won't still listen to what I had to say so what's the point of disturbing myself so I kept shut all through but within me, I know I won't shave it off.
I don't know who told them pastors are to shave their beards while those Alfas can keep their beards. So many beliefs our parents believed but it's wrong for me. Read through very well, I said for me cos it might sound right in some people sight also just like my parent. I kept the beards cos I feel it looks good on me and not because there's any belief somewhere. I can only be convinced if they can bring it out from the Bible or else, I won't cos I just don't understand why.
Seriously, I was angry with the way he was talking cos that belief and so many other beliefs have led many of them astray and it's affecting them now. I will probably write about those beliefs tomorrow or next time and talk about them when I have gathered a lot of them. My beards are what I love and I will keep them as long as I love to and even if I shave them, I would only do that to avoid them seeing me as a prodigal son.

What I hate is what they did
Ever since the premier league and champions league matches have been on break, I haven't watched any other football cos those are the popular ones that people love to watch. So my country football match started which is called Women African Cup of Nation (WAFCON), I wasn't opportune to watch their matches until yesterday when they are playing their semi-final.
So the Nigerian women played against the Moroccans yesterday and a lot of cheats were made against Nigerians. The ball started with Morocco dominating the match and everything was fair till like 30+ minutes when Nigeria started dominating. The first half was really tough for both teams on a serious note and it ended with no goals from anyone.
So after 15mins break, the second half started before we knew it, a red card was given to one of the Nigeria players and what did she do? She steps on her opponent from behind mistakenly and the referee didn't know cos the lady has stood up and continued playing since it wasn't that serious but the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) called the attention of the referee and they concluded it was a red card. It was not even painful that much but at the same time, it was cos she was one of the key players.
The most painful part was when one of the Morocco players did exactly the same thing to one of the Nigeria players, it was overlooked and nothing was done about it. The event wasn't even replayed at all by the VAR. Fine, every other thing went as usual and it was after the red card Nigeria scored and it was 1 to nil. The pressure was much on the Nigeria team cos of the red card and it was not quite long, Nigeria conceded a goal and it was back to draw again.
It was not too far from the equalising goal that another red card came up. One of Nigeria's favourite and key players fouled someone and she was given a red card immediately. The foul wasn't different from what the Moroccan did but theirs was overlooked and ours was not overlooked. That was when the Nigerians knew it was all over for them but the girls had that fighting spirit in them that allow them fought till the last minute.
They really tried their best and lead the game to a penalty shootout and that was the stage they lost the game.
What they did that really pained me was the CHEAT they did. They did all they could cos they were the ones who host the cup and they also want to win it cos it was obvious with what they did. Cheating is one thing I detest so much and I don't like to experience it at all could I would never do it to anyone too.
The match pained me yesterday but nothing could be done to avoid it. I just have to accept it cos we are already used to the award. We won it back to back and it was only two we lost ever since they started playing the game but that cheating was a wicked one.
I hope it stops soon cos it's big-time wickedness.

The father I want to become

I have watched and studied my dad over the years that I have the sense to differentiate what's wrong from what's right and I am like I want to be like this man. What has he done that made him special?
An understanding and friendly father
He is an understanding man, he is a man that understands his wife and his children, he knows when to scold them and he knows when to draw them closer and hug them. That's the kind of father that I want to be, I want my children to come to me freely and talk to me about anything. That can only happen if I am being friendly and feel free with them. It can't happen when I frown my face every time as if I was forced to give birth to them. That's how many fathers do out there and this causes unnecessary fear in the mind of the children and thereby making it hard for their children to come closer to them, I will never be that type of father.
A responsible and reliable father
My dad has always been in the position to provide for the family without putting all the billing on only my mom. He is always there to carry the responsibility needed and will carry it out happily without having any frowning look on his face. I will not be a father that will end up in a beer parlour busy drinking alcoholic drinks with his hard-earned salary and at the end of the day, they will get drunk and return home with empty hands. The wife and children will ask for money but will have nothing to show to them but empty hands, such a father is not a good father but a useless and wicked one.
I want to be a father that will be there to provide for his family wholeheartedly and be responsible for any of their bills. I want to be there for them when they least expected it and also show up for them when they believe I can.
A mentor to my wife and children
I want to be a good role model and a mentor for my family, I don't want them to see me and hiss just because I have failed them. I want them to see me and smile and be proud to call me their father. A life of transparency and a life full of honesty and trustworthiness is what I want to portray before my family. I don't my children to go outside and look for mentors in the world for themselves that can mislead them into sinful ways.
All these qualities and more that I didn't remember to mention are what I want to be so that my children and wife will have a good reason to say "you are the best dad". At the end of my old age, I also want to look back and be grateful to have such wonderful children and a wife too, I want to have peace of mind cos I will be sure of having well-behaved children and a wife.
NB; I am sorry for my disappearance for some days now, I have really been busy with work offline. I am back now and will do the necessary.

Once bitten, twice shy
**Stop complaining about me guys, I am who I am, moreover, I took after my father. It's as if you guys don't know my father, let me tell you a story about my father.....** *****These were words from my friends.*****
A short story about my father;
My father was born into a wealthy home and was lucky to be the first child of his father. He loves to enjoy himself with his friends by flaunting his dad's wealth. Anytime he is with his friends, all the bills for the day or fun are always on him. It would have been better if he only enjoys drinking and smoking only but to crown it all, he loves women.
Can you hear me say he loves women? and that's what I am also doing that you guys are complaining about. He loves women so much that he doesn't have a special taste. He is into any kind of woman, whether black or white, short or tall, he doesn't care as long they are ready to lay with him and he is ready to spoil them with money.
His father was not strict with him so he allowed him to have his best life. He did all that just because his dad was wealthy and as the first child, he has the right to his father's property when he dies. He impregnated so many women after getting married to four out of them. He denied having them impregnated and said he used protective measures while he was laying with them.
Little did he know that one of the women he married was very upset and tired of his womanizer life so he did something to him.
*****What did she do?*****
My dad was drunk one night, it was a Friday night and he had gone to flex his life with his friend cos it was weekend and no work the previous day. He went to that woman's house (he had different houses built for his wives including my mom). The woman knew he was going to come to her place so she was prepared for him, he entered the house and was drunkenly telling the woman to lie on the bed while he want to lay with her and the woman did without any complaint.
Unfortunately for him, the woman already had MAGUN (don't climb) on her (A traditional Yoruba charm used to tame a woman who is guilty of being promiscuous or unfaithful to their husband). The man climbed her and immediately after having his way on her, he started barking like a dog. The woman then ran away since he has not given birth to any child for my dad.
That was how my dad barked till he died, even though we were there to rescue him but all our effort was futile.
Back to the present;
My friends persisted that I change my ways and learn from my dad but I told them that's my father and not me. I told them my father was just unfortunate and I am entirely different from my father, I am wiser ever since I heard his story.
I continued in my wayward life and started sleeping with different women using protective measures. I thought I was wise but I was the dumbest person on earth. I refused every pregnancy that was tabled before me even when I know deep down that I own that pregnancy.
So one day while I was at a beer parlour enjoying my life, I met with a fine lady, she was so beautiful that I couldn't take my eyes off her. I wonder why a fine lady of such would have herself drunk, I make good use of the chance that she was drunk and talked to her. She didn't even hesitate and before I knew it we met each on the bed with a finished battle.
It was the next morning when her eyes were wild open and clear that she begins to ask me what happen between us. At first, I was laughing and asked her why such questions and that's when she started telling me I have done the wrong thing. At that point, I knew I f**ked up, who never f**ked up hands in the air. She told me she was a runs girl and through that business, she contracted HIV which means I have also contracted it cos while I was laying with her, the preventive measures failed and I had to go on with the fun so I continued without stopping.
I couldn't listen to it all, I jumped up from the bed and headed straight to the hospital to check myself but on my way there, I had a fatal accident and lost both legs. I didn't even know who helped me to the hospital but I found myself there. I told the doctor to help me with an HIV test and he did and I was told I am HIV positive. I couldn't hold myself but cry, I cried blood but nothing happened, it was then I realized what my friends told me then that I failed to heed.
I failed to learn from my dad's mistake and I was destroyed by my own hands. My dad's experience couldn't make me think through about how I should live my life, and now I am regretting it. I am writing this in regret and pain to you all that you should try and learn from mistakes and experiences, and listen to advise that can make you become a better you.
Desist from womanizing, it's a dangerous journey to embark on. I have learnt my lesson the hard way and I hope you don't.

The bigger picture
I got the inspiration for this article while reading a friend's article. It is entirely different from what he said but there was part of his article that got me deviated that I was thinking it was where he was heading but to my surprise, he wasn't going that way at all. So I thought of writing about and it's all that we all can relate to when I begin to write about it now.
Ask a 3yrs old child today what are your dreams to be in this world and you will hear him/her saying " I want to have plenty of money " and that goes equally to the older ones too, we all want to have that much money that can get us all the things that we want and desire. That's a good thing so I will just advise us to do legal work, hustle rightly and you will be successful. Don't join them to do illegal stuff all in the name of getting rich, it destroys one.
So, I will be saying your mind now and you can testify to it that it's the real truth. So many times while you are alone or let me say mostly in the night or when you are having your quiet time, you must have been thinking about how your day went, how the things of the world are affecting you and how your challenges are really taking you back in life but suddenly something will happen and what's that?
You will just notice that because of the faith and belief that you have that tomorrow will surely be great and will be better, you will start imagining things and start creating some kind of comforting pictures in your head and before you know it you are out of the real world and you are already in the imagination world. That's when you will start seeing yourself achieving things that you have in mind to do. You will see yourself in that gigantic house enjoying the best of your life, you will go outside to look at your surroundings and you will start seeing your exotic cars that are worth millions of money. You will see yourself eating good food, hitting the gym at the right time and staying fit and having a lovely partner and children around you.
All these are the BIGGER PICTURE, you can't deny the fact that you have been in that shoe before, even while you are reading it, you were lost at some point to that imaginary world 😅😅😅, I caught you right? Yes, that's how life is. You don't have to feel shy about the truth I revealed just now, it happens to everyone out there and no one can deny it.
There are rooms for the real world and there are rooms for the imaginary world so be rest assured that you are doing the right thing. It can only be wrong when you keep imagining but you aren't working towards it at all. Remember that NO FOOD FOR LAZY MAN/WOMAN, you can just fold your hands in your house without doing anything and expect wealth and riches to locate you. Things aren't done that way, you must have worked earnestly for it before it comes to pass, don't be lazy, take off your lazy ass and get to work.
The bigger picture can be achieved when you work hard, don't be lazy.

Excessive love for money
I was chatting with @Greatwolfman yesterday night about sterling that was been transferred to Chelsea. He saw that I posted him on my status saying "welcome my boy" and he replied to me by saying he should have stayed in Man City and that's because he is a Man City fan. So I told him why did you guys sell him when you know you want him in the club and he said they sold him because the money Chelsea brought was huge. So I said "you trade your lovely player because of money", that was when he started looking for excuses to justify their action 😅😅😅.
Well, that was just to give us insight into what I am about to talk about. The above instance was from football and that's how it happens, players are sold to teams that need them and are finally sold to teams with the highest bid.
Some weeks back, I was chatting with a friend on WhatsApp because I told him the lady he posted was beautiful and I will like to be her friend and get to know her too🙃 and he answered and said that the lady is her bestie and that I have to pay before I can get her contact. So I told him that so he can trade his best friend for money? He laughed and I laughed too.
So many heartless people out there in the real world, the excessive love for money has pushed them to do the unthinkable. Those instances that I gave above might be jokes to me and my friends but to some other set of people, they aren't at all. Some are cruel and desperate for money and can trade their blood brother/sister or even father/mother for money. Many can kill their family for money and it's bad.
Just like a man that was caught the other day ( I heard this on the television ), he said he has a dream and in that dream, an old man appear to him and told him to kill his baby and use his blood to wash his face that he will have money which he did. He carries the baby into a bush and did exactly what the old man told him in his dream.
On getting back home, his wife asked for the child and he lied that his sister has come to carry the baby to her home. But the lady wasn't at peace, so she called the sister and ask about the baby but the sister told her that she didn't come to carry any baby and that's how the truth was revealed. His excessive love for money leads him to what he did and he was caught and must be dealt with. So many recent happenings are uncalled for and need to stop.
It's fine if we aspire to have money but it excess is destruction. Excessive love for something is bad and we shouldn't love too much of a thing cos it's bad.

Eid Mubarak

So yesterday 9th of July, 2022 happen to be Eid Mubarak for the Muslims and is a very important and a big celebration for them. I don't think it's necessary for me to explain the reason behind the celebration cos it's no longer new to us all. Let me start to explain how I spent this year Eid Mubarak.
Yesterday will happen to be the first Eid Mubarak that I will be celebrating in my house ever since I have grown to differentiate from right to left. It's always a custom for me and my family to always travel to our hometown where we will celebrate it with our family members and do it as a get to together celebration ( that's one of the reasons for the celebration though).
But this year happen to be different because of the incident at hand. My sick dad could not allow everyone to travel cos no one will be with him if we do. My mom and my junior brother travelled but remain only me and my eldest brother with my dad. I just have to stay behind to take care of him cos my eldest brother won't have time to do that, he will be busy with work and also has an exam coming up for him.
So despite how I am at home, I still enjoy myself to some point even though I missed every activity that will be done over there. My neighbour killed a goat and I was there to assist and celebrate it with them. It was as if I was in my hometown but can't be fully the same. My neighbour was friendly and he allow us to eat meat as we like, from boiled to mouth and from fried to eat. I ate meat to some extent and I was tired of eating meat for the rest of the day.
The goat was a big one, it wasn't small at all, it has a lot of meat in it and that was why it went round for everyone. Rain was falling all through the day but it couldn't stop us from not doing the necessary. After boiling the meat and frying, a great soup was prepared and was supported by a very hot black Amala with ewedu ( Nigerians will know this combo ). Everyone was served, I ate and my belly was filled that I couldn't eat anything even at night.
It was after I ate that I went to shower. After that, I pressed my Sunday clothes ahead for today and went to rest till night. The power holding company (PHCN) did well, they brought the light for hours and everyone was surprised. Well, we paid for it and they shouldn't deprive us of our rights even though they are fond of doing that. I miss the fact that I didn't go to my hometown to celebrate it but I give thanks to almighty God for witnessing another year of it. I believe next year will be great in good health, new levels and a lot of achievement.
That was how I spent yesterday and thank God for today. Church service was great today and was powerful, I enjoyed it. My mom and my junior brother will be back tomorrow with lot of meats, I can't wait 😋😋😋😋, I might decide to travel to where they are coming from to go and relax as per it's my turn to go enjoy too, lols.

Nowadays, people eat a lot of junk food at fast food shops, which is very bad for their health. Junk food is foods that have little nutrients but lots of calories. Eating too much of this kind of food will make us fat, can cause diabetes and can give us heart disease.
In this article, I am going to introduce to you a balanced diet. So that you will know the things you should eat in your diet and the things you shouldn't.
First, let's talk about what is a balanced diet
A balanced diet is a healthy diet goal. A balanced diet helps prevent chronic disease.
And eating well comes with a wide range of health benefits. Diets that are high in nutrients and low in calories are also called "balanced." Just remember that a balanced diet is just one part of a healthy lifestyle.
A balanced diet helps in maintaining a healthy weight and to reduce your risk of diabetes and other serious diseases.
So how do you get a "balanced diet?" The best way is to eat a variety of foods from all the food groups:

To achieve a balanced diet, we must know how to balance our diet.

There are many kinds of protein that can be found in food and the function is to build and repair muscle tissues.

There are 6 major food groups that we should always have in our diet, they are :

There are 5 food groups that we shouldn't eat too much of :
1. sweets and chocolates
2. saturated fat
3. salt
4. alcohol
5. sugary drinks/sodas/juices
***Why should we balance our diet?***
Because some food might cause allergy to the body and it can't absorb some nutrients that it needs to be healthy.
When referring to your diet, you usually find yourself thinking about the foods you should eat, but never those that you shouldn't. You mustn't overeat, because it will have ill effects on your body, making you overweight and lazy, and endangering your overall health.
The best thing you can do for yourself is to have a food timetable whereby you allocate foods for different days and times without any form of repetition. By doing this, you won't have to keep eating a single food for weeks but a different one and that will be healthy for you.

Motivation gone wrong
Good evening everyone, how was your day? Mine was great and I am definitely sure yours was great too. I met a new friend today and we vibe so well like we have known each other for weeks and I am happy about that. Enough of my rant let's get down to business;
It was yesterday that I was going through WhatsApp statuses and I saw a video of a dog going along a forest but let me put a stop here and pour my anger on some motivational speaker that will push you to put your hand inside the fire and still tell you that it won't hurt. So many motivation quotes are obvious that they are not achievable but some motivational speakers will make them look achievable to you. They will even make the difficult tasks to look easy for you whereas deep down, they know it's freaking hard.
So back to my gist, the dog was passing through the forest, unfortunately for the dog, a tiger was lying down flat resting. Immediately the dog passed by the tiger, and the tiger stood to chase the dog, what should the dog do instantly? Should the dog run for its dear life or face its fears? On a norm, every other animal will pick race for their dear life and that's what I expected from the dog too but it was the other way around. The dog must have been wrongly motivated that "in every situation, always face your fears", the dog didn't run but stood with the tiger but unfortunately, the tiger didn't even spend up to 2mins before it killed the dog.
The person who posted the video wrote "it got the wrong motivation" and I couldn't stop laughing. It was indeed a wrong one, why will you face something huge and bigger than you in all areas including strength. The dog got killed like a slaughtered ram on eid. The same scene is just like a guy that mistakenly bumps into a lion and people started screaming that he should face his fear, does that sound realistic? 😅😅😅.
So many motivational quotes that have gone wrong for a lot of people and I couldn't stop laughing. There was a time memes about motivational quotes was trending. There was one that has to do with a very short man (dwarf) that wanted to fly over a big gutter, you can imagine how short his leg could be. He was motivated that " he is an overcomer " and he accepted and jumped but he landed inside the gutter 😅😅😅😅. That's a slap on the person who motivated him to do that 😅😅.
I want to believe all that I wrote was all rubbish sincerely cos it was all cruise about the motivational quotes memes, people were using it to catch cruise and it was funny. But the truth be said, some motivational quotes are not realistic but we do use faith to carry it and it leads to what we don't expect sometimes. We really need to be careful with motivational quotes that we follow, you shouldn't follow everything.

Is it the government or we?
As you all know the nature of the work I did last week, it was government work and we were to serve the people which we did correctly. We went to the place that has been chosen for us to work and we went there to immunise them of measles, covid and OPV and all.
We were told initially at the training programme that we will be paid 15k ( $30 ) and we were all happy to do the work. So we started on a Monday morning and to our surprise, they gave every individual #300 (a few cents ) for food money. I was like wow, is this the amount they told them to pay us? I kept quiet to myself and they paid the same amount on Tuesday too and I assumed it was the amount they told them to give us every day for food.
So Wednesday happens to be the day supervisors will be around invigilating our works from street to street. Could you believe that our food money was paid very early that morning and it was twice the usual money that they have been paying since Monday, that's, they paid us #600 ( $1+). We were all surprised and I am like so they have been cheating on us since Monday? We were told the invigilators are coming so we should cooperate and also tell them it was that amount they have been paying us if we were asked. I laughed within me and I shook my head.
They continued to pay that amount (#600 ) till on Friday. They didn't pay us on Saturday but we were told to come on Sunday for mob up and that's when they will pay us for the Friday food money. They did that because a lot of people won't show up on Sunday so they withhold the money with them. So we went on Sunday morning for the mob up but we closed very early than the usual days where we close by 1 pm. We closed by 10 am because of people that will go to church like me and after we were done, we were paid #600 and told that some certain people will receive the money for the work done on Monday by 1 pm in a place mentioned to us.
I got there and to my surprise, they first of all mentioned #6000 ($12) to us and we were like, is this the amount you all promised us in the first place, why are you all like this? It didn't even ring a bell in their hear at all. Could you believe they still remove #600 ( a few cents ) for transport? There was no transport available to convey us to the location we were asked to work ooo, yet they deduct allowance for that. And in a nutshell, they paid us #5400 ( $10+ ) and everyone murmured while leaving that place.
What I am trying to say;
It's fine if we conclude that our government are bad and are not treating us well but the question goes to everyone, are you also a good person? If you reach that government position, will you also treat people well?
We only blame the government while we are the problem ourselves. The money those in charge of the whole programme gave those people is far much than they gave to us. They have squandered the money in their pocket and left the remnant for us to share. That's how wicked humans can be, they will pay them for their won work and yet they still took from others. They were just in their office sitting down while we all went out to the street in the rain and hot sun to do our work.
So many things people in power are doing to the less privileged, they cheat on them with their money, right and values and yet they will be the ones to bad mouth the government. They are also the bad eggs in the environment that needs to be removed and dealt with. The problem we have in the country is not 100% from the government, most of them come from the people they are ruling. They inflate market prices even when the government has not done that, they arrest the innocent even when the government has not sent them, they kidnap and kill people when the government has not sent them, they cheat on the people when the government has not sent them.
The change we all need in the country begins with us, we need to change from our wicked ways and begin to help the people, we shouldn't wait for the government to provide us with everything. Change today and let's move the country forward to a better state.

Wait a bit
It's no longer new or let me say it's obvious that people are getting tired of the crypto world. The dip has caused a lot of damage that is beyond repair and so many are into debt that they wouldn't be able to pay up for the next few months. All I can say for these sets of people is that God will be with them and they should be patient cos the world of crypto will regain its strength very soon.
So I read a friend's article today and I was sad, I couldn't hold the urge to say something about it cos it's what many people are planning to do and some have already taken the step before him. But before I saw his write-up, I have already noticed for days now that the number of active users on read.cash here has reduced drastically and I was so concerned about it. The number of thumbs up on articles has reduced and that's because people are no longer active on the site.
Reasons;
We are all aware that bitcoincash is in a deep mess with its dip (in fact all the crypto coins, not just BCH) and this dip has affected read.cash also in the sense that @TheRandomRewarder has also reduced his visit to people's articles including mine. People no longer earn as expected and this has resulted in people not being active again. People now hardly earn up to $1 per article and it's discouraging for real and for this, many have decided to leave read.cash to look for alternatives.
My advice;
The reason for all this talk is to encourage everyone and strengthen their foot again in read.cash. it's too early to just leave without traces, this is the time our patience is needed. WHY NOT WAIT A BIT? That's a question for you and me, we should still wait a bit cos everything will still come back to normal.

I am sorry
There's no how we will not offend one another as a friend, family, neighbours etc, no one is perfect but we should try and walk towards perfection. Yesterday was one of those days that I overthink and have different thoughts thereby bringing different conclusions and assumptions that don't have any proof to back them up. I thought about it forward and thought about it backwards too and felt I should let you know how I feel again but I ended up messing it all up. It's fine if I express myself cos it will keep disturbing my head and mind and will pollute it if I don't say it. But I have said it but end up hitting myself on the leg and I have learnt that not every word one will say, I am sorry dear.
I sincerely understood all that you said right from the onset and I was ready to comply from day one cos I see something great within you that could allow me to stay. But as I have said earlier that I am human, and those feelings will come some days that will want me to tell you what I want so please just accept me as I am but I will try my best not to do it again. I was lying on the bed yesterday night when I heard the song that my brother was playing and the lyrics caught my attention even though it was an old song by one of my favourite artists called SIMI. The title of the song is LOVE DON'T CARE, if you wish to listen to the song, you can go ahead and type it on any browser or any music app and download it.
The first lyric of the song was saying that there's a lady who fell in love with a guy from another tribe and the mom called her and was rebuking her for doing that. She said why will she go to another tribe and fall in love when there are a lot of men from her tribe. But the lady replied and told her mom and said LOVE DONT CARE WHO YOU BE OR WHAT YOU HAVE OR WHERE YOU FROM.
The second lyrics also gave a story of a lady of fell in love with a man whose profession was a teacher. The dad called the lady and told her how foolish she is for falling with a teacher when there are other professions like bankers, engineers etc. But the lady replied to her father and said LOVE DONT CARE WHO YOU BE OR WHAT YOU HAVE OR WHERE YOU FROM.
And these two stories actually explain what is really happening in this our recent world. It's fine and accepted that no one will like to suffer or go through suffering but to some or let me even say many, they need the other partner to attain that success. They said two heads are better than one, so we need each other to grow even though you as an individual don't have to be lazy on your own part. So many
So many people have missed their right partner just because he or she is from another tribe and because of that refused to go into a relationship with such a person. We shouldn't have all these at heart when it comes to relationships, they shouldn't be a barrier to having a relationship at all. The same goes for those who are looking at the type of profession the lady or the guy is into before they finally accept to be in a relationship with the person.
All professions can make one rich if God is part of it and there's no limit to the type of work which one can do to be successful. So many teachers that are getting more pay than those working in banks and so many cobblers are getting more pay than teachers, so professions most times don't determine one's success and that shouldn't be a prerequisite before going into a relationship.
Just like the lyrics of the song that LOVE DON'T CARE, when one is truly in love, such a person doesn't care about the obstacles, about the words from people, about the disabilities of the other partner etc. Those things and many more are being overlooked when there's genuine love between both partners and with that, their relationship will work out perfectly and will also yield a profitable marriage.
I don't know why I am writing about love again, some of my friends might think otherwise now 🤣🤣🤣 but all is well. This is what inspiration has brought to me and I have done justice to it.

Today was great and tiring at the same time but all glory be to God. Rain fell heavily and it affected us a bit but we were able to do the little we can do. I had to do some people's work cos they were not around and it will delay us if we don't do it, they later joined us and we were able to achieve the target for the day.
We finished early and late at the same time and after all the submissions and handing over of work, I left the place with the mindset to have my hair cut. My hair has been bushy for days now, no money to barb it cos remitano failed and I look unkempt for those days but as a fine boy, I used my handsomeness to block their eyes 🤣🤣🤣, emi hot boy.
On my way coming back from work, I branched my barber shop to have a nice haircut, I got there and he gave me a nice haircut with my usual style. I do not need to tell him the style I want cos he knows how I love it, low cut afro is my best style and he knows and does his best in carving it on my head 🤣. I won't show my picture cos I am not a fan of pictures, I shock you, right? Normal normal 🤣.
So after that, I went home straight to have my shower and rest for the kitchen commander ( my lovely mom ❤ ) to prepare food so that I can eat. Thank God she has come back from school she does sell food, so she is preparing for tomorrow and also cooking what we will eat. I tried doing the vegetable (ego riro) and she cooked it and level it up with semovita. What a great combination it was. I ate very early and the rain was still drizzling by that time.
My brothers, mom and dad and I ate very early and we cleaned up everywhere. We were done with the activities of the day and we headed straight to beds. I and my brother went to where we do sleep to rest before we all sleep off. Luckily, they already repaired the light that has been of for 3 days now and they brought it. I was happy cos I will iron my cloth and will look cute to work tomorrow with my fresh haircut.
I am presently resting on my bed while I am typing this and after publishing, I will read articles and fall asleep again ahead of tomorrow. I actually told you about how I spent my day, wow🤗. Sorry for that rant, no right topics on my head presently cos of the busy week that it was for me. It will be over soon, pardon me and accept my apology.

3 in 1 challenges
As I have said in my last article that this week will be a very busy one for me cos of the six days work that I found, which involves administering immunisation to people and it has been taking my time and energy-consuming also.
The first day was hell, it wasn't as if the work we as too much for a young guy like me but the fact that I have been at home for months and hadn't done any powerful work as that makes it to weak me and feel it was kind of stressful. I find it to be very stressful and hard to the point that I had it in mind not to continue with it. But after a series of thoughts, I had to buckle up my shoe and conclude on going again.
The second day came and it was a success, it wasn't as stressful as the first day so I said it was a normal day for me and the third day which is today came and it was also normal too but felt a bit tired. Rain fell today and the roads we ply were messy and rough and were flooded with water but we had to pass the route to where we asked to carry out the immunisation. Today was a success and I thank God for that so hoping for a better tomorrow.
Amidst all these, the light in my street got spoilt and we didn't have light since Sunday. The cloth has been putting on to work weren't ironed at all but weren't rough though, thank God for that. My power bank has been down and even my phone has been down and I couldn't come online to read articles because my phone was down and was managing the battery.
Amidst this also, remitano removed the deposit button from their app and I wasn't able to exchange some of my BCH for fiat. I was broke and I didn't even have money to buy enough data. I was managing my data and it was as if it was that time my data finish up so quickly. I was kind of frustrated but I don't have to act it so I put on a smiling face all through.
No light, tiredness from work, and no money to buy data are all that have happened to me this week. It wasn't easy passing through all of these but I have scaled through some as at the time of writing this cos it was this evening I heard they have repaired the light and I am expecting it presently. Also, I have seen remitano rectify the problem with depositing BCH, it has been restored so I can now exchange some of my BCH for fiat and buy enough data for myself.
I give God all the praises for the victory and hope for an abundance of blessings to come again this week. The end has not come for BCH
It has been so long since I wrote about BCH but the thought came to me today to encourage my fellow crypto holder that there's still hope, a brighter one indeed.
My brother was telling me the day before yesterday that I should keep holding my BCH ooo cos it will rise very soon but it will take months based on what he saw and what the market looks like. The Russian and Ukraine war has been part of what caused the downfall of crypto generally. It didn't just affect crypto but also the economy of so many countries cos things have been very costly and scarce right now.
My brother also has an interest in investing in BCH presently even though he doesn't even write to earn it on this site. He has seen the way it has helped me and sees the bright future in it, so he decided that he will gather some money to at least buy 1 BCH now that its price is very low. He is into other coins too but he hasn't flowed too well with BCH before but after seeing the way I have been making transactions with lesser fees without stress at all, he also decides to go into it fully and I am very happy for him.
So presently, his money is almost up to the amount of 1 BCH, so very soon we will be buying it and keep it till it rises again. I told my second brother who isn't into anything crypto at all too about investing in BCH and keep. The conversation started when I told him to borrow some money so that I can buy some BCH and add to the ones that I have and make it a complete 1 BCH. He said why am I borrowing money to buy now? So I told him this is the best time to buy and keep cos the future of BCH is about to come out fully with a big surprise. I told him the money borrowed will be like an investment for both of us, that we will keep it till it rises and after that, we can exchange our profit for fiat cos we must have made a profit from the rise.
He buys into the idea and feels happy to also join in doing that. We will be buying it along with our eldest brother when the money is complete and keep it for the greening days.
Why all this rant?
This is just to tell you all about the strong belief and confidence that I have in bitcoincash (BCH). It's when something great is about to happen that bad occurrences happen, and the future of BCH will surprise everyone. Forget about the rumours you must have heard about different whales dumping BCH or selling some percentage of their holdings out. Rumours are meant to spread and the truth is meant to be revealed too.
BCH is still strongly supported and promoted by whales, and those who are still holding are still holding it and those who still accept it as a means of payment like @George_Dee. My advice for us all is that we are we should cheer up cos bitcoincash is here to stay and will stay forever, there's no end for BCH.
We are meant to experience all that is happening now because that's how life has been programmed to be. So many ups and downs in our real life too so it applies to other things too, we just have to bear it and don't feel sad about it.

No favouritism when showing care
Everyone deserves our care and love especially if they are ill or even if they are poor.
They need our sincere care. People should not show favouritism when showing love to people, we must be genuine even to the last.
In this life, we don't know when the gun might be put on the heads of our future generations till we die and even if the next generation is aware of what we did for them. They will never be grateful for what we did for them cos there are no receipts to prove that we showed care and love to them.
The meaning of care should not be based on who you are or from where you are from but from your heart.
A simple way to show care is to love someone for who they are and not for their money, status or tribe. As an African, it's painful to know that there are still people out there who are still discriminating against people based on their race.
You can't go around saying no one cares about us when your people don't care about you too. This shows how much we love to hate others.
We shouldn't discriminate against people based on their race or religion cos we will never know what they had been through.
It's never good to hate people based on their skin tone or tribe because being different is a good thing! We should show each other care equally, we are all created equally.
We shouldn't show favouritism when showing care to people, everyone deserves our care no matter their class, tribe or race. We are all the same and deserve equal care.
Elderly people are more vulnerable, we can not just leave them alone without taking any action, we should care genuinely without cheating on others cos of who they are or where they are from. We should respect other tribes, regardless of the tribal differences, and we should give others our care to make a better society. The best examples of how to show our genuine care are by taking care of our disabled people, elderly people and old aged people.
****A SHORT STORY;****
***I was in a bank today to pay little amount. The lady who was at the cashier was very quick, she attended to me immediately she saw me, I didn't have to wait for a long time for her to attend to me.***
***As soon as she saw me enter the bank, she told the other employee that was helping another customer to attend to me immediately. She told her "I will be with this one".***
***I didn't mind, but looked around and saw the other customers queuing and realized that she had said that because I was wearing a suit. How can they tell that just by looking?***
***When I got close to her and put my card on the counter, she put it through, and I then asked her politely if it had gone through. She looked at the screen and said that it hadn't gone through and asked for another card for my Naira account. I gave her another card and she put it through but it still didn't go through.***
***Finally, she asked me to give her another card so she could try it out again. This time it went through.***

That whole thing reminded me of how we were always taught when we were kids. Showing favouritism is not good, we shouldn't show favouritism when showing care to people. Everyone deserves our care no matter their class, tribe or race. We are all the same and deserve equal care. We should care genuinely without cheating on the other cos of who they are or where they are from.
The ups and downs of life make us strive forward every day, where we are challenged to become better and stronger persons.
We have a responsibility to change the world by changing ourselves, a good example is shown through the way we care for other people. Are you one of those who always see your friends in need but never accord them the needed care? You may do it secretly or openly but it is still cheating.
The word care has many definitions but none can be compared to the love that comes from God. God is Love and Love is Care, so care genuinely without cheating on who they are or where they come from
Care can start by encouraging others to do good, we shouldn't fail to help someone when they need help and give them our hand when they need a shoulder to lean on. We can be their strength when they think they are alone and comfort them when they feel like no one else cares.

You are getting old
To be sincere with you all, I don't know what I want to publish today but thinking about it all night long till this very morning, something just popped up for me and I feel I should try to write something about it and that's what I am about to do.
Do you know that life is very funny and we the people that live in it are also funny too? There was a point in everyone's life when you will be told that you are still young and vibrant so take your time and relax cos no one is chasing you and it's those same people that will come and tell you that you aren't getting any younger but you are getting old so you should make good use of your time and work towards getting better, is that not funny? It's so funny but it's just the truth.
So many teenagers out there have done the unexpected and the undoable after hearing the word "you aren't getting any younger". They thought about it too and they saw that they are right, they aren't getting younger but older every day. But pressure shouldn't be placed on them, sincerely they still have a long way to go, the best advice they can just give is that they shouldn't be lazy in life situations, they should stay focused and keep grinding during legal stuff.
The youth are also been pressurised with a lot of responsibilities and activities in their prime and those pressures seem to be too much on them. For God's sake, they are still young and have a lot to do with their life, you shouldn't bother them with responsibilities that aren't theirs, it's fine if you advise them to stay focused on life and shouldn't allow anyone or anything to distract them, that's good enough to let them keep growing.
To everyone out there, know that you are not getting any younger but you are getting old, what you have to do now, please do it before it's late.

She stole my heart
I haven't felt this way in my entire life, it was as if I can die anytime I am not able to get through to her. Is it her black shining skin I want to talk about or her cute smile that I will talk about or the overall beauty that I cannot resist is what I will talk about? All these were things that attracted me to her and fortunately for me, she has got the best character to spice up all that she possessed.
Everything she does makes me happy and I see just a little fault in her and that makes me discover that no one is perfect but love will allow one to accept every of her fault and take her the way she is. I accepted her the way she is and anytime I am opportune to correct her, I do it in love and with care without her getting offended.
I haven't been this cool and calm before but it wasn't as if I am a violent person or a hard person but it was just so cool to the extreme that I do things that even amaze me and I ask myself, why am I doing all these? I couldn't figure out the answer to this question until the very moment that I thought about it again.
The question brought back about the day I met her. The first day I met her was as if I was seeing a blurred vision so I couldn't put in much effort into making it a must to see her that night. I closed up the case and acted as if I didn't see anyone. But deep down, I was disturbed about her but had to move on. As a coincidence will have it, we met again the next day but I couldn't walk up to her cos I was still enjoying the feeling of seeing her afar, a whole day was spent peeping at her talk, walk, smile, eat, drink etc and I couldn't say hi to her.
After that day, we didn't see again and had no chance to talk to her again, after that day a lot of flashbacks of memories of her keep coming to my head and it was obvious to me that I have fallen in love. She stole my heart without her even coming closer to me, she just did with her beauty and character.
So many girls I have seen and truly I fell for them but their feelings went away after some days and some after saying they aren't interested but hers was completely opposite, the feeling gets renewed every day like that of the strength of an eagle. I don't know the power behind it but It's the power of love, She stole my heart truly and no way the police could arrest her cos no clear evidence to back it up.
I don't know if this is a work of fiction or based on a true-life event, don't be bothered about it famz, let me answer the question within me 😅😅😅😅 before some people will start to whine me of falling in love.

Funny but true
The popular Nigerian comedian compose a song in his skit and drop some funny lines that got everyone laughing and falling off their chairs. I laughed till I could no longer laugh again when I heard the song cos it was damn funny but after laughing I had to think about it and digest it. After so much thinking, I discovered that truth was present in there even though it was funny the way it came to appear.
I will be picking the lines one by one and will be explaining the truth behind them. Let's begin;
Light at the end of the tunnel dem don cut am;
He said the light at the end of the tunnel has been cut whereas we all always believe that there is light at the end of the tunnel. I am not sure about other countries but here in Nigeria, everywhere seems dark and it doesn't look like there's light at the end of every tunnel. The economy is down bad and the country is no longer safe and the future of the youth isn't sure again. Even the old ones are complaining so who are the youth to still have to believe when their parents are bitter about the country. With all that is happening, the light at the end of the tunnel truly has been cut down.

What does this mean, he said those who promised to stand by some people have already failed by disappointing them. Well, it's true cos this Nigeria economy can allow people to ignore people cos it ain't easy out there. The world has turned into a wicked world and people are only concerned about themselves only, no wonder the popular slang that says *****"ALL MAN FOR HIMSELF".***** Those who promise people now fail to accomplish it and it's disheartening cos why will you promise what you can't do.
Man wey dey chase him dream, dem don catch am;
Well, this is so true in the area I will be portraying it from. The lines said the man chasing his dream has been caught red-handed and arrested, it's funny, right? Yes, it is but there's meaning to it. In Nigeria, the university student in the federal school has been at home for more than 4 months now because of strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU). They are fighting for their salary and the government owning them isn't ready to pay them at all. So many dreams by these students have been cut short and their future plans and ambition seem cut off and arrested by these governments. The students are just at home idled and have no work to do or where to go, can you now see the reason why their dream has been caught red-handed and arrested.
Horse for national coat of arm dem don sell am;
If you know the Nigeria National Coat of Arms, you will know that there are two horses in there but this line is saying that they have sold the horses there, very funny too right? Yes, it is but there is meaning to it. Truly, they have sold the horses to settle the debt that Nigeria as a nation is owning. The debt Nigeria is into presently can't be overlooked, our government has borrowed millions of naira outside the country and we are unable to pay it back till now. All these debts are enough for the government to sell the horses on the national coat of arms to settle the bills.
These are just the important lines I love to make reference to from the song, I think it was just like three lines I didn't talk about in the song and that's because I didn't see meaning to them. You might just want to go and listen to the song, it's just less than a minute song though, so the name of the artist is BRAINJOTTER. Check him out on all social media, you will surely see him there.

A fight with my thought
The fact that different people come here to motivate us or cheer us up doesn't mean they aren't facing anything bigger than them. It's funny when you hear a marriage counsellor having a broken home or failed relationship right, yes it happens and that's life for you. So many motivational speakers out there are facing something way bigger than what they say but they have to summon that courage and put out a smiling face. I give strong kudos to people of such including myself, it ain't easy out there.
I was talking to @Jumper-01 yesterday and we were talking about life as a whole and he said something that I could hold onto, he said "just stay happy cos life is hard right now", what he said was right cos presently it is for real.
Do you know how it feels seeing your mate that you both graduate from secondary school already done with University and already serving? Not just that, your cousins that you are far older than already on the same level with you in school and about to graduate before you? I understand that everyone has their time, is not about who graduates first and blah blah blah but NO, as a human, I am expected to think about it 😭😭😭😭.
It doesn't sound so well for real but who am I to accuse God of what he has planned. Jumper said he is tired already and so also me, I am damn tired of everything and it becoming very uneasy for me. I had to post on my WhatsApp this afternoon that I need to change my environment cos I believe the environment is part of what is not allowing me open to opportunities. I am just restricted to the people on my WhatsApp chat list, the kind of people here in the environment are not up to the standard that can show one opportunities cos they are mostly illiterate. I can boldly say 95% of them are illiterate and they have passed it down to their children also and they seem to have normalised it.
Is it that environment you still want me to stay in during this trying time? No, but that's where I will still have to stay cos no financial support to relocate to somewhere better. Financially, only God has been sustaining me and my family cos my dad's sickness has taken a lot from us but here we are, doing fine in God's glory.
All these I have been battling in my head, thought and I couldn't figure any way out. I just wished God can answer my prayer immediately and everything I have ever wished for come to pass but No, it's never done that way. It's God I will keep praying to but deep down, I am weak and tired of everything. I can't keep pretending any longer, I am fed up and wish things can just go as planned.
This was just what happened to me today, it spoilt my day and I was sad all through but I am fine now. The word of God has comforted me cos I went to Bible study this evening and I was happy I went to listen to the life-changing word.

A time will come
I am happy that the article I wrote about "please, don't do it" was able to touch lives and gave many people motivation and reasons to keep striving in whatever they are doing. So many bad things are happening all over the world and it seems nowhere is safe any longer. I was on Twitter this morning when I saw the trending news about a place in India or China, I can't really remember the place between the two. There was a killing that happened there, they went to the house and killed some people, it wasn't different from a massacre. I was like why with tears in my eyes, why do people still have this wicked heart in them to do evil and make many people cry? It was then an answer from the Bible that came to me about my question and I was a bit relieved but still ask some questions to ask God and that will be in my next article.
The Bible has said it and predicted all that will happen in the last days. It's fine if you have been hearing that there's nothing new under the sun, yes, that's true. All that is happening now has been happening ever since the creation but it wasn't as massive as it is now. The Bible has said that on the last day, many destructions and tribulations will happen but we should cheer up cos he has conquered them.
He has conquered them for those who believe in him and heed to his words. Those bad events will take place and will consume many but they won't come to us. The Bible said, countries will rise against countries, and brothers will start killing each other for money, false prophets will start arising in multiple folds etc. All these were the prophecies then saying *****" A TIME WILL COME".*****
For many of us, we believe the time has come and to some, we still believe the time hasn't come yet. But one thing I am sure of is that A TIME WILL COME and that's what I am trying to say that a time will surely come to ready our minds so that we aren't caught unprepared.

Human Trafficking
We can make this planet a better place by making better decisions. And by the better decision I mean STOP IT cos in human trafficking, it's killing our people.
Human trafficking is one of these habits that should be stopped and it is an evil business which involves the exploitation of people, usually children.
There are many ways this is done, like kidnapping people and locking them in a secret room. It also involves the exploitation of people in other ways, like forced prostitution, begging, and illegal adoption.
The people who engage in these activities are called traffickers and they have a great influence on us all, especially on the young generation. According to the survey, over 800000 people are being trafficked every day. Many of them are children.
Africans are supposed to be the richest not by what we have but by wisdom and knowledge. We should be the first people to speak up against human trafficking to prevent its progress in Africa. Being an African, I would like to say no to human trafficking. Let's fight against it together.
It's a shame that human beings are exchanging people for money and it's even more shameful that this is happening in our communities. No matter where you're from, what colour you are and what school you went to, we all have the power to stop shame in our communities by saying no to human trafficking.
What is it?
Human Trafficking is when humans are being exploited for any sort of gain.
Human Trafficking has been going on for years. Many people that are slaves are forced, tricked and threatened into sex work, domestic labour, drug smuggling, and more.
In the most recent report on human trafficking in Nigeria, it was reported that over 80% of human trafficking victims are girls and women. The NAPTIP has estimated that 2 million children in Nigeria have been involved in child labour, out of which about half of them are involved in sexual exploitation as victims of s*x trafficking.
S*x, pornography, drug abuse, alcohol, smoking and other immoralities have affected the soul of man to do the most shameful act on earth. Human trafficking and slavery is the concern of our time. Many girls in different parts of the world are under slavery and they are forced into prostitution.
The media should play its role to promote more awareness to stop these things.
We have to educate our children not just by saying them but we have to show them many things that can bring shame to us all. It's useless bringing them to the mountain and then bringing them down. There are so many activities that we need to stop doing for the good of our souls.
This should be of concern to all law-abiding citizens because the fight against it is not only a battle for the future of our children but also the fight against many other social ills that have plagued our nation. Some have compared it to slavery and said slavery must never be allowed to happen again in our nation. Human trafficking is just as evil and we have to put an end to it.
if you are a Nigerian, you are not allowed to be silent cos it's happening in your land, if you are a Ghanaian you too cant be silent cos it's happening there too and if you are a Cameroonian you too can't be silent cos it's happening within your boundary. It's a global issue that requires a global solution which means we all must embrace the campaign against it and make sure it is stopped here in Nigeria.
Human trafficking is happening in our neighbourhood. It's the fastest-growing criminal trade in the world and right now, black women are the fastest-growing group of people that are being trafficked. A girl is likely to be sold as a s*x slave between the ages of 12-14. That's a fact. And there's no way we can be silent about it.
Human trafficking is a serious and increasingly reported crime around the world. In 2016 alone, there were over 8,000 cases reported in over 100 countries. The United States consistently ranks as the number one country for human trafficking, so it's an issue that affects us all.
We need to stop human trafficking cos it brings shame and curses to us all.
We need to stop the killing of our people cos it brings shame and curses to us all.
We need to stop the abuse of women cos it brings shame and curses on us all.
We need to stop the drug abuse cos it brings shame and curses to us all.
We need to stop the abuse of our people in our homes cos it's bringing shame and curses to us all.
We need to stop the corruption in high places cos it brings shame and curses to us all.
We need to stop the killing of one another in our own communities cos it brings shame and curses to us all.
This article came to me when my neighbour came out to inform us about a particular person that we are familiar with that got involved in that crime. I was so angry and I had to write about it.
