I feel like sharing the fictional story behind this song, get your popcorn and drink while you continue to read this.
They were two friends James and John
, they were very close to the point that the whole village knows about them and their friendship. They do virtually everything together ever since they were small and their parents are aware of their friendship too. John has always been a very rude boy when it comes to talking to the elders but John will always be patient enough to warn him about the repercussion of his attitude but he wouldn't listen.
James, on the other hand, was always calm whenever he is talking to elderly people and for that, people love him and always admire his calmness from him. So there's this faithful day, the two boys went to the stream to fetch water, on getting to the stream, they saw an old man who appear to be very tattered and unkempt. James greeted him and show this pitiful look but John ignored him and went straight to fetch his water without greeting.
The man was very weak and could hardly speak, he requested the two boys fetch him water to drink. James was about to help him when john interrupted by saying why will you help him while he has hands and legs to do that, moreover he is a stranger and we don't know him in the village at all but James insisted on helping him. He said he was weak and couldn't do anything but John stood his ground and said he is not helping him. James helped the man with water and was about to leave when the man called James back and blessed him, John stood to one side and was hissing at the man, he abused him and call him all sorts of dirty names.
After the man blessed James, he left with John with their water on their head while they go back home. After some years, the both of them grew up to be a youth and are chasing their career. But James was highly favoured wherever he went to, he was loved and always remain everyone's favourite but John, on the other hand, find it very hard to survive, he struggles so hard to find work to provide for his daily meal. He was wondering what was wrong with him and decide to pray and fast, so after some days, God revealed himself to him and show him a revelation about what he did to the old man by the riverside, he told him he is suffering for what he did to the man. The man felt very bad for what he did and God was angry about that so he had to punish him and make him go through all that he his passing through.
He cried bitterly and ask for forgiveness and he was forgiven but warned never to be rude to anyone again. From that day on, John changed for the better, he changed totally from his old ways and was good to everyone and things begin to fall in right place for him.
Lesson learnt;
Be kind to everyone no matter who the person may be, be it an adult or a child, be it a rich person or a poor person. Rudeness is never an attitude to portray to anyone too, being rude ruin us and so we should not cultivate that habit.

My black pen
Whenever I need to be in the mood to write I look for my black pen. I use it in the office, the home, at school, and even in the car. I always write with a black pen because I love the way it writes. For me, it's smooth like silk and never have I had a problem with this pen. I have had some other brands that have broken or run low on ink too soon. My black pen is one of my favourite things that I own and I know will always enjoy it. This product is made from plastic with a soft rubber grip. This product is available at many retailers that sell writing instruments such as your local target or office supply stores.
Whenever I get writer's block I just go and write whatever I can because for some reason writing with a black pen makes my day feel better.
I used to write in a journal when I was younger and that is why I started writing again but with a different kind of pen.
I love my black pen because it leaves the words on paper.

I understand it as a form of self-expression. Although some people will feel like it's easy and simple I prefer it to be the more complex and original cause that is what makes art.
It's something that speaks from your heart, what is important to you, something that you did not express enough in words but it comes straight from the soul. So for me, this is the meaning of art.
I also do like writing and that's why I decided to tell you guys about my black pen.
The journey of my black pen started when I was a new student in my sec school. As a student I got some assignments to do and I did not have the right equipment with me. My dad had told me to bring one of my pens but I could not find it. By God's grace, I found that pen and wrote like hell with it.
In a nutshell, readcash is my black pen.

My dad's farm
I am not a farmer neither is my father a farmer but I couldn't think of a better topic to give this article than the one written above. Well, to some extent, it goes along with what I am about to explain. Get a popcorn and a drink to follow me on this journey to my dad's farm;
There's this saying that *****"you never can tell how big the farm of the other people's dads are until you reach there but you assume your father own to be the biggest"*****. You will always think your dad's farm is the biggest in the whole of the community until you get to meet other people's farms and you will realize your dad's own is very small compared to theirs. What am I trying to bring up here?
I was going through @Tomi-Ajax WhatsApp status and I saw a series of compilated videos of a particular village in India. The people there were really suffering, they could hardly see good water to drink. Their government failed to provide them with good water for seventy good years (70). The government only try to supply one to two tankers of water into a dug hole like a well per day to the people. And when the water gets to the dugged well, it becomes very dirty with mud and becomes unclean for them to drink. There's no way they can be fetching the water directly from the tankers because of the crowd that needs the water immediately. While the water is being poured into the well, they still struggle to get water cos they are just too plenty to get water and sometimes, some falls inside the well and get injured.
The person being interviewed said she pity the old women that didn't have children with them mostly because they find it very hard to get water. You need to see the numbers of people that will surround the well trying to get water, they are just too much, overcrowded. It's that dirty water they will drink and as a result, many of their children are on sick beds fighting for their lives cos of cholera.
They said they have been promised by their government to find a solution to that for the past 70 years but they never keep to their promises. And that's where my point will come in, remember I said we never can know how big other people's dad's farms are until you get there and see that yours is very small compared to theirs. To every Nigerian out there including I will conclude that Nigeria is the worst country ever, this and that blah blah blah but do we know many countries are more worst than we do? This part of India just proves that to us now, imagine, a whole of 70 years and there haven't been solutions to the water system in that area from the different governments in power.
I will like to tell us that it's not just your country that's worst, other countries are more worst than yours, so be grateful for yours. The same thing applies to the problems we face in life, we think we are the ones passing through the hardest battle, have you gone out to the street and hear what others are passing through. Yours is small compared to theirs, you will even put aside yours and cry for them to show how bad theirs is.
I will wrap it up by saying this, be grateful for wherever situation that you find yourself in cos others are facing something greater than yours. Don't be an ingrate, I almost cried for those people in that village cos I could see that suffering in their eyes. The young ones couldn't even smile not to talk of being happy, I pray God will lay it in the heart of their government to provide them with what they need.

So love is as easy as ABC
Gaftek!!!, this is me trying to hail myself whenever I am getting the result that I wanted, lols. @Jumper-01 can relate whenever I call my names several times while in class, he will be like I just like you for this, awwnn, I am blushing already. Enough of this, let me head straight to what happened.
You must read one of the articles I wrote some weeks back when I said " Not again Gaf!!! ", I said I don't want to fall in love again of which I did but will I say it turned out positive? let's skip that and move on. After several moves in getting that particular person I can call mine, the one person that can give me a good morning and good night text with lots of kisses but all to no avail but I was shocked just yesterday with what happened.
what happened?
I was sent to buy groundnut that's being packaged in a bottle. I already told the woman in the afternoon but she forgot so I had to go there again in the evening to get it. She hasn't even done it so I had to stand beside her while she prepared it. Suddenly, a lady was walking from afar off from where I stood, the beauty in her face couldn't allow me to look away and that was when I remembered the guy's scope that goes thus;
*****Whenever you see a lady you like, look into her eyes until she noticed and starts to look at you too. Don't look away and if she doesn't too, that means she is giving you green light to walk up to her and say hello.*****
And that was how I kept looking at her and was lucky she was looking at me too as the fine boy that I am. I was on a white shirt and black trousers with an afro low cut, you could imagine how handsome I would that make her to keep staring at me too. I shouldn't prolong the story, that was how I was courageous to walk up to her and say hello. To those that know me, they can testify that I am a very shy person and could barely talk when I am with ladies but I don't know where this courage came from, anyway, let me continue.
So I said hello and she said hi and that was how the conversations started. I gave her lines that burst her head and she was like wow. I ask her if she has seen wind in form of a human before and she said No, I said, of course, she can't but she is the one cos she is about to carry me away 🤣🤣🤣, she was amazed at the lines and before you knew it she asked for my telephone number so that we can chat better on WhatsApp and get back to get the groundnut I wanted to buy. I didn't believe I could hug her by saying goodbye to her, that was fast right? Well, that's love in action.
She couldn't hold back her love for me, she chatted me up immediately when she got home, funny enough she is not living very far from my street. When I came online in the evening, I saw her text saying "hello handsome, this is Debby", immediately I texted back, luckily she was online. We talked about ourselves and it was there I knew there is green light there for me to shoot my shot. She is single and she said she is waiting for the right person and she thinks is me, she said she likes my composure and the way I walked up to her calmly. My head was swollen with those words and I had to tell her I really like her too, I told her I can't wait to be the right guy for her. She said really, does that mean we are met for each other, I said yes without hesitating. We were both lost by those sweet words we were typing and we didn't know when we typed "I love you" at the same time.
We both burst into laughter and that was when we realized we are in love. We chatted for hours and from there we switched to a video call that lasted for 2 hours. We shared pictures and it was the best moment for the both of us cos we have long awaited that moment, being single for years and suddenly finding your missing rib can be so lovely and overwhelming. We shared so many things that night and we couldn't find it easy to go to sleep. We both don't want to leave each other behind but in the end, we promise to continue the next day and we said good night to each other with a kissing emoji. I couldn't sleep that night cos I was still reminiscing on the moment we both met and how quickly it turned out to be in just hours.
Little did I know that I was lost in thought while I was standing for the woman selling groundnut to finish up the packaging. I was called on three times before I could answer my name.
Oh, you mean you have called my name three times and I couldn't answer, wow.
I was definitely lost in thought about something, sorry ma.
I collected the groundnut and I left for home but on my way home, I was like gosh, so I have been in deep thought since about that romantic moment I had. I burst into laughter all by myself, I am sure people around me will be looking at me that what was wrong with me.
This is totally fiction, I just thought of it yesterday evening and before I knew it, the inspiration came in full package 🤣🤣🤣. Thanks for reading, I really appreciate your time in reading. Thumb up if you like what you read.

Everything seems right in front of a child
I am not married yet nor have I given birth but the fact remains that I am growing every day and I gather experience every freaky time. I have looked around me, especially at the area that I lived in and studied the people around there and I could denote that everything seems to be right in front of every child.
Of course, I think you know that. That's why there is always room for correction and rebuke. If as a parent, you refuse to take monitor every of your child's steps and know clearly what they do and what they don't do, I will boldly say you have failed as a parent. I expect every parent to know what their children do and don't do cos they are there to take care of and monitor them. No wonder many children are out there roaming around the street aimlessly with no assurance of where they will lay their heads when the day is dark. No assurance of a better tomorrow for them cos they aren't walking toward that path at all. Will I say it's because of their failed parent? Or did their parent tries their best but the child chooses his path?
I was having a conversation with a friend one time like that and she said " our parents should thank God that we chose the right path and that it's not their monitoring and care that shape us in a good way "I partly agree with this and I partly disagree with it at the same time, why?
The Bible says train up a child the way he should so when he is old he will not depart from it. If our parents haven't shown us the way, there's no way we would have been what we are today. If at all the environment and friends have an influence on us and at some point, we deviate from the path they lead us, a time will surely come that we will retrace our step back to that way. Just like the story of the prodigal son, he later thinks about his life and could conclude that the best solution is to go back home.
If it was the other way our parents have brought us up, then that's how we would have been till only God want us to be on the right track. It's what we are being brought up with that we will stick to and that's how it is.
If as a parent, all that we do in the presence of our children is fight, smoke, lie etc, they will never know it is wrong or bad until they see what other people do in the environment. The fact that they see others not fighting, not smoking, not lying etc won't change them to do like them, it is what they have seen their parent do that will be right in their eyes and they will stand by it ans defend it any day anytime.
Just like a comedy skit, I watched some years ago, it's a skit but it's what's happening in the real-life that was being portrayed to us. The parent of the little child does fight and call themselves abusive names like a mad man and unfortunate woman in the presence of their child. So, one day when the child went to school, they ask him what the name of his parent are and he said, Mad man and unfortunate woman. Was it the fault of the child? Of course not, it is what he was brought up with that he stuck to. In some other homes, parents call themselves sweet names like darling or honey and if their children are being asked, that's what they will also call their parent.
It's what we do in the presence of our children that they would do cos they believe what we do is correct. They trust us that we can't mislead them as a parent and that's why everything seems right in their presence. The inspiration for this came up when I saw a boy that has turned into a lout and can do anything just to get money, I tried looking at the reason why he was like that and that was when I remember that's the way the boy's mum was. The mom is a very violent woman, she fights, drinks and life of the party without any work to bring in money for her. I guess she sleeps around to get money cos she is always at home 24/7.
It's the life the boy has grown up seeing his mom live that he also chooses to live cos it seems right in his face.
This is my advice to every parent out there, let us endeavour to live rightly in the presence of our children. If there's an argument between you both, we can always settle it when our children are not there or when they are asleep. They shouldn't know what's going on between you both cos it counts in their eyes. Stay positive and responsible in their presence every time and they emulate every good thing about you all. Correct your child when it's needed, rebuke them when it's needed, and chastise them when it's needed also.

The changes
I find it funny because when I was young I always do a lot of things. Go to every party with my parents, Go to birthday parties invited or not, stayed out under the sun and played around the street with my friends, I always wanted to leave the house and engage in necessary and unnecessary activities, I always wanted to make new friends, have fun in the rain because I find it refreshing, take pictures with my friends on Christmas day and parade the whole community to show off our fine dresses, go visit my friends and spend hours talking with them, I practically love all the dresses in the whole world, go to the amusement park or indomie party and stuffs related to all these and I always had my way around all these things and I had fun doing them.
Now I hate dressing up on Christmas day and I don't take pictures on Christmas day anymore except it's an unaware picture from a family member. Christmas and the new year are just like every normal day to me. I don't love dresses anymore cause I feel insecure about them, I always wear polo and jean, I hate attending parties with my parents and It's not that I hate parties I just hate the stress that comes with them. I love staying indoors and just indoors doing what I call my thing right Inside my room. I hate crowds, I hate noise, I hate people intruding on my privacy, and I hate disturbance. I now love going out with just one friend at a time, I don't like group outings/stuff. I don't also find it important to make new friends but if you care to be my friend then I don't mind.
What are these changes?
At first, I thought and believed that it was normal, of course, it is, but it might not just be normal. Sometimes I think I am a loner but on the other hand, I enjoy my privacy and personal time so much and I am always happy. You can't tell me that there aren't some certain changes in you, yes you. Look deep you might have dropped your wild childhood habit and become a calm person or did you become a wilder person?. Change is changing it might be slight or massive.
Most times I want to go back to the good old times and have a lot of fun as a child but this Change that has happened was meant to be and the change I just wrote about would be a thing of the past in the future because the future holds another change for me. Change is everywhere, the world is changing, people are changing and nothing is stagnant. I wonder what change I would write about in the future but I think I can foresee it already who knows if God has something bigger than what I can see in hold for me. So watch out for the changes.
I have once something written something related to this before but I felt I should just write about something related to it again cos I was out of topic today because there has been an interruption in the light in my area for 3days now but thank God it was restored this evening. I am sorry for my absence from your article, it wasn't my fault that I haven't come online since morning but just this night.

Just a little more
I give kudos to @Bisolammy for inspiring me on this write-up. I am going to be talking about the same thing she said with no difference in what I will result to, I am going to nail it at the head just like she did.
My brother was preaching one time on a Sunday morning in church when he mentioned a particular lawyer. He does go and teaches his children a private lesson every Monday during the week so as a result, he got so close to him and they became friends. So he said one day while they were discussing, he said that *****" the difference between a successful person and an unsuccessful person is the little effort the successful person added to his own ".*****
What does this mean? Let me say both parties A and B started the hustle and bustle together with the same energy and motive that they want to be successful but along the line, due to the obstacles and hurdles on their way when they were about to reach the finishing line, party B decides to give up and could no longer continue while party A continued and was successful about it with just an extra effort added to it.
There's every possibility that you and your friend prepared adequately together for an exam overnight and at 5 am you seem to have been exhausted and went to sleep but your friends tried to continue till 6 am and by the time result was out, they did well than you do. It isn't luck, it's the extra or little effort that they added to it that gave them that success.
Many of us have failed to understand that every little effort we put into work, education or anything we are doing matters a lot. It might seem that it's not adding anything to it or yielding any profit cos it isn't obvious but we should have in mind that it will result in something greater than one day. Just like a picture of two men chopping a tree that I saw one time like that. They were both chopping and the first person stopped when it was about to finish and see the treasure that was hidden behind the tree while the other person chopped till the very end and found it. If he had added just a little effort to what he was doing, he would have also found the hidden treasure.
That little effort when we are about to give up matters a lot to our success. We should find it hard to give up, like a saying that *****"it's those that give up, f**k up",***** it means we really messed up if we give up so we shouldn't do that at all. No matter how hard it might be, giving should never be part of our options at all.
I will put a stop here and round it up by saying sorry for not coming to your articles today. There have been two days of power interruption in my place and my power bank and my phone has been off since the morning. I had to pay to charge my power bank so that I can charge my phone with it and come online. Accept my sincere apology and bear with me for the main time, please.

Stop it
Nigerians on this platform must have heard the full gist of the APC primary election and how it was been held overnight with the person emerging as the contestant for the upcoming election. What's making me laugh about this whole matter is the way people are criticising the man who emerges called Bola Ahmed Tinubu. It happened that during the Endsars period in 2020, he was accused to be behind the massacre that happened at the lekki toll gate and ever since then, people have been looking out for him.
No proof to show that he was the one but from the look of things, he seems to be the one but I won't say he was the one. Truly, rumours and news have been about him to be very wicked and cruel but who knows him closely? They are all that we heard and not what we have proof to show. People who surround him are happy with what he does and they can defend him anywhere and yet many still say he is bad. He might be bad but I don't know cos I don't live with him, so many artists we have also talked bad about but we don't live with them so how come we know how they are? They are all that we heard or read from what someone says. All these conclusions and assumptions won't let us know who they really are.
What am I trying to say? Now that he has been elected to run for the post of president next year, so many words from the mouth of people about him, saying he is not fit for the post, he has age and health issues blah blah blah. All these talks are irritating me for real and I couldn't hold it is the reason why I have to write and express myself here. No one knows who can do it for real, Osinbanjo happened to be a pastor of a church before he entered for the Vice President, he has spent 8 good years with the president and I can boldly say there's nothing he has achieved within those years.
That's a pastor oooo, what will those that aren't believers do? I can even hear some saying that we can't allow these old men to continue to rule us, we the youths need to fight for our rights and take over from these old men, it's a good move, I love it and it's fine but the question is, what assured you that he won't get there and do like the old men? Most of the people we hear that are into cybercrime, money rituals and all these scamming of people are 99% youth, the love of money has taken over them and yet we want them to rule us, I laughed in Portuguese 🤣🤣🤣.
I am not supporting Tinubu or Atiku or any other political aspirant for the presidential post, I am just giving my point out to clear everyone that we only need to pray to God to put the right person. No one should believe anyone can do it cos no one can do it except God. I hate to hear this person can do it, we aren't supposed to be saying this at this point in time in Nigeria. I have been hearing it ever since I was born and up till now, we are still believing somebody can do it, we really need to stop saying it and pray to God to choose for us.
I will end this by saying Get your PVC and vote for the person you believe can do it not the person people told you to vote for cos of one carton of indomie. Do what comes from your heart and not what people impose on you. Your vote counts don't be deceived, so get your PVC today.

Pencils in the hand of the creator
As a child grows, it tends to get wiser in knowledge and wisdom except for those who choose to remain in ignorance. It's now that I am beginning to realise some words I have seen over the past and bringing meaning to them after what I have learned and gained in the recent time. This shows I am growing and I am happy about that.
Nigerians will know this popular television movie show tagged " Super story ", I grow up watching it and it was a very interesting movie then but I find it very hard to watch it now and it's not that popular again. What do I stand to point out from here? At the end of the movie, they do write something which is **" we are all pencils in the hand of the creator"**, I was so small then and I don't really know the meaning but I do memorise it then but thank God I have grown to know the meaning and also share to everyone.
As we all know that it is whatever the artist wishes to do with his pen so he will do. If he decides to draw a mad man or woman no one will hold him guilty for that, so it's for every one of us. We are pencils in the hand of our creator which is God, he owns us and can do to us whatever he wishes.
If God is the one controlling our life, why then do we have to worry about our future or well being? Don't come at me that haven't I worry about my life too, yes I have. It's part of life that we worry about our life, we are human and it's expected but we shouldn't allow it to get to us to the brim. I get over it within some minutes and not after several days or weeks and for some months. It's wrong and bad, it shows our relationship level with God, and it shows we still doubt his power to save.
Just like I wrote yesterday that someone wrote that " I believe the next chapter will be sweet cos I trust the author ", is the confidence for me? The confidence In that writer's mind shows he has walked with God to some level and knew that God can do the undoable, he knew God can do the unspeakable and the one that looks impossible in the eye of man.
Allow God to design you in the best way that he wants, he is the best designer so why not give him that chance? Why are you still struggling yourself with him? So many still want to design themselves cos they aren't satisfied with the way God has planned their life. They want to make it quick while God is telling them to be patient.
Let's be patient enough and we will see everything God has planned for us coming through. He knows what's best for us and will do it for us, he is not a wicked God and will never be.
I hope we all grab all that I have said in today's article and hope we will put it into action. Put everything to God, he will do it and will never fail. Thanks for reading, I really appreciate your time in doing that.

We all lose sometimes
I was so tired this afternoon and I thought of what to do so something struck my mind and what's that? So I picked up my phone and thought of listening to music. So I decided to listen to my very best Nigerian artist called Brymo. Many people don't really vibe to his song cos he doesn't sing what they want to hear but he prefers to sing what the people need to know, that's amazing, right? Yes, it is.
I love the type of his song, his songs call me back to my senses if it seems I am losing focus on some things. His deep indigenous yoruba words are superb and mind bursting. I love the fact that he uses my native language (yoruba) to sing even though he still uses English too and they are fantastic too. Enough of praising him, let me focus on what I want to write about one of his songs titled **"we all lose sometimes".**
The song is just encouraging every one of us that there's no how bad we might be due to the situation that befalls us, it's going to disappear and we won't see it again. The song says it's just for the main time, they will vanish away with time.
The chorus of the song says **" it's alright brother, we all lose sometimes, it's okay brother, it'll all be alright".**
It's okay to lose but we shouldn't allow it to weigh us down at all cos there's still hope while there's life. It's a phase of life that every human must face so we should prepare for it. The assurance that it will be okay at the end of the wave should always ring in our minds and get us going all the time.
As we all know and have heard that there's light at the end of every tunnel, so we should worry less and put on a smiling face that it will still fall in place after several falls. I am someone that worries too but I always get over it with a twinkle of an eye because I know better days are coming and the present situation isn't my end.
I saw on a friend's status today that **" I believe the next chapter will be sweet cos I believe the author"**, do you think the person who wrote it was talking about a book someone wrote? Of course No, he was talking about God. He has the belief in God and that his next chapter of life will be comfortable and peaceful cos the person paddling the boat never sleeps nor slumbers.
So believe today that today is just like that cos it's a phase we must undergo to make us strong, we will be okay and alright in the end.

Patience and wisdom
Happy Sunday to every one of us reading this, today being the 5th of June is the first Sunday of this month, so it is assumed to be a praise Sunday everywhere and if it wasn't, I want to believe it was still great.
I was watching a video some weeks back and it came to my mind this afternoon and was reminiscing about the deep meaning and I could deduce that we need patience but not patiently alone, it should go along with wisdom. What do I mean by this, let's go;
In the video, there were two men stuck in a deep dug. They were stuck in a different place but in exactly the same deep dug and they could not find a way to move out from it. In that hole that they were, there was a tree in there but was very dry and has no branches of trees on it. The sun came on them and heated them, they were both patients and didn't complain but were praying for a way out of that dug.
Their prayer was "God, please save me from this dug that I found myself" and as God will answer their prayer, the cloud changed and everywhere was cloudy before they knew it, it began to rain heavily. After the rain stopped, the sun start to shine and the tree begin to grow branches. The tree grew very well and it has a lot of branches and it seems God is not answering their prayer with all that. They kept praying and suddenly a huge thunderstruck and part of the tree fell to the ground.
But something happened, the first person could think and discover that it was an answered prayer, he took the fallen trees and construct a ladder out of them and was able to get out of the dug. The second person couldn't find a way out of what happened instead he murmured and started hissing at what God did. Could you believe that was where he was till hunger killed him? He died there cos he wasn't wise enough with his patience.
The second person wasn't just patient only but was wise while patient. This is what many of us need to know, if at all we are praying to God for a particular thing, we should be wise about it. God doesn't work with the human plan most times because our plan seems not to work out. God's plan is the best and for this, we shouldn't expect God to work like a human, we should be sensitive about every move during our prayer.
We need to apply wisdom to everything that comes our way, and see positivity at every chance. It's fine if he thinks God will send someone to pass where he was to come to help him out of the dug and since that didn't happen, did he later think again and think of another way? He didn't rather he began to murmur and feel reluctant to try another thing.
In everything we do, let's endeavour to apply wisdom, we shouldn't just act for acting sake. While waiting patiently around that your tight corner for God, let's be wise about it. We should open our eyes and brain to opportunities beyond just human thinking.

Appeasing the gods
My friends will laugh again at this that what has Gaftek brought to us to read again. Well, it was just a thought that ran through my mind this evening after having deep thinking about how everyone is complaining about rusty exile and I also experienced it too. He has barely visited my article and when he came it was just low compared to the good old days 🤗.
Just like I did when I wrote a letter to @TheRandomRewarder some weeks back, I told him how I felt and he was so passionate to listen to my heart plea and did what was right for me. As the grateful somebody that I was, I didn't stop there too, I went ahead to write a THANK YOU letter to him telling him how grateful I was. Rusty was happy that I did and he blessed me on that too to the point that people started asking me what I used on rusty to have blessed me that much, I laughed cos I didn't do anything.
Everyone should know the meaning of appeasing the gods cos I feel its a general knowledge stuff. In Nigeria here we have different gods that the traditional worshippers worship here and whenever the gods are angry, they have what they use to appease or pacify them. For instance, Ogun, the god of iron, whenever he is angry, they do appease him by pouring palm oil on him to make him favour them and stop his anger toward them. So many gods have what they accept to pacify them according to what I read and heard and if one does otherwise by giving them what they don't want, they become angrier towards the people.
What am I trying to say with all these? I am here to appease the god of @TheRandomRewarder to please accept my humble plea, he should bestow his blessings on me, he shouldn't neglect me in this trying time. I know what you want and that's writing good articles with no plagiarism which I have been doing right from day one. Congratulations to me

June is still fresh
How will I do without writing about a new month? It's not possible cos I will surely write about it. May wasn't bad, it was great to have it come by and leave also. I wonder why so many people complained about the month of May and later end it with a bit of a positive statement. Well, for me it was fine and great even though it ended with a three days sickness, lols. All thanks to God cos I am over it now and the sickness has gone now, hallelujah.
I haven't been keeping track of my earnings lately cos of my busy schedules and expenses ahead of me. But I promised myself to keep track of my earnings this month and it seems @TheRandomRewarder is looking at somewhere else now and everyone seems to be complaining. Let's hope for the better and have the assurance that rusty will come back better. I believe he will bounce on this article better cos I and rusty are Gees from day one.
So don't panic if the month starts with rusty exile, keep doing what you know how to do best, interact the best you can, and write the article that's best for your readers and by so doing, things will fall into pleasant places for you.
I believe this month will be greater than last month for me cos what you prophesy with your mouth is what will come to pass. So it pays to stay positive and let positive things come to pass.

I think I'm back
It all started on a Monday night when I was still chatting on WhatsApp with my friends. I told my friend that my eyes are paining me and that I will have to go offline so early that night and she said I should get pain relief before I sleep and sent me a good night's farewell. So I went to sleep hoping that by tomorrow the pain should have left me.
Of course, the pain in my eyes left but I knew my body system was different. I wasn't myself that morning and I was thinking I will get over in some hours but I didn't. It was when my mom came back from work that I told her how I am feeling and she said I should dress up and go to the nearby medical Centre around our house.
So I dressed up and went straight there and I was attended to by the doctor. He asked me what happen and I told him I have a slight headache, sore throat, and pain in my eyes. He then said okay and write out the drugs that I will be using, so he gave me the paper and told me to go to the pharmacy by the left which I did. I was charged #3500 for the drug, I paid and I left.
I was thinking after using the drug that afternoon and night that I will see some changes but it was all my imagination. It grew worse and I wasn't myself at all. The headache keeps coming in full force, the throat was paining me more severely and I couldn't do anything more than bear the pain. I could hardly eat, I lost my appetite and even the sore throat won't allow me to eat cos it was painful.
My mom and dad have concluded that I will have to go to the medical centre and complain to them that the drug they gave me is not working and ask them what's next. This morning as I woke up, I was vomiting and I felt very tired but I had faith that if I can use the drug today again and it didn't work, I will go to the medical centre in the afternoon. So I brushed my teeth, had my bath and I ate the little that I can so that I could use my drug.
After using the drug, I slept for some hours and I noticed that there were changes. The pain in my throat has reduced to some extent, the headache is gone and the pain coming from my eyes has reduced too. I was very happy cos those pains are unbearable, I hardly chat on my WhatsApp from Monday till today. I sleep early to wake up early cos the pain tends to leave when I am asleep.
All praise to God that I am back now even though not fully. I should be back fully by Friday, I believe God will have made perfection before then. Thanks to everyone who reached out to me to ask me why I haven't been active, God bless us all. Thanks to those that didn't, I believe you forgot, God bless us all too.

Happy Sunday to us all, I believe church service was great today cos many churches will be having their children's service today as a continuation of the children's day that was observed three days ago. Well, in my church we did our prayer meeting and it was prayer all through and I believe all prayer has been answered. Prepare for the coming week, don't get tired and wearied cos that joy is right before you if you don't give up.
Today's topic is a story I heard from my pastor a long time ago and it popped up in my mind after thinking about what to write today. Let's begin;
There is this man of God, he is a servant of God, he is a faithful servant to the core. He was sent a message by God to go out to a very far small city to preach the word of God to them and save them from their wayward lifestyle. But was told not to go with his wife and four children which he abide with and left for the journey.
On getting to the city where he was asked to go, he was so calm to investigate the dos and don't of the city and he makes sure he doesn't violate anyone. After several days there, he started to come up with the assignment he was given but unknowingly for him, he didn't know they were watching him.
When he started his evangelism, it was really strange to many of them over there cos they haven't heard of it before. But because some of them were eager to learn and know more about Christ, they begin to listen to him, some even chose to be his friend so that they could hear from him all the time.
When their top leader heard about all that is happening, he was frustrated and livid about it. He sent his guard to him that his attention is needed. He went and was confronted on why he was doing that, he replied by telling them about Christ and how God has sent him to come to their city. Their leader was angrier the more but was slow to pass his judgement on him, he gave him the last warning and told him to leave the city for them.
When the man of God got home, he prayed and asked God why he is facing all these, he even asks God if he should continue with the task and God told him to continue and that he has nothing to be scared of. He was encouraged by the word of God and he refused to leave the city to continue preaching about Christ. When their leader heard this again, he couldn't take it and get angrier toward him, he sent his guards to arrest him and put him in a cell. He was beaten, chastised and injured while in the prison but he kept on saying the same word that he has been saying "give your life to Christ and be saved".
They make research about him and discover that he has a wife and four children. They travelled all the way down to where they reside and arrested them all. The man of God was shocked to see his wife and children been arrested and put in the same cell that he was. They all cried together and they stood their ground to stand for Christ.
Their leader announced the day they will all be killed and some of the villagers were happy, some that were his friend were sad and couldn't find any way to help him. The day came and they brought them all to the altar to be killed but the leader gave them options to pick so that they can be set free. He told them to deny that Christ and they will be released, the man of God, his wife and children looked at each other and they couldn't say anything.
The last born who was a girl was brought forward and asked if she will like to deny Christ but she refused and immediately was killed. The father and mother were shocked that she didn't deny thirst in front of death, this encourage them the more to stand still. They call out the next girl but she refuses to deny Christ too and was killed. This went on till they were left with just their firstborn, the parent both looked at each other and couldn't hold it again. Their firstborn saw the fear in them and said "mummy, daddy, don't deny him cos heaven is happy with our decision", they were shocked and this made them stand stronger again. They killed their firstborn too and were left with no child again.
They brought out the wife to be killed also and they ask her if she will deny Christ she said no but look at the husband's face and told him, don't deny Christ cos it's too late. Immediately, they killed her and it was his turn. He was asked and he said what's left for him if after he denied Christ? He said he can't deny him and the leader burst into tears immediately.
He cried bitterly cos he has never seen such a person before, why will you allow your children and wife to be killed just because of the unseen God? He cried bitterly and he couldn't hold his emotion, he then commanded everyone from that day henceforth to serve the God of the servant of God. Everyone was seriously moved cos of the situation and they all believe in Christ, the servant of God wept bitterly cos he lost everything for God but he was happy within cos he could complete God's assignment.
The leader took proper care of him, they set him up and build a church where he will be the one to head and the whole of the city believed in Christ. God really backed the servant up and gave him a new wife and was blessed with Godly children too.
What to learn from it right?

Children:Leaders of tomorrow
Yesterday happens to be children's day and it was celebrated in grand style across all states. It's always a day to look forward to every year cos the people we are celebrating are our potential future leaders, they are our future with great powers lying within them.
Yesterday makes me remember the song we do render in nursery school that goes thus;

Parents listen to your children,
We are the leaders of tomorrow,

The fact that they are children doesn't mean that don't have a say too, they also think and make decisions too, and they have their opinions which parents can buy to. One of the lyrics of the song says "Parents listen to your children", we should always listen to them cos they also pass through some hard times despite how small they are. We should hear them out, it's not every time that we should shun them cos it will make them feel bad.

I went to buy rice for my mom one day from her customer, it was the husband that was selling the rice when their son came back from school and felt very bad that he was murmuring and told his dad that he doesn't want to go to the school he attends again. His dad asks him why and he said that students in his school do abuse him and make jest of him and for this, he doesn't want to go there again. His dad just replies to him by saying sorry and that was all.
In my mind, I was very angry with that reply cos I am very sure he won't do anything about it but the child was in pain for him to have said his mind. So when I was done buying the rice, I told the dad to please make sure he followed his child to school and report to his teacher and make sure they warn those children to stop that. I begged him to please do it and he said he will so I left.
I have heard so many stories of children being bullied and because of this, they decide not to go to school again since their parents couldn't listen to them to correct it. If their parent has listened to them, they wouldn't have dropped out of school. Children don't like it when they are bullied, it makes them emotionally down and doesn't concentrate any longer on anything they want to do. Parents, please try to listen to your children.
The best thing we can give to our children in this computer world is education and that's why one of the lyrics of the song says "And give us sound education". Education should be their inheritance if at all you don't have any property to give to them when you are no longer alive. Let your children be educated, they will surely remember you forever for the great thing you have done for them by educating them. Education is a great weapon in their hand, they won't only protect themselves after getting it but they will also protect you.
Give them quality education and make sure they concentrate on it. Don't just pay their school fees and leave them alone, follow every of their learning processes up, help them to grow and teach them when you can. You are their first teacher, their school teacher is there to assist you too.
All we do to our children now are what makes them who they will be tomorrow. So we should train them in a good way, you should teach them positively so when they grow up with it, they won't depart from it. They are our future leaders, they are our tomorrow, and our future relies on them so if we don't train them well, it means we have spoiled our future with our bare hands.

Solomon Grundy
The title of the article shouldn't look strange to us at all cos it's a popular nursery rhyme back then when I was in nursery school. I was just sitting down quietly when the song popped up in my head and I had to deliberate on it as to why it happened and finally, I could deduct a powerful meaning from it and that's what I am about to do now.
The nursery rhyme goes thus;
"Solomon Grundy",
"Born on a Monday",
"Christened on Tuesday",
"Married on Wednesday",
"Took ill on Thursday",
"Grew worse on Friday",
"Died on Saturday",
" Buried on Sunday",
"That was the end of Solomon Grundy".
What I could deduct from this was that everything that happened to Solomon Grundy is the typical mirror of what life is.
We all have our birth date and that's to say that there was a day we were born into this world. The day we cried why are we in this sinful world? The day your parent and family were happy that their family is blessed with a bouncing baby boy/ girl. This is exactly the way Solomon Grundy was born too.
After we are being born, a naming ceremony was being done to give us the name we are bearing today. Solomon was christened on Tuesday and so are we too, it was a day we were given names in the Christian way, the Muslims also has what they called theirs.
After being christened, he started living as we do now and he got married. Many of us are also married just like Solomon and that's what is expected of us all. Although many choose not to get married and that's their choice, there's no crime in that but the majority of people that I know will surely get married just like Solomon Grundy.
After getting married, he fell sick and the sickness got serious and he died as a result of that. I never pray for any one of us to fall sick but some people died as a result of sickness too. What I want us all to know from this is that we all are going to die. We might not fall sick before we die, it might be a peaceful death but death is sure for everyone.
All that happened in the life of Solomon is just a representative of how life is, it's death that will end every one of us and we should be praised for that. Like I have said earlier that I would only write about what I was able to deduct from the poem and that's what I have written. How life is and that's how it's.

Do what makes you happy
I was on my WhatsApp yesterday viewing different people's statuses when I came across one of my friend statuses and this is what I saw 👇
All that he said was that the quote *****" do what makes you happy "***** is a very wrong quote in the sense that smokers, prostitutes and all other illegal workers will make use of this as an excuse. He said that things that make us happy are either illegally or morally wrong and I agree with this 95 %.
What makes a lot of people happy nowadays is what they can boast of outside or let me say publicly cos it Is wrong or illegal. So many youths out there are happy with illegal things like cybercrime, drugs, prostitution, stealing, and all other sorts of immoralities. So that particular quote is very wrong cos It will serve as an excuse for those who are involved in all that I have listed above. They will use it as an excuse for their wrong behaviour saying, after all, they are happy with what they are doing and that's the best feeling.
We all have what makes us happy but that particular one that makes us the happiest might be particularly wrong and it can be right for many also depending on who we are. Some peoples own might be s*x and if they are not able to get it from whosoever they get it from maybe their wife or husband, they begin to do otherwise which is bad and wrong.
If what makes you happy is legal and morally right, It's fine to press on with it, of course, I am not against that. All I am against is the quote itself, I feel the right word to use has been written in the screenshot above and that's *****" do what's right that makes you happy "*****, this should have been the best quote to be generally accepted by us all cos it's self-explanatory. We all know what's right from wrong so there wouldn't be any excuse for doing what's not right. Do what's right that makes you happy and not what's wrong that makes you happy.
That my friend said if he decides to rob a bank and was able to steal billions of money, won't he be happy? Of course, he will be happy but happy after doing illegal things. So from today, begin to use the right word for the quote by saying do what's right that makes you happy.
I hope we all grabbed all that I try to say in today's article and will take a new turn towards it by saying the right quotes. I feel I will write about some quotes that are wrong and needs to be adjusted as soon as possible to enlighten us more about them.

I just have to address this issue cos I have been noticing it for months now. As we all know that this site is a do as I do to you platform. What do I mean by this? It is those who visit our articles that we do visit their articles, it's not as if it's a tradition, it's just a way of showing gratitude to people who do. We all know that it isn't easy to read 100th of articles a day, we all have other things to engage in so we can't be online 24/7 but the little you can do, did you do it well?
If at all what we all have been saying about the ways to excel and make headway on this platform are speculations, I want to believe that they are true and if they are not speculations but real, so be it. I so much believe that they are real and they are the right thing to do.

So what have I been trying to figure out here with all these analogies? Many of us read articles that are interesting to us but find it hard to THUMB UP 👍, many will even t!p your article but forget to thumb up. It's very bad and that's an act of wickedness to me cos you enjoyed what you read but yet you didn't give a thumbs up to it. Many will comment and won't thumb up, do you want to tell me you forgot? And you expect them to thumb up for you too?
It's not as if I am forcing the thumb up, It's just a simple way to encourage the reader to do more. Thumbing up an article shows you love what the writer has written and he should do more and by this, the writer will always try to be at his best every time he/she is trying to feed people with their article. Many of us are guilty of this and it's high time that we change our attitude towards it.
The number of people who viewed your article is always much more than those that thumbs up and is bad, but it doesn't mean they didn't enjoy what they read. They only chose to do that cos it for instance, if you have 50 views and at the end, you have 19 thumbs up, does that mean the remaining 31 didn't enjoy what they read? No, they might forget let me assume or choose to just ignore but this is a reminder that we should always thumb up articles that we read and love.
Don't get me wrong at this by going all around to thumb up articles that aren't worth it, we should just thumb up those we love and enjoy. I hope we all understand me now, I am not just speaking for myself but for every one of us. It's what you do to people that they will do to you back, though the site doesn't allow us to know those that thumb up for us and those that didn't or else, we would have seen people that are behind all these.

Close your eyes and your helper is gone
It's okay for many to run from their helper in the name of the world is wicked, it's no longer safe to talk to strangers, blah blah. Yes, I accept that but how long will you continue to do that?
The Yorubas will say *****" if we decide to close our eyes for the evil ones to pass, we won't know when the good ones will pass too".***** We can't continue to look at everyone with bad eyes or assume that everyone is evil. We aren't the same at all, our brought up and orientation is different so don't classify everyone as one.
The person who is meant to help you won't stress you, it will come easy to you. I understand that everywhere is no longer safe but be wise when you are avoiding people. It's not everyone that you can avoid, you can't avoid your helper else you will remain stagnant for life.
How do you then recognise your helper? I know that will be the questions you will ask me but it's a simple thing and that's why I said earlier that you should be wise about it. Helpers don't write it on their forehead and they don't have a tag on their clothes, they are human-like you and I so you have to stay vigilant at any time.
It's good you are on the watch for everyone's movement because the world has made it like that but do it wisely. Don't do it harshly even though some people deserve that but as I said earlier, your helper will not come to stress you, it will come easily but your negligence won't allow you to know that cos you have that mentality that everyone is wicked and cruel.
Ever since some people have been hurt by their so-called lover or partner, they feel there's no one better outside and for this, they begin to treat everyone equally and badly cos of what they have pass-through. If anyone or even their helper tries to talk to them just randomly, their impatience won't allow them to hear them out, okay, why not just walk out gently even though it still doesn't make any sense but some will even add insults and curses to it which is very bad and wrong. That's why many are where they are till today with no one to ask them out, that's just an example though but it's still the same thing.
So many people have been scammed of their money or properties and for this, they have this trust issue with people. It's fine that you are now very careful about your dealings with people but be wise with it, your helper might come in their midst so don't miss out.
So many people are now very aggressive with their dealings with people based on past experience and for this, they have lost a very huge opportunity in their life. This shouldn't happen cos aggressiveness isn't good at all, we should be always nice and approachable with our dealings with people every time cos we never can know who will help us.
The world is not safe is not an excuse to be aggressive with everyone, we should be approachable at all times but be wise with it.
Don't close your eyes while your helper is passing bye, be vigilant at all times.

Humans: the forbidden animal
I don't think I will be able to give a good title to this article but a big deliberation is going through my head right now. As I type this paragraph, believe me, I haven't given a title to this article but all I am about to say is about us all.
I heard something today that *****"if we humans are the animals that we are eating, a time will come they won't eat us again",***** I wonder why he said that so I asked him and he explained to me. After giving it a deep thought, I realised it was all a truth and the bitter truth no one will like to hear.
I don't know if it's just here in Nigeria or is everywhere in another part of the world, human life is nothing to us again, killing has turned into the norm of the day. There is no day you will not hear news of someone being killed, murdered or shot. Security is no longer in existence and we all now live in fear, what a life!!!.
Our evil acts grow on a daily basis, we grow in knowledge to destroy things without leaving traces of their existence at all. The knowledge we are supposed to use for the betterness of the country is what we are using negatively. Many families have ceased to exist due to wars between religions or wars between tribes.
Many families are yet to recover from the trauma of their loved ones that have been kidnap, raped and killed, use as a ritual and so on like that. All these are forever pain to many and they won't be able to heal from it forever. We have derived greater joy in seeing our neighbours, countrymen and women, and friends cry. All these are pure wickedness and won't lead us anywhere.
We have lost our value as humans cos as a human, we are supposed to love one another, be our brother's keepers, and care for one another but it's the other way around today. No one is ready to put a smile on the faces of his/her neighbour any longer even after knowing what he/she needs. And if at all we later provide for them, we carry a camera to video us while in the act of helping them so that other people can see and praise you, hmm, what a life!!!.
Why have we decided to choose EVIL when we know that our minds won't be at rest after doing it. There's no stress in doing good for real cos your conscience will give you rest of mind but for doing an evil act, your conscience won't allow you rest, it will keep coming and judging you. Or should I conclude that those who still participated in the evil act have no conscience at all?
Just like the video of a kid that I watched on a friend status, the boy was saying it jokingly that he saw someone stealing and that he also loves it too cos it makes his heart beat faster. For those that are involved in an evil act, their heart does beat faster cos no rest for the wicked.
With all that I have explained, can you now see that the man said that assuming if we humans are the animal that we do eat, a time will come they won't eat us again and that's because of our evil acts? Who knows if they eat us, due to our evil acts, we might decide to even hook them in their throat wicked them when they are eating us, that's to show the level of our wickedness.
I pray God will heal his land and make everyone happy again with a good heart cos this suffering is unbearable to us all. Amen 🙏🙏🙏.

What I have realize
So many things have happened in my life that require me to realize what I haven't put my attention into. It was yesterday that my mind wander away as I do sometimes whenever I feel the need to or whenever I have something bothering my mind and I don't want it to disturb me so I will have to wander my mind away to forget that thing that's bothering me.
So yesterday I realized that everything happens for a reason. There's nothing that will happen to you that God didn't know about it, he might just keep quiet but he definitely knows about it. My very good friend has been telling me about this site for a long time but I ignored his effort to convince me. So it was when I discovered I am on a losing side by not making good use of time for something tangible. School was on strike then, no class, no assignment, I was just in the hostel doing nothing but to sleep, eat and wake up relying on the token my mom and dad will send.
After all these thoughts, I decided to give it a try and register with his link. I went to meet him to teach me about the site which he did and I started. To God be the glory, I started earning too and it was my best ever achievement in my life cos I couldn't imagine that I can start earning money at that stage of my life cos I haven't been through the stress of working to get money all by myself, I always call mom and dad whenever I needed money so I was surprised. I was very happy and grateful cos I will have to lessen the burden of bills off my parent shoulder.
All these started when my dad hasn't fallen sick at all and everything was okay though everything is still okay up till now, I believe. I started earning and I could see that I no longer disturb my parent for money unless on some special ones. Unfortunately, for me, my dad fell sick and the burden of two humans turned into one. My mom was the one doing all the provision and care of the house but I remember I have started my readcash journey so it was a bit easier for her cos she will only send my junior brother money and no need for me.
I realized that God just want to use read.cash to cater for my need and bless me with it cos I don't think I will have gone this far without it. God knew my dad will fall sick and the only surest way I can sort myself out as a student is to come across read.cash cos as an undergraduate, it's hard to come by a job that will pay you enough money to foot your bills.
Maybe if my dad was not going to fall sick, I might not have had the mind to accept read.cash cos of the little token I will still be receiving from my dad. I wish he didn't fall sick and I still come across it but there are reasons for everything. I want to believe it happen for a reason unknown to men.
This is what I have realised about this matter after a deep thought of it yesterday. There are also some situations you too must have realised the possible reason why that thing is happening in your life. Give thanks to God cos only he understands what he is doing for us, he cares for us and knows us and knows what's good for us.

A review ( king of thieves )
Just like I said in my articles this morning that I will be doing a review of the article that I wrote and that's what I am about to do. Remember those points that I drove out of the movie;
We shouldn't be covetous and greedy
We should trust nobody
We should be honest with people
I am sure we all can remember this now so I can proceed with another point I drove out from the movie. I said in the morning that this will be coming from the angle of spirituality, so let's begin;
The Bible make us understand that when Christ is going to come back (the second coming of Christ), he will come back like a thief at the midnight without informing anyone about it. The Bible also make us understand that he is not going to come like a sheep-like he did in his first coming but he is coming like a roaring lion. All these we should remember so that we can always remember his coming and work towards the heavenly goal.
Yeah, in the movie, even though everyone knows the truth some still decide to lie by telling Obalola to steal which was wrong. This I will compare to the fact that the good news will be all over the entire world before he comes. No one will say he or she hasn't heard of the good news which is Christ, his birth and life and how he brought salvation to every one of us. It will now be left to us if we are going to accept him or not. The chiefs knew the truth but they choose to lie and leave that good road that led to heaven.
In the movie, the king of thieves who happens to be the reincarnated of Obalola came to the village when they least expect that any such thing can happen. He came the next day that they just finished the coronation of a new king. They were still in the spirit of the celebration and jubilations while he came to them to destroy them. This I can compare to when Jesus will come, we will be caught unaware, and we will all be busy with our daily activities and daily work when he will come.
The reincarnated Obalola came angrily with his eyes not smiling at all, he was very harsh and angry with a passion to devour every one of them that live in that village. This is exactly the coming of Christ, he is coming like a lion to devour the sinners and take with him those that we're living for him.
So we really need to call ourselves back to our senses and retrace our steps back to do the needful. Christ is surely coming back the second time to take the beloved ones and along with him to that gold city that he has been building for years for us. I am sure you wouldn't like or choose to miss that heaven cos of the way the enjoyment will be an everlasting one.
The description of the Bible gave the beautiful gold city which is heaven is convincing enough to make that determination to make it a goal to be achieved. Don't miss heaven, miss hell cos hell is full of gnashing of teeth and suffering.
Give your life to Christ today and be willing to serve him. Jesus is calling you today, he loves us and will forgive us of all our sins inasmuch we have decided to follow him.

King of thieves
A beautiful morning to all the beautiful writers on this platform, I greet you all with a hug and kisses, accept my humble greeting 😅. I will be writing about a movie I went to watch yesterday at the cinema, I want to write about what I learnt from the movie. I don't mean to be a spoiler of the movie so I will be very careful with what I am going to be narrating.
Let's begin;
King of thieves as a movie is just about a particularly small village, where they wanted to appoint a new king and two different people came on board to claim the throne as per their family has the right to be crown a king. But one person must be king as the oracle has chosen just one and the chiefs knew the right person.
Covetousness and greed couldn't allow the chiefs to say the truth, they were enticed by the material things the other person brought as gifts to bribe them of the throne, let me call him (Kayode in this write up). The person who has the right to the throne (let me call him Obalola), doesn't have money but he is a young vibrant man, so the oracle chooses him.
The chiefs plot a lie and told Obalola that before he could get to the throne, he will have to steal a goat and said that's what the oracle said about him. He believed them so much cos they have been supporting him from day one but he never knew their plan, he contemplated it though but he later accepts to do it after his friend also advise him since they have no other way to get to the throne. After stealing the goat and on his way to run away, he was caught by the guards of the town.
The chiefs were there to announce his judgment and was sentenced to death, they pretended as if they didn't send him to steal. He was buried in the ground and was killed which pave way for the other person to get to the throne. Obalola's friend later knew that the chiefs lied to his friend to allow the other person to reach the throne. He went by night to where his friend was killed so that he can bury him properly but the chiefs knew he would do that and caught him too and killed him also. That was how the two friends were killed and their story was forgotten in the village.
But something happened, they were reincarnated and begins to disturb them in that village. They became a very powerful notorious thief that no one could confront them, they came back for revenge and decide to destroy the reign of the present king who happen to be the descendant of the former king. He killed many of them in that village and ruin so many of their resources before they could stop him.
I will put a stop here so that I will not spoil the movie for those who haven't watched it.
Lessons from the movie;
Trust no one; you should only trust yourself and not your fellow human's cos they will betray you. Obalola trusted the chiefs but was betrayed.
Don't be greedy and covetous; the chief's covetousness and greed brought the doom on the villagers and to their families too.
We should be honest with people; assuming the chiefs were honest with Kayode and told him he can't get to the throne, all the calamities that were brought to the village wouldn't have held at all.
I will have to put a stop here so that it won't be as if I have spoiled the movie for those that will love to watch it later. I will do a review of this movie from another aspect but from the spiritual aspect. I hope we all will really learn from it tomorrow.

Are you active?
What I am about to write is what I am having issues with presently, I haven't been active for like two days now due to some recent activities that I find myself in. I haven't engaged in articles that much and I am really concerned about it cos it has affected my earnings badly.

I won't say I am that active but I am trying my best in every possible way so that I can also earn big too like my friends.

I try as much as possible to also read a few articles before I go to sleep on those days that I know that I am really stressed out and wasn't active throughout the day cos I know the importance of what the engagement will do in a long run for the article that I published.

It's rare
I have been busy since morning cos I went out with my dad to where he will massage his body due to the nature of his sickness. When we got there, we met a lot of people there that has the same sickness as him, we picked a number and sat for our turn. While we were seated, we met a young man who told us about himself, I felt like crying when I heard his story.
He is a young man that got married early at his age and was lucky to have a child who happen to be a boy. So he fell sick and had a partial stroke, could you believe the wife left him all alone? The wife took his child and ran away leaving him to die of that sickness without anyone to take care of him.
I opened my mouth and I couldn't close it again cos I was shocked and surprised that his wife could do that. Thank God for the type of mother I have, my mom really stood with my dad, she took good care of him when he couldn't even walk at all. My mom stayed with my dad for roughly 6 months when he couldn't walk, she was there to do his cleaning and all. Thank God he can walk now, my mom is still there to run some errands while she tells us not to bother ourselves with our dad.
She is always available to take care of him but this man's wife surprised me. He said it was his brothers that stay around where he lives that do take care of him. Such sickness requires a partner to be by that person's side but his wife left him all alone. I didn't know when tears started coming out of my eyes cos I knew the pains he must have undergone.
This scenario has made me have deep thoughts about the ladies out there and concluded that only 5% out of 100 of ladies can stand with their husbands during times like this. The ladies we have now just stay with a man cos of what he has or possess, their love see based on material things. It's no longer a do or die affair any longer, they only love you when things are fine and smooth, once things turn the way round, they will run and follow a better man.
I am not saying all the ladies but I am sure most of the ladies that we have in this generation can hardly stand firm with their husbands. They don't want to suffer with the man at all. Is marriage no longer till death do us part? Cos I have begun to wonder if there will be a happy home later in this current generation cos divorce has become something very normal to many.
I will have to say it is rare to come by a lady that will love his man wholeheartedly and will stand with him while things aren't going smoothly for him, be it sickness, loss of job etc. The same thing applies to a husband too, we can hardly find a husband that can suffer with his wife, especially when she is sick and can't do anything. All I can say is pray to God to give you your better half.

Where I should have been born
Is it just me that has this feeling or its just everyone around the globe? After what I experience yesterday, I really wish I can change the place I am being born and move to a better place. As I type this morning, my eyes are still closing cos I will say I didn't sleep throughout the night. The power holding company of Nigeria ( PHCN ) has refused to give us light throughout the night.
What they usually do formally was that they will give us light during the day for like one or two hours and during the night, they will bring it around 9 pm till the very next day in the morning around 5 am when they will off the light. But I noticed there have been changes over the past three days now which is making everyone uncomfortable, they now bring it for like 3 hours during the day and won't bring the light all through the night.
The sweat on my body can fill up a jug of water during the night, I had to shower like 3 times before the daybreak. I couldn't sleep well, It was because of this reason I was online here yesterday at midnight before I finally gave up to sleep. Despite I slept late, I had to wake up very early at the same time cos of chores ahead of me, what a stress 😭😭😭.
The heat at this very moment in time is unbearable, everywhere is hot that it seems we are just directly opposite where the sun is. I find it very hard to sleep whenever there is heat, heat rashes will begin to show on my body now, and I can feel them on my back already.
Nigeria doesn't fit nor deserve me, I am a soft boy that loves where everywhere is just soft all-rounder. I am not designed to go through stress at all but this I am going through presently and nothing can be done to it.
I really wish I was born abroad in a cold region, I don't like heat, I love it cold even when it's extreme, I don't care but can I change destiny? Not at all. I just have to accept where I have been born and try to be my best there. The fact that our government here in Nigeria doesn't care about us has always been the reason for wishing to be born somewhere else, where it is better than this.

Not again Gaf!!!
I am really not happy with this state that I am currently in, I am scared of it cos I have said I wouldn't let it happen again but who am I to avoid it? It's not what you expected that happen to me famz, just be calm and let me explain myself.
I have always said that love isn't my thing but I keep falling for someone's daughter every time I get to meet those I like. That's jazz being used on me right? I think I have been jazz and there's nothing I can do about it, lmao.
Here I am again after promising myself that I don't want to fall in love again with anyone else cos I am just tired of everything at this point in time. Amidst this ASUU strike, I am still falling in love 😅😅😅, 's like Gaftek doesn't have a sense right? Well, I tried not to but it kept coming to me, I don't know why too.
How it started;
I went for a praise night in the church I do attend anytime school is on, that's because it's the church my cousins attend though. So during that praise night, I saw this lady, OMG 😱, I couldn't take my eyes off her. She has everything that I like in a lady, you are about to ask what I like right? I won't tell you, I can only disclose that with the lady 😅😅😅. Just a hint, I like dark ladies a lot, I don't have any hate on fair ladies too ooo, if she is fair too I would love it but preferably dark ladies, enough of that.
So I try taking my eyes off but I couldn't but I was able to concentrate on the programme though. I am a shy guy and you all know that so I couldn't walk up to the lady after the vigil but I have hope that I would get in touch with her or meet her again.
Luckily for me and as God will have it, she was part of the people going to the beach outing. I am the one heading them to the beach cos the beach was the town where I came from. She is not a member of the church but has a friend in that church who invited her. She was on the bus where I was, she sat beside my sister, what a connection right? Lols.
Could you believe that throughout the whole day on the beach, I couldn't walk up to her and talk to her, I was so shy and scared of being shunned, as I said earlier that lucky for me, was that really luck? I can't call that luck cos it wasn't, I couldn't achieve what I wanted at all but did I relent?
Let's continue;
I said I don't want to fall in love again so I stopped the effort of trying to get to her by all means after that day. I kept on with my normal life but her face keeps coming to my head every blessed day and I am like why? I tried to do away with it but no, it keeps coming. I don't want to do this again Gaf, I will be heartbroken again if she says no and I will be very sad too, so why did you want to go into this again? I am stubborn, not me but my heart.
So, I chatted up a friend who happen to be her friend to help me in getting to her. I told him to please give me her Facebook username or her WhatsApp contact for me to chat with her but he gave me her Facebook username, I searched for her and I texted her. I didn't see her online for days so I went back to him to tell him to please tell her someone need her number.
He did after he came online and gave me her number. I chatted with her and the rest is now history. The lady I was thinking might shun me didn't do that, she wasn't like that, and her vibe was different. Today happens to be her birthday so I will say "HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR 🥰BOLUWATIMBE, I WISH YOU LONG LIFE AND PROSPERITY. I PRAY THIS NEW YEAR WILL BE FILLED WITH JOY AND BLESSING FOR YOU".
I won't share her picture 😜😜😜, most of you are expecting pictures right 😅😅😅.
Well, I won't be surprised if she says NO cos I am used to that, it will hurt but not very well. I am expecting her to say NO for real cos that's where I have placed my heart to be, with this it won't hurt very well but if she says YES, I will be surprised and be very happy if she says that. Let's see how it goes, I guess this is the last info you all will read or know about this case 😅.
