Finally Friday! Good afternoon Noise! Tonight I will surprise my wife with an Italian recipe. 🇮🇹Cacio e Pepe, traditional Italian pasta dish but I will make a pizza variant of this. Parmesan cheese, Västerbotten cheese (Swedish), ricotta cheese, grated lemon zest, olive oil and a lot of black pepper. Bought a fruity red wine that I think suits the dish well. 🤞 #Food
