2023 World Baseball Classic: New logo, Group stages and qualifiers ⚾️🌎
The 5th edition is already a fact, after 6 years of absence, it becomes the biggest tournament in the world of baseball with confirmed groups and qualifiers.
This is the elite of this sport in national teams today, waiting for the MLB to give more freedom, it is where the major leagues play to represent their nations. This July 7, great things were confirmed, first of all, the new logo design for the following tournaments of 2023 and 2026 World Baseball Classic (to wait for when it will happen, if in 2029 or another year) which has a great aesthetic for the upcoming World Cup in March 2023.

The second point confirmed that it was the group crossings for the event, where the tournament will be expanded to 20 teams, in 4 groups of 5 teams where the best 2 will qualify for the 4th final, to reach the semis and eventual final. The Americans cannot trust anything, their neighbors to the south have made life difficult for them in several championships, the South Americans have an abysmal growth in this sport and Canada will seek redemption after failing so far in all editions.

Is the most complicated of all, where 3 baseball powers join again: Puerto Rico, Venezuela and the Dominican Republic, it is even illegal to join it again since the 2013 edition. PR was a finalist in the last 2 World Cups, la Vinotinto It is still looking for its first final, it reached the semis in 2009 and RD was undefeated champion in 2013.
