Time to prepare the evening's food. Since I made a lot of pizza dough yesterday, it will be pizza tonight again. But with completely different ingredients. Saturday's beer comes from my favorite brewery. Stigbergets, Amazing Haze Non Plus Ultra, Imperial DIPA 7.5%. Very fruity taste with clear bitterness and a little sweetness, hints of mango, pine resin, orange marmalade, sponge cake, spices and grapefruit.
